05/05/2025: Il frigo vetrina, posto all'ingresso dell'antico edificio di pietra recentemente ristrutturato, con all'interno grossi pesci appesi a frollare, ci introducono in un mondo fatto di passione, sperimentazione, tecnica e ricerca. L'ambiente è elegante e l'accoglienza cordiale. Il menu è quasi incomprensibile per la quantità di ingredienti insoliti utilizzati per preparare le pietanze. Il crudo di corba rossa è tenero e armonioso ed il risotto alla milanese di mare un poco anonimo. Sorprendente l'animella di vitello alla brace con tamarindo. La carta dei vini è discreta e con ricarichi corretti. Gradita la piccola pasticceria offerta in chiusura. Alla fine della serata resta la sensazione di avere speso bene i 70 euro del conto.

10/04/2025: Sempre una bella conferma! Conoscevamo già questi ragazzi dal Ca' Longa e ci eravamo ripromessi di venire a provare il menù della Ca' di Sass, che rimane rustica ma scenografica. I piatti parlano da sé. Personale di sala molto competente e mai invadente. Piacevolissima serata.

04/05/2026: Two of us arrived without a reservation, and despite warning there would be a bit of a wait, they immediately set a table for us. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was friendly. We had the appetizer of cured meats and torta fritta/bortellina, plus two good first courses. Draft wine and water were also included. If I had to find a flaw, perhaps I would have considered spending a little less. €55 seemed a bit high for a shared appetizer and two first courses. It's the only flaw among so many positive things, so the experience was OK, THANK YOU. P.S. I saw the owner responded kindly, but the order he gave was slightly different: The wine was a quart because I specifically asked for a glass of wine, and I was told a quart was the same... The coffee was only one because my wife can't drink it... If I ask for a glass of red, I don't expect an €8 bottle. Anyway, I repeat, my comment was just a clarification. When there are a lot of people to serve, mistakes can happen. 😅 And anyway, I didn't look at the prices, so I can't complain... The food here is good, and it was lovely.

05/04/2026: Just a little tip for the future... When you establish and then publish a menu for a particular day on your website (with the relative price per person) to allow customers to book, try to stick to what is proposed, without changing the courses or even eliminating some, while keeping the price unchanged.

05/04/2026: Easter 2026 Booked for 4 people, very friendly staff, good quality food, clean environment, and more than generous portions. The problem is that the published menu was different from what was served. Specifically, the Russian salad was not delivered the coppa roulade with potatoes and peppers became roast coppa without any side dish the lamb with caramelized onions was replaced with lamb without caramelized onions the fruit salad was not delivered the berry tiramisu without berries the Easter dove cake was not delivered the regular coffee because no one thought to ask if we wanted macchiato or decaf. The price of €55 per person is fine, but it is unacceptable to change dishes without prior notice. What a shame

03/05/2026: An excellent appetizer of traditional Piacenza cured meats with "grasso pesto"! Followed by a delicious asparagus crepe, followed by a delicious tenerina cake, accompanied by an amazing Marsala zabaglione. The house Gutturnio and Dente di Leone liqueur were delicious! The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff kind and friendly: a perfect evening!

25/04/2026: Excellent restaurant with a business menu and an à la carte menu with good Piacenza cuisine. Good wine selection too. Fast and friendly service. Fair prices. Everything is ok. I'll gladly stop by when I can.

03/05/2026: Rustic but very clean atmosphere. If you're looking for fried gnocchi, exceptional cured meats, and cheeses, this is the place to go. I gave the atmosphere 5 stars because I was looking for a place to eat well with friends, not somewhere refined and elegant.

28/04/2026: A simple trattoria on the banks of the Po, with a friendly and relaxing family atmosphere and excellent food. We tried the gnocco fritto with delicious cured meats. We'll definitely be back and try more, from starters to desserts.

26/01/2026: First time in Piacenza, and I couldn't have made a better choice for dinner. Tradition and innovation go hand in hand, with just a few dishes on the menu (which is a good thing) and all of them top-notch. I had the chance to try several appetizers, and each one was better than the last (the artichoke was amazing), not to mention the plin pasta with roasted meat sauce... The sturgeon was also excellent! The wine cellar is well-stocked and very interesting, with natural wines. Excellent service and price. Would I recommend it? Yes Would I go back? Yes
