21/08/2024: Siamo passati qui dopo la visita al museo Enzo Ferrari. Location carina ed elegante, proprio nella stessa struttura del museo. Consigliatissime la paste tradizionali, tutte fatte a mano! E si sente! Sia sulla tagliatella che sul tortellino perché rimane leggermente più spessa e della giusta consistenza dopo la cottura! Un piatto di tagliatelle al ragù (abbondantissimo e molto buono) e un piatto di tortellini con fonduta di parmigiano (lo abbiamo diviso in due perché non conoscevamo la porzione, ma siamo rimaste ugualmente soddisfatte), un calice di vino, acqua e coke 0, intorno ai 50 euro

09/08/2024: Very bad service at this restaurant, its a shame its across the Ferrari Museum!! Me , my wife and our 3 kids got inside and asked if we could get the menu and she told us with a very bad attitude “we only have pizza and lasagna “. When i sat with the kids and my wife went for drinks , they had a discussion during the payment. The lady behind the bar which seams as the owner is extremely arrogant. We even left without drinking what we bought. We had the feeling they treated us like this due to we could not communicate in Italian

11/08/2024: We noticed Mr.Scuotto's review who failed to write that he had brought a bottle of Lambrusco to the table with paper cups. We were nearby and witnessed the scene. However, for us it is a great place to have an aperitif. The service is perfect and the appetizers plentiful. We highly recommend it.

03/08/2024: Grumpy and arrogant owner, we came to Fiumalbo for the Miss Italia parade. terrible experience, taking a seat outside the restaurant we ordered a Campari spritz and an Aperol spritz (average). Noticing that we weren't local, he only had a cold pizza for the aperitif. we started drinking calmly to relax on a hot summer day, after an hour of chatting and a few sips the owner arrived to order us to leave, because we were occupying a two-seater table, he forced us to consume more and, once we had a blueberry tart, after another 10/15 minutes he came to tell us to leave and that we were "beggars" for not doing so. What can I say, horrible. CHOOSE ONE OF THE MANY VERY VALID PLACES ADJACENT!!!

30/03/2024: Place organized quite well. Unfortunately, there is practically nothing for vegetarians, apart from salad and boiled vegetables (which tasted bad)

25/08/2024: I find the pizza improved compared to the previous managements, this new management is starting in the best way, they are all young/very young kids and I find this idea a winning one, firstly because I see the desire to give employment to young people who, differently from the logic of the labor market, pretentious of young people already known and qualified "??" here in this new management, they are smiling, polite and full of enthusiasm young people. Therefore the new management starts off in the best possible way, the pizza is of quality, they can only return to the splendor of the primordial managements of the 80s/90s. Promoted to be encouraged, those who start well are already halfway to success.

19/08/2024: Terrible pizza. There were 3 of us who went, a 40 minute wait for three pizzas, with not even many people in the place. Bad pizza, buffalo like chewing gum, a broth (the buffalo must be squeezed before being put on the pizza), another pizza with PINK sausage.

05/09/2023: Restaurant located on the street just outside the center of Serramazzoni. It offers variety in its land dishes and also offers (thin) pizza. Furthermore, only for the weekend they also cook some very good fish dishes including spaghetti with clams, paccheri with seafood, grilled sea bream and mixed fruit. Excellent price for the abundance of dishes offered. Rating 4. The waiter was also kind and helpful. I would like to point out that since it is on the road there are few places for cars, but in front of the restaurant you take a small uphill road which offers more places to park.

16/10/2023: Had dinner with a friend, I had an unlimited pizza menu, he had an unlimited gnocchi and tigelle menu, decent prices given that you eat as much as you want anyway (pizza 11.90, gnocco and tigelle 13.90) but then I'll tell you the details, really poor quality cold cuts for tigelle and crescentine and a you have the comment for the photo of the raw meat which as you can see is made up of half fat and the other not, while for the pizza the tastes are decided by the pizza chef and not by me as I thought it was because in other pizza rounds that I have done I decided me, and therefore I explicitly specified that I didn't eat cherry tomatoes, salami, fresh cheeses, mortadella and what do I get? A first course of pizza consisting of: artichokes and sausage, mushrooms and ham, -salami- and margherita... then in the second course of pizza I get: mozzarella and sausage, radicchio and balsamic and -parmesan- and bacon.. . then as the third course of pizza which was supposed to be the last I asked if I could choose the flavors and initially the request was denied but after insisting he accepted and so I ordered half "buffalo and cooked" and half 'Naples' made up of " anchovies, mozzarella and oregano", for the Naples part I can't complain but after seeing the other half I understood that it was a really sad pizzeria, meanwhile from the photo you can see the NO difference between the mozzarella of the Naples part and the "bufala" mozzarella " which instead should have been in the other half... and then the cooked ham comes to me raw??? In 24 years I have never seen the cooked and buffalo pizza which is my favorite with the cooked one being served raw... so it's up to you to judge... I understand the acceptable price but at least a bit of competence and quality in the ingredients
