I asked for a gluten-free piadina.
They delivered a gluten-containing piadina.
I went to the hospital because of them.
I will take appropriate action.
Avoid this place.
After informing the owner, he exclaimed, "So... so, you weren't sick."
You think you've never seen a worse place than this.
10/10/2025: A very serious episode of irresponsibility.
A friend of mine, a celiac for 20 years, asked for a gluten-free piadina one evening: it was prepared and served as such.
Today we returned for lunch and were told they don't make and have never made gluten-free piadinas. When we explained, the man's response was: "Okay, but you didn't feel sick."
A shameful statement, which shows zero training, zero respect, and total disregard for the health of customers.
For a certified celiac, even the smallest trace of gluten can cause intestinal damage, even without immediate symptoms. So the fact that "she didn't feel sick" is absolutely no excuse.
My friend risked a serious reaction and actual intestinal damage, without anyone taking responsibility.
In my opinion, what happened is extremely serious, both from a food safety and human safety perspective.
I hope the restaurant takes this incident seriously, trains its staff adequately, and protects those with specific dietary needs: customer safety is not a minor concern.

05/11/2025: The place is very nice, but that's the only positive thing. The food is terrible. The portions are generous, but if that means less quality, we're not happy with it. The lasagna was dry, the roast beef was tough, as were the potatoes. Everything seemed reheated. The service was so-so, as they served people who arrived later before us. Never again.
07/09/2025: Undoubtedly a beautiful place, shame about the cuisine which leaves much to be desired: lasagna with almost no ragù and 7 layers of cheap puff pastry, pork tuna without sauce and mixed roast practically only chicken (cold), breadsticks and pignoletto the most edible thing, for being in the mountains really disappointing.

15/03/2025: The food quality is truly one of the worst I've ever experienced in a cafeteria. The same boiled vegetables are always served for several days in a row. They taste rotten, and when you politely mention it, they won't even remove them from the bowl. Overall, there's poor cleanliness, and little attention to portions, with the first courses being too generous, while the second courses are barely adequate.

19/10/2025: In my opinion, the place is very nice and welcoming. Ketty is very kind and helpful, even when it's a bit crowded.
I stopped by both in the morning, when it first opened, and during aperitif time after a hike, and I was completely satisfied with the service, the welcome, and the quality of the products.

In other Cafés you first have to buy something to use the toilet.
Not here, bought something anyways, but appreciated the service very much.

07/08/2025: Nice place inside the La Rotonda shopping center, we stopped for a coffee break, very clean environment, beautiful windows full of attractive looking food, friendly staff, good coffee and coffee cream. Worth it.
29/07/2025: I won't go back. The staff was very rude. They served everyone else first, even though I was first in line. They made me a cappuccino full of foam and with just a hint of milk. When I went back to tell them, with a fed-up face and a huff, they said, "Ma'am, next time you have to tell the cashier."
But I like foam, but not foam more than milk.
I don't recommend it at all.

04/10/2025: The hotel is CLOSED, we booked and we were left without a room ... When we arrived, everything was CLOSED WITH THE COURT SEALS, luckily I didn't pay even though I booked on booking.
29/09/2025: I stopped in for work. The interior is rundown, but it's clean and the staff is very friendly. I ate well and quickly.

18/02/2025: Everything was perfect and fast, good value for money. The unforgivable flaw is the lack of separate waste collection, and even if you wanted to, there were shared bins for everything, but no instructions were given. Everywhere, but especially in the mountains, in 2025, we need to make an extra effort to educate and demand education from consumers! Even at the cost of dedicating a role in waste management! Now that's a real hassle!
25/01/2025: The food was pathetic. I found a hair and it was served cold. The service was horrible. I thought I saw the toilet paper container empty, so I went to report it. The waitress pointed it out and replied, "Wake up, are you stupid?" I don't recommend it to anyone. Stay away if you want to be treated this way.
