Excellent lunch with appetizers, a trio of first courses (I recommend the spugnolata), and the truly excellent donkey stew. I recommend going at least once.

One of Piacenza's historic trattorias where you can enjoy well-prepared traditional dishes. The first courses are especially recommended: anolini, tortelli, and spugnolata. The cured meats are also excellent. If you happen to be there on tripe day, I highly recommend trying it.

Historic trattoria, very good appetizers, mouth-watering first courses, tortelli, pisarei and the main course the spugnolata, a white lasagna with exquisite mushroom sauce, absolutely worth trying, then donkey meat stew etc. etc. - The quality of the food is deliciously high, warm and familiar atmosphere, very good price, if you pass by the Centora area it is an obligatory stop, you will find old flavors and a friendly atmosphere.

It's a trattoria with an excellent tradition, and it's only gotten better over the years. Piacenza cuisine, good food, and friendly service. You can still find dishes that are hard to find these days. With a first course, second course, dessert, and house wine, the bill is more than fair.
