Honestly below average food, bigoli with meat sauce without Infamy and without praise, pappardelle speck and mushrooms drowned in cream... I laugh with the memory of what seemed to be in broth... worthy of nightmare cuisines. Fried Crescentine too 'peeled' and greasy.. cured meat not inviting... However, the place is full and happy people.. I don't know what to say.. also because it's not really cheap especially in relation to the quality.. anyway, goodbye, or maybe not, and thank you

27/02/2025: Decent fixed menu Much better than others in the same category If you don't love dogs like a colleague of mine, this is not a place for you....the sweet little dog of the house wanders around peacefully without causing problems in the room. To try again

05/06/2025: I am expressing myself for pizzas by the meter ordered for takeaway, and for the waiting time: they were supposed to arrive after 30-40 minutes, they arrived after 1 hour and twenty minutes! Pizzas by the meter are hard, rubbery and thin, so problems with leavening or what else I don't know. This is the second time it has happened in three months, for pizza by the meter it will also be the last.

03/07/2025: Siamo clienti abituali della Dispensa e premetto,siamo perfettamente a conoscenza del prodotto ( da noi chiamate " crescentine "),per cui ci teniamo ad elogiare questo locale,in primis per la gentilezza di tutto il personale sorridente e disponibile in ogni momento ( il responsabile di oggi 3 luglio è splendido) e per la qualità del cibo...ottima. È sempre un piacere !

02/07/2025: A place in the Dispensa Emilia chain where I found myself quite well. Good offer of products, normal prices. The quality of the food is discreet, satisfactory. The waiters are very kind and the atmosphere is pleasant.

19/08/2025: I always book through TheFork, regardless of a discount. When we arrived, however, it wasn't the case, perhaps due to the heat and the location not being typically touristy; we were practically the only ones at lunch. We feel sorry for both the place and those who don't enjoy this restaurant's superb dishes, especially the first courses, with strictly homemade pasta. For starters, we recommend the gnocco fritto, perhaps the first course that isn't particularly greasy and, unlike other places, is nauseating. Here, however, it's incredibly light and you could eat a lot of it without getting tired. The house wine is good. A fair price.

20/07/2025: Dear killer, what's more, yesterday if I didn't look carefully at the receipt because the calculations didn't add up, the 350g ice cream made me pay for half a kilo and gave me the money back after I had paid with my debit card. Plus, if I tell you I want half a kilo of ice cream, you won't give me more just because I asked for the cremino flavor and you make me pay for 800g!!! Are you kidding me?

In quattro persone 5 gnocchi 3 tigelle a testa otto microscopici pezzi di formaggio orrendi quattro ciotole misere con crema spalmabile immangiabile stracchino un cucchiaino di lardo e un formaggio grattugiato che non si capiva cos'era non di certo ne parmigiano ne grana un etto e mezzo di salume misto in totale per tutti 4 una birra media una .piccola e una bottiglia di acqua 93 euro ...vergogna state alla larga
