03/08/2025: Lunch break.... if you don't book, it's hard to find a seat... but it's worth the wait for a more than acceptable lunch.

26/04/2025: An informal venue, which offers both classic dishes and some Australian specialities. I chose the dish of the day: Buffalo entrecôte, delicate flavour, perfectly cooked, my wife had an "Australian style" mixed fry, that is, accompanied by sauces, vegetables and even fruit! The starters are also good. Really friendly staff and fair price. We will be back to try other specialties.

04/07/2025: La Lumaca a small house located in a strategic position, a crossroads and she is at the center. Pleasant in every season, magical the small veranda with wood stove or the outdoor garden wherever you "place" you will be welcomed by Giovanni or his girls with extreme courtesy. Legendary his cutting board of cold cuts and cheeses but not only. Summer concerts or even night walks (for those who are able) always well organized! In short a stop is worth it, definitely!

22/07/2025: A delightful little place with a family atmosphere; they make you feel at home. The dishes are traditional Piacenza, well-prepared and of high quality; a delightful discovery! We'll definitely be back. Reservations are recommended, as seating is limited.

13/05/2025: Unfortunately I ate badly, I don't know if I didn't know how to choose, but the appetizer was very salty, almost inedible. The combination of meat and sauce offered was not balanced at all. The second fish course was soulless. A much vaunted place that I wanted to go to disappointed me a lot, also because the prices are very high.

18/02/2025: I came across it by chance while passing through the hospital, and I found myself in front of an old-fashioned place, very well furnished. Fine, but at the same time intimate. I love the attention to detail that goes into the bar. And the coffee is spatial: the natural sweetness of the coffee is enhanced, and the resulting result is a perfect balance between the intensity and the delicate acidity of the aroma. I have never tried such a particular espresso, completely different from the many that I have enjoyed over time. Already, this little corner of Piacenza has everything it takes to become my favorite bar in the city. The lady's kiss is also delicious, just as the staff is delicious; they inspire confidence.

10/07/2025: A warm, welcoming place, filled with knowledgeable and very kind people. Hearty, flavorful dishes! Try the seaweed fritters! Excellent as a stomach-opener.

07/07/2025: Very convenient at the highway exit. If you book a table while traveling.... You sit down and eat. You get up and in 3 minutes you're back on the highway. Excellent food and choice, good wines and absolutely fair prices. Well done.

19/07/2025: My review is only for the restaurant. The location at the foot of the mountain is very beautiful. As for the food, I'd give it a "no." There's a fixed-price menu; we opted for a mixed appetizer without cured meats, two main courses, and two first courses. There's no à la carte menu with prices; the dishes are announced by the waiters. I honestly don't appreciate the lack of clarity on prices. As for the appetizers (nervetti, beans with onions, grilled peppers, and mini-puff pastry), they were good. The two meat-based main courses, a braised pork cheek with mashed potatoes and a beef tartare, were also good. As for the two first courses, I have to say they were terrible. We ordered two paccheri with porcini mushrooms, which arrived overcooked and tasteless; we were wrong not to send them back. The dessert, a caprese with vanilla ice cream, was good. The receipt, however. The prices were above average and didn't justify the quality I received. I was a bit disappointed.

06/08/2025: I found the Osteria by chance, while I was out on my motorcycle, when I saw someone coming out and noticed a rustic feel. I wasn't wrong; the stone restaurant is very homely. The gnocco fritto and mushroom risotto made for a truly wonderful lunch. The gnocco is made according to Emilian art. Oh, and don't forget to pick up the excellent honey and a can of Galup, which are fabulous and you'll be amazed by their deliciousness.

30/05/2025: I have passed by Ferriere many times on my motorbike, but today I stopped at this Osteria, which seems almost closed from the outside. Upon entering, I found to my immense amazement a magnificent and old-time place, made of stone, wood and kindness. I ate very well! gnocchi with gorgonzola and a roast beef dish, perhaps one of the best I have ever tasted. If you are passing through, stop here and if you are not, go there on purpose, you will not be disappointed.

08/07/2025: A pleasant surprise in Pontenure. We discovered this place by chance, but were greeted very kindly by the staff. A generous aperitif, with hot and cold portions, was served alongside cocktails, also carefully prepared by Jonny. Highly recommended.

17/03/2025: Scorrendo le immagini sul sito web del ricco menù e della rifornita cantina si ha subito la sensazione della cura nel dettaglio pienamente confermata da una visita. Siamo stati a pranzo con una coppia di amici siciliani che hanno apprezzato la qualità e la cura delle portate. Ancora una volta Annamaria ed Angelo hanno contribuito a farci passare qualche ora piacevole in un ristorante raffinato dove la qualità è di casa.
