An excellent menu for everyday dining or for those just passing through. Undoubtedly, the star of the menu is the risotto acquarello, an explosion of flavors in the mouth with a mushroom risotto wrapped in culatello (prosciutto crudo) and a truffle sauce that makes it truly unique.

Well... the first time I stumbled upon it by chance, and it was the last available room. I use hotels for work, it was the Parma machine tool fair. This time, even more out of desperation, I managed to find an available room. Always in their style, meticulously maintained and contemporary, as well as being ultra-clean to the point of being immaculate. The owners were extremely helpful, and for a moment it crossed my mind that they could read my mind, as they accommodated all my needs without me even sharing them with them.
So... I recommend it as the first hotel to call when you want to stay in Parma.

You can't book beyond the fateful 10 minutes, otherwise they'll give away your place, then they don't make some strange things like mixed cold cuts anymore.....???, I don't know, and in any case don't ask for half bottles of water because they don't have them, only 750... Meh...

Nothing to complain about about the place and the service.
I had the pizza, and it wasn't Neapolitan.
The ingredients were excellent, but it tasted like a cracker, and I don't like that.
