05/05/2025: Il frigo vetrina, posto all'ingresso dell'antico edificio di pietra recentemente ristrutturato, con all'interno grossi pesci appesi a frollare, ci introducono in un mondo fatto di passione, sperimentazione, tecnica e ricerca. L'ambiente è elegante e l'accoglienza cordiale. Il menu è quasi incomprensibile per la quantità di ingredienti insoliti utilizzati per preparare le pietanze. Il crudo di corba rossa è tenero e armonioso ed il risotto alla milanese di mare un poco anonimo. Sorprendente l'animella di vitello alla brace con tamarindo. La carta dei vini è discreta e con ricarichi corretti. Gradita la piccola pasticceria offerta in chiusura. Alla fine della serata resta la sensazione di avere speso bene i 70 euro del conto.
10/04/2025: Sempre una bella conferma! Conoscevamo già questi ragazzi dal Ca' Longa e ci eravamo ripromessi di venire a provare il menù della Ca' di Sass, che rimane rustica ma scenografica. I piatti parlano da sé. Personale di sala molto competente e mai invadente. Piacevolissima serata.

26/01/2026: First time in Piacenza, and I couldn't have made a better choice for dinner. Tradition and innovation go hand in hand, with just a few dishes on the menu (which is a good thing) and all of them top-notch. I had the chance to try several appetizers, and each one was better than the last (the artichoke was amazing), not to mention the plin pasta with roasted meat sauce... The sturgeon was also excellent! The wine cellar is well-stocked and very interesting, with natural wines. Excellent service and price. Would I recommend it? Yes Would I go back? Yes

As someone who's already in the industry, I can only be grateful for spending a wonderful winter Sunday with them. The wine list isn't overly extensive, but if you're looking for local wines, you can find some good ones. Highly recommended.

12/10/2025: I took my dad, a true Neapolitan, to try a true Piacenza lunch... and we were both thrilled! Everything was truly delicious: from the traditional cured meats to the fantastic tortelli con la coda, from the mushroom flan with cream of mushrooms and fried cardoncello mushrooms to the cheeses accompanied by an excellent mustard. The wine selection was also good. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere: a place where you can feel the passion for local cuisine. I'll definitely be back to take my mom!

06/01/2026: I've been there a few times and tried the pizza and a few seafood dishes. The pizza is good, classic, like at all pizzerias. The Livorno-style mussels seem more like a main course than an appetizer. It's definitely better to share them because you risk being too full for the main course. I once tried the seafood linguine, which was very good, with an excellent, well-seasoned sauce. Another time I tried the spaghetti with clams, which wasn't bad, but the clam sauce was missing. It didn't taste much like clams, and it was a bit dry, but it wasn't bad. The house sparkling white wine was good! The service was friendly, and the location was beautiful!

08/03/2026: I came here on the recommendation of friends. The food is delicious, and you can even try the kangaroo meat, which is truly excellent. Top-notch cooking. The waiters are really friendly. I highly recommend it.
18/12/2025: I also ate a huge piece of excellent beef. Very fast service, like on a conveyor belt. Extremely tasty and relatively cheap. €18 450g of beef. Tasty.

I didn't expect to leave this satisfied from a pizzeria in a small town that's certainly not a popular destination... and yet here we are. All the pizzas—both thin and thick—look impeccable, well-crafted, and inviting. I chose the Rifugio, perfect for the winter conditions, and I can say without hesitation that my taste buds sang throughout the entire lunch. Pumpkin cream, mozzarella, speck, brie, and chestnuts: a combination I'd never tried before and one I literally fell in love with. All without being heavy. The crust also deserves a mention: beautifully airy, perfectly crispy, one of those rare occasions where you savor it until the last bite with true pleasure. The beer selection is also excellent, and the staff is truly kind, friendly, and attentive. It's been a long time since I've felt this satisfied after trying a new pizzeria. A surprising place that's absolutely worth a visit. And even more.

25/12/2025: Experience on December 25, 2025 For a vegan, it's difficult to eat at a restaurant that isn't dedicated to this diet, especially during major holidays. Despite this, I found the staff to be kind, understanding, and helpful. Being able to eat in line with one's ethics during memorable moments is something that goes beyond the actual value of the meal. My sister, who suffers from atopic dermatitis, needed to request dishes that wouldn't trigger skin flare-ups, so she called for her and me about a couple of weeks in advance, and the staff accommodated us. The first course of pasta with creamed zucchini was truly excellent, creamy, and satisfying. The second course, the veggie burger with salad and potatoes, was delicious; I particularly appreciated the cooking technique for the potatoes. For my appetizer, I had the giardiniera, which was also delicious and well-balanced. Buontempo Trattoria is truly a place that helps people and demonstrates the commitment promised in its manifesto. Thank you so much for this Christmas lunch. Merry Christmas and, as you say... Have a good time!
25/12/2025: I'm so happy to have eaten here with my family on Christmas Day. I suffer from atopic dermatitis, a disease that severely limits the foods I can eat, and when my grandparents decided to celebrate at the restaurant, I was genuinely afraid I wouldn't be able to attend. Instead, I found the staff extraordinarily attentive and willing to listen. I called about a week in advance to explain my situation, and I felt welcomed and taken seriously right away. I was offered two courses suited to my condition, which was far from a given. For me, this wasn't just about the food: it was the opportunity to eat with others, to feel "normal" on a special day. And, besides being perfectly suited to my needs, the dishes were also delicious: the pasta with creamed zucchini was perfect, as was the tagliata. Sincere compliments to the management and all the staff for their professionalism, humanity, and attention. The Christmas gift you gave me is truly priceless. Thank you so much.

05/01/2026: The restaurant, family-run for generations, is charming and welcoming. The owner walked around the tables to ask how lunch was going, and you could clearly sense her attention to detail and passion for the products on offer. We ordered a cured meats appetizer, which was decent but not particularly noteworthy, while the selection of vegetables and their giardiniera were truly excellent: you could taste they were prepared with their own produce. For starters, we chose a trio of traditional dishes—pisarei e fasò, tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, and gnocchi with red squash and walnuts—all very good and well-executed. The bill was also more than fair for the amount we ate. Overall, a good experience, in a rustic, authentic, and homey atmosphere.
