16/11/2025: One of the restaurants that has remained open since reopening as Gran Tour, with the same management and staff. The owner is a talented and dedicated young man. The ingredients are excellent, reminiscent of the flavors of Puglia and Basilicata (Basilicata was added a few months ago, and we also found Aglianico di Barile wine). Definitely worth a try.
