13/04/2026: Basically, the food is good, the atmosphere is nice, but "Manager B" is truly annoying and rude. To our surprise, he came to our table once last year and looked at us, "defending" one of his waitresses who hadn't understood our order properly. When we pointed this out to him the third time, he told us not to treat his employees rudely. So much for "the customer is always right."
We didn't go there for a while. Then we went back, and basically every Saturday we were there. There was a good, friendly waiter who always served us politely and quickly. Once, the main course on the daily menu we wanted wasn't available, so they gave us a mixed fried fish for €5. The last time we were there, last month, the waiter wasn't there, and "Manager B" (who should go do something else, he doesn't know how to deal with polite customers like us) sullenly and arrogantly reiterated that it was "impossible" that we had paid so little for the famous fritto misto. It's obvious that when he feels completely wrong, he loses his mind. Actually, no, he just wants to be right. And so, that's enough. Granted, we weren't considered top-tier customers, but every weekend we were paying 30 euros (often without a receipt lately). As Cannavacciuolo says... "Goodbye!!!"
