02/12/2025: Pizzeria with contemporary cuisine in a modern and relaxing atmosphere. Pizza with a thick crust and well-topped toppings: truly delicious! The restaurant has a couple of rooms and an outdoor patio. Prices are average for gourmet pizzerias.

30/11/2025: The waiters were very nice and friendly. The place was nice and well-kept, but we were very cold throughout the dinner. The pizzas didn't live up to our expectations; they were dry, poorly topped (the Modena had no parmesan shavings, and the Pompei had excessively cold stracciatella), and the pizzas got cold quickly. We did enjoy the desserts, however, although the bill, which, without wine but only a bottle of water and a Coke, was too salty...€62 for two (two squares of mozzarella in carrozza for €8.50).

29/12/2025: Zero stars Terrible experience. The food was decent, but our entire team felt ill immediately afterward. We're not sure if it was food poisoning or a virus, but the fact remains that we all had problems after eating here. Such a situation is unacceptable. Safety and hygiene should be the priority. We won't be returning, and we don't recommend this restaurant.

14/10/2025: Paolo is a sure thing, first courses, second courses, pizzas, soups, minestrone, etc. etc. He can't go wrong.

05/09/2025: The first time we went, we didn't have a bad time: the tortelloni with porcini mushrooms were very good, and the gnocco and tigelle weren't amazing but passable. But this time, we just couldn't get it right: the tortellini in broth, unfortunately, had a strange flavor, which we didn't like, both the tortellino and the broth. We couldn't tell if the cutlet was packaged or if it was homemade but reheated in the microwave!!! It was dry and tough. The mushroom fillet, on the other hand, was quite good, a little thin but cooked just right. The fried mushrooms were good. I don't think we'll be back. With all the inns and trattorias in the mountains, I don't like to risk eating like this, on classic menus. Especially since we spent almost €30 each with water and one beer only, and no desserts.

30/08/2025: An excellent trattoria for a quick and affordable lunch. A little off the beaten path, but the view is worth the trip. As for the food, there's nothing to complain about: simple and excellent quality. And for that price, congratulations!

19/03/2026: Clean rest stop with a large parking lot. Quick and efficient staff. Gas station with good service, inviting bar and restaurant. Clean restrooms.

14/02/2026: We were there for the second time and it was quite disappointing, the starter was poor for the price, tagliatelle with duck ragù and tortelli verdi were good, the tagliatelle unfortunately, unlike the first time, had an unpleasant aftertaste.

01/02/2026: The tigelle and gnocco were good, as were the cured meats (though as an appetizer, you could bring a little more cured meat). The tagliatelle with ragù was also good. My only doubt was whether the tagliatelle were homemade or not, but they were good anyway. The Lambrusco was good, and the host was truly friendly and helpful.

11/01/2026: It's among the best pizzas I've ever had, despite being in a small town and a family business. The service was excellent too; I accidentally ordered the wrong item and they replaced it without charging me anything extra!

04/01/2026: The name of the place can be misleading. Besides pizza, there are many first courses to try, featuring exclusively homemade pasta and excellent meat. Unfortunately, we were there today just before closing time for lunch (we were coming from the hospital). The owner, Moreno, welcomed us like his own children and served us calmly and with lots of conversation. He didn't make us feel bad about the fact that we had arrived at an unpleasant time, and he wasn't intrusive, but with such kindness and experience, he made us feel at ease. The appetizer was amazing: a mix of crostini (which I recommend), very unusual but extremely tasty! Excellent legume soup, but above all, hearty, made according to grandma's recipe. Then, for those who love lamb like me, I recommend the scottadito served with a tender and juicy arrosticini, cooked to perfection. Finally, the homemade desserts are excellent. The house wine is also good, as are the locally sourced after-dinner drinks. Well done, Moreno and Mattia. See you soon!

24/09/2025: Rude restaurant staff, one in particular. At 12:40, we asked if there was room for three people. He dismissed us by saying he didn't have time because the place was full and he didn't have time to waste, in an annoyed tone, turning his back and walking away.

14/09/2025: The only star goes to the manager. The food is good, the service is competent, and this deserves five stars, but as long as this person is there, I won't be returning.

12/10/2025: Good location in the corner square, good dishes including local dishes, good service, very fair quality/price ratio...will return!

04/09/2025: beautiful hotel, fabulous rooms, incredible management and super kind owner, the people are very calm and never make noise, dream hotel, super kind waiters and they give a lot of food at a low price, go there, not like the hotel Florence

15/08/2025: I gave a gift certificate (for two dinners) to this restaurant, which I'd visited several times and always found to be excellent. The owner, Rossella (Rosa Lafronza), also always seemed very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, three months after the gift, the restaurant closed permanently, and upon my request, Rossella very hastily informed me that she couldn't refund the certificate in any way, given the closure; not even privately. Clearly, some doubts arise, given the proximity of the voucher and the closure. It would have been more appropriate not to provide the vouchers, in my opinion, or to advise people to use them as soon as possible. Instead, the money (€80) was taken, without giving them the opportunity to use it and without even offering a private refund. It's a shame, the experience ruins a fond memory of a special restaurant and a seemingly honest person.

24/03/2025: Credo che questo locale sia sottovalutato forse a causa dei prezzi troppo alti un pasticciotto 5 € è follia o un semplice caffe leccese a 3 €. I piatti sono ben preparati con ottimi ingredienti. Ma la vera "perla" sono le combinazioni che finalmente non sono BANALI. Ho trovato locali dove la parola Salento veniva associato a polpo e buratta dove le combinazioni erano le più disperate solo per attirare l'occhio sul menù. Qui tutto questo non accade è già solo questo è un punto in più. Rivedrei il menù perché a mio avviso è un po' povero di piatti e rivedrei un po' i prezzi. Ma per il resto io ci tornerei.

18/11/2025: I had dinner with friends on a Sunday evening and the food was excellent. The tigelle were very good, the fried gnocco was very light and not greasy... The meat was very good. I honestly didn't notice any of the disorganization or anything else I've read in other reviews... Much less the requirement to pay in cash... We were a group, some paid in cash, others by debit card. My overall opinion is positive.

16/11/2025: We waited two hours to be told that the five tagliata were out and that they could give us gnocco and tigelle due to kitchen problems. Terrible service...we had to eat what they wanted or we'd leave without eating anything. Absurd. They were kind enough to charge us just for the drink and nothing else because they realized the mistake they'd made.
