01/04/2026: A large restaurant inside the shopping center. The hot food is of decent quality; self-service is standard, and pizza is also available. Prices are high considering the quality. The dining rooms are crowded and noisy at lunchtime.

01/11/2025: The star for the food isn't accurate because, unfortunately, I couldn't eat the pizza because the pizzeria doesn't have a POS in 2025, or it wasn't working. On a Saturday night? I was very disappointed, even though the aroma was truly inviting.

12/04/2026: The waiter was kind (even if he chose the second bottle to open without telling us...) but the owner was decidedly bitter and had strange demands. We had asked to change tables as soon as we arrived because we didn't want to be crowded together with other customers. Even though all the other tables were free, the owner bitterly let us know that it bothered her, so we gave up. On my way back to the table, I was asked to go back inside to close the bathroom door, which I had left slightly open (there was no one inside anyway). The prices were quite high (€80 for two bottles of white wine and some prosciutto). Honestly, I'm not a pretentious person; up until now I had only written positive reviews on Google, but I would say that I wouldn't go back to such haughty places where it seems like they're doing you a favor.

28/03/2026: I like this place for drinks, but the dinner experience was terrible. Service: Service doesn't care about the customer's well-being. There were several free tables, but they sat us at the smallest one between two other tables a stone's throw away. Food: A joke: €25 for Jamon Iberico and pan y tomate. Pan y tomate literally consisted of a few slices of bread with half a cherry tomato on each. The ham wasn't in an acceptable quantity, but the real scandal is the pan y tomate, which is a humble dish and it wouldn't have cost anything to make it well or revisited. It's better not to put it on the menu.

24/01/2026: I just left the place, my experience leaving here was terrible since I am a homosexual Moroccan I felt a lot of stares from the staff because of my situation I would not go back, the piadina with raw ham was old to say, I do not recommend this place.

01/01/2026: A small, empty, and sad piadina for four euros. Probably more enjoyable as an aperitif. A far cry from the tourist traps.

01/01/2026: The room where we dined was very nice, but let's leave the rest aside: the bathrooms were dirty and flooded, and the food (aside from the chicken and appetizer) was less than delicious. They brought us a first course, penne with vegetables, which was overcooked and tasteless, and they didn't have any parmesan cheese to give us. When I asked if they could bring me some salt, it never arrived. But when I went back a bit, after finishing the appetizer, which, as I said before, was quite good, they didn't change our plates, so we would have had to eat the pasta with the scraps of cured meat and olives on the side. When I mentioned this to the waiter, he told me that's their policy. I insisted on having my plate changed, but the head waiter came over and told me I was the only one complaining about that situation and that's how they work... It wasn't the right answer to give a customer! I definitely don't think I'll go back.

04/10/2025: The hotel is CLOSED, we booked and we were left without a room ... When we arrived, everything was CLOSED WITH THE COURT SEALS, luckily I didn't pay even though I booked on booking.

29/09/2025: I stopped in for work. The interior is rundown, but it's clean and the staff is very friendly. I ate well and quickly.

05/09/2025: The coffee is always excellent. The place is spacious and relaxing. The staff is awful.

13/05/2025: Nice place, great coffee but totally inadequate staff.. Absolute rudeness, little predisposition to facilitate the customer and rudeness of the staff make the experience in this place really bad!!

16/02/2026: Nice place, but very disappointing service. The bartender was extremely rude and aggressive. Not recommended.

21/01/2026: Only panini and tigelle were available, but they were very good. The dessert and bombardini were excellent. The cashier wasn't very friendly, but the sandwich barista was courteous and professional.
