02/06/2026: 1 star only because the cappuccino was a good one. Two cappuccinos and two pieces of focaccia cost almost €15!!!!! Are you serious? Also, it's incredibly slow. The wait at the table and the wait at the register are insane. The staff seems constantly lost and distracted, the food is lousy, and the prices and waits are out of control! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT THE RIGHT WAY!

11/03/2026: Disgusting!!! I stayed a few days ago and found nothing but filth, the rooms aren't cleaned in the morning, bedbugs living in guest rooms, spiders that have built empires of webs all over the room, the stench of animal dung that greets you in the morning (great for those with colds, it opens your nostrils), sheets with an inch of dust, hairs on the floor from other guests, walls that are falling apart, terrible service, poor food, I found a hair in my pasta and a piece of plastic in my cutlet. I hope the NAS comes to do a thorough inspection.

11/03/2026: I stayed at the hotel for two nights and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The property appears neglected: the room wasn't particularly clean, with dust on the furniture, and the bathroom could use a more thorough cleaning. The furnishings are also quite dated and poorly maintained. The reception staff wasn't very helpful: they responded hastily and unfriendly to our inquiries. Furthermore, the soundproofing in the rooms is practically non-existent, so noises from the hallway and other rooms can be clearly heard at night. Breakfast, which should be one of the highlights of the stay, was rather poor in both variety and quality. Considering the price, I definitely expected better service. Overall, the experience didn't live up to expectations, and I personally don't think I'd return or recommend it.

25/04/2026: If you decide to make gnocco a tigelle in Modena, you have to know how to make them. Instead, the tigelle tasted like rubber, and the gnocchi was heavy with oil and lacked any flavor. Not recommended.

25/03/2026: Top Bar 👍. Fun customers always willing to do good. Locals come to have a laugh with the Chinese owners. Lunch is good for little money. 👍👍👍

07/05/2026: Excellent value! The tuna meatloaf was very good, never tried it before. Fresh ingredients and a good variety of choices. A set lunch menu is available on weekdays. First course, second course, side dish, water + coffee: €16. Recommended. Kudos to the staff!

18/04/2026: Excellent food (gnocco fritto, tagliatelle al ragù, pumpkin tortelli with butter and sage) at reasonable prices. We were very satisfied, we'll be back!

14/07/2026: Quite a large parking lot, we found a place even at 2:30 in the morning, only one shower in the peco, you go to the house and they give you the key, the shower is in the men's toilet! To fill your water bottle, the tap is next to the peco on the corner!

24/07/2026: We went to dance salsa and bachata. Everything was pretty good. I just recommend improving the service. It's not possible to put a girl (alone) and not even a very experienced one making cocktails.

19/07/2026: Never again, terrible experience. The food we ordered arrived after two hours, and it didn't match the menu, so we didn't eat it because we were reluctant to leave. The owner had the nerve to neither apologize for what happened nor offer any sort of discount. We ended up having to go to the 24-hour restaurant in Modena to get something to eat.

10/12/2025: Food: Undercooked and burnt pizza, too much tomato sauce, and low-quality ingredients. Service: We waited almost an hour for two pizzas, with only 5-6 people in front of us. Ambience: There's no seating.

01/02/2026: Yesterday, January 31, 2026, we experienced the inconvenience of the only usable restroom again. It's very unfortunate to report this, but in a similar circumstance (Modena's patron saint), it would have been necessary and appropriate to provide another restroom, which apparently exists but is out of service. In previous years, we've had better experiences. Perhaps this will be our last. The wait was well over 30 minutes.

24/01/2026: Good coffee. Friendly service. Quite a large selection of pastries and desserts.

13/07/2026: The owners are exceptional, generous and super friendly. Excellent hospitality, we immediately felt at home, excellent breakfast and dinner. The inn is a few steps from the center.

05/07/2026: I'm giving it 1 star, but it deserves less. Upon arrival, they said the rooms were full due to a booking error, which often happens given the reviews. They sent us to a house 700 meters from the center, which was unpresentable and dirty. They even had the nerve to charge us full price and didn't even apologize. The hotel is also poorly organized and disorganized. I recommend AVOIDING it to avoid a nightmare stay.

15/06/2026: Today I had the chicken and potatoes, all pitiful. The chicken was dry and the potatoes were raw and salty, but it's probably the quality of the potatoes that is poor and also expensive for canteen food! It's rarely good food!! Great!

20/12/2025: A truly warm lunch experience. We had made a reservation, and the place was very elegant yet rustic. We were obviously looking for a place where we could try local dishes that offered a modern twist on traditional fare, and we were absolutely delighted. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Just what you'd expect after a morning in the mountains!
