15/03/2025: The quality of the food is truly one of the worst I have ever tried in a canteen. The boiled vegetables are repeated, always the same, for several consecutive days. They taste rotten and when you tell them politely they don't even take them out of the container. In general, little cleanliness, little attention to the portions because for the first courses they are too abundant while for the second courses the portion borders on sufficiency.

Absolute rudeness, little predisposition to facilitate the customer and rudeness of the staff make the experience in this place really bad!!
12/04/2025: A place where you can meet in peace for a breakfast or aperitif while also tasting excellent pastries.

14/11/2024: It's a canteen, so I usually eat plain and cooked or raw vegetables, the salads and cold dishes are good!
19/10/2024: Classic canteen, nothing more. There are many repetitive dishes and some with little care, but overall once you learn what to eat you eat quite well.

18/02/2025: Everything perfect and fast, good value for money. An unforgivable flaw is no type of separate waste collection and even if you want there are common bins for everything, no instructions about it. Everywhere but especially in the mountains in 2025 we need to make an extra effort, educate and demand education from the consumer! At the cost of dedicating a role in waste management! Now a great ninara!
25/01/2025: Pitiful food I found a hair and it was served cold. Horrible service, I thought I saw the empty toilet paper container and so I went to report it, the waitress pointed out to me that it was there, replying with "wake up, are you stupid?" I don't recommend this to anyone stay away if you want to be treated this way

09/01/2025: I understand wanting to fill up as much as possible for the New Year's Eve weekend but there is a limit to everything, or at least even if it's New Year's Eve when triple rooms are offered that are the size of a small double (there was no room to keep an open suitcase on the floor and in the cabinet 3 coat hangers in total), bathrooms comparable to that of a campsite and cold water for the shower on December 31st at least they would have to pay adequate amounts for those offered because some customers like me get screwed but little by little people don't you don't care anymore.
At the Zita inn where breakfast and dinner are provided, however, there is nothing to complain about, everything is good and generous in quantity. However, this is not enough to give more than 2 stars. With much cheaper prices I would have had nothing to say, but if you ask for certain amounts you have to do a certain service in exchange.

25/03/2025: Locale pressochè vuoto, un solo cameriere anche se professionale. Uno dei piatti suggeriti era terminato, abbiamo dovuto optare per un'alternativa. Il cibo è accettabile anche se a prezzi decisamente alti per la qualità, ma niente di più.
L'attuale gestione, che non accetta nemmeno l'American Express, vive della passata gloria. Esperienza da non ripere se non in funzione della visita al locale.
24/03/2025: Piazza Roma Palazzo Ducale in the heart of the center of Modena. A place that has remained frozen in time, a nostalgic dive into a great, elegant and refined past. It has some incredible gems. This is why I love it. It's good to eat, a classic of the Modena tradition. Average prices in line with other places in the area
All the celebrities of the past have passed through there. I'm nostalgic. He got into a negative media meat grinder because of a video of a probationary employee. I don't agree with some extremely negative reviews.

01/04/2025: Io faccio una polemica esperando Che questa recesione la cena un responsible di "tracce" mi domani come' possibile lasciare solo un dipendente a fare da barista cassiera e pizzaiola io mi metto nei panini del povero lavoratore in effetti io e' la seconda Volta Che non ordino la pizza e vado a prenderla in un altro posto dimenticavo parlo della"tracce"Al Conrad Rotonda di modena il povero operaio era pieno di lavoro

11/01/2025: Locale molto carino in centro, menù povero ma cibo buono. Peccato che il titolare sia così antipatico ed intrattabile, sembrava di fargli un piacere ad entrare. Ci ha accolti con un secco "non serviamo caffetteria, siamo un ristorante" senza nemmeno lasciarci parlare. Veramente insopportabile

04/04/2025: Luci soffuse, clima intimo, personale cordiale e disponibile. Balzac è diventato un rifugio per me e le mie amiche per i nostri brunch o serate. Consiglio di prenotare per una serata in buona compagnia, un drink e vista Ghirlandina.
03/04/2025: Almorzamos aquí hoy, y fue una decepción. La ubicación es buena, pero la comida era mediocre. Pedí un croque monsieur - parecía un sándwich grande porque el pan era grande. Sin embargo, solo había suficiente jamón para 1/3 del sándwich, y literalmente se estaba ahogando en bechamel. No pude descifrar el queso debido a la salsa. La hamburguesa de mi amigo estaba bien, pero no muy bien. Con una pequeña botella de agua, nuestro almuerzo fue de 31 €. Y para colmo, nuestro servidor hizo más de un comentario sobre nosotros a otro personal, asumiendo que no hablábamos italiano... No recomendaría. La única razón para 2 puntos es que la hamburguesa era decente.

22/02/2025: A pranzo di sabato con la famiglia, vasta scelte nel menù pizzeria; un po scadente la proposta ristorante per chi non mangia carne.
Pizza buona sia per impasto sia per la qualità degli ingredienti utilizzati
Primi abbondanti ma poco curati nella preparazione.
Nulla da dire sulla pulizia del locale, sulla cordialità del personale e sul conto nella media.
Forza ragazzi, siete giovani e si può fare di meglio.
01/11/2024: Siamo stati di sabato a pranzo in questo locale, in 9, abbiamo preso un po' di tutto: bruschette buone, crocché buoni, montanare buone,buona la burrata fritta nel ragù; poi una porzione della tanta decantata Nerano, cremosi si, enorme si, sapore NI... ancora una pizza fritta buona, mentre la Margherita Deliciuos delude sia nella forma contemporanea che in quella a ruota di carro, il pomodoro era decisamente insapore, buoni invece i paccheri allo scoglio portati in carta per mantenere tutti i sapori del pesce. Insomma Deliciuos piace per la varietà del menù e complessivamente i piatti sono buoni, ma nessuno mi/ci ha fatto emozionare. Prezzi nella media. Personale gentile. Locale un po' scuro a livello di illuminazione.

21/01/2025: I was attracted by the choice of pastries, unfortunately I was disillusioned when I realized that my nun a la crème for *€3!* was frozen (the dough was not cooked enough and was very soft). I didn't like it, value for money. Besides, I notice that I did not receive a detailed note unlike the other photos, perhaps I was overcharged... PS: the toilets are functional but degraded, and the waiter at the cash register had headphones , not very pleasant. I confirm the reviews, move on.

12/02/2025: Really low quality of food...
It happened to me three times that the grilled chicken had practically gone bad and smelled, one of these times the chef even came out to apologize directly, but with the other 2 times, it means that they keep the food and the meat up to the limit, so as not to throw it away, 'recovering' the food with more cooking, with lots of oil and possibly other even worse methods
It's a shame because the girls on staff are the most courteous compared to the other canteens in the area...
20/11/2024: The only good thing is the price and the kindness, for the rest the food is of very poor quality and prepared in a terrible way.
