15/06/2025: Rich menu and really good mushroom and truffle dishes. Friendly service. The only flaw is the lighting in the room, in my opinion soft but very poor, perhaps improved at least with a light on the table to see what you are eating. Even to go to the parking lot the steps area is in the dark. In any case, a place to try and definitely return.
I returned during the day and I strongly advise against it in this period because it is beastly hot and the premises do not have air conditioning or fans.

22/06/2025: Generous portions, excellent quality of food, fresh fruit and preparations with fruit, genuine traditional desserts. Tried several times, both lunch and dinner and even if very busy they find a way to accommodate everyone in a short time.
Great courtesy and friendliness of the owners.
Vintage atmosphere, simple but welcoming. To return!

13/07/2025: We must always keep in mind that the "SUPER MEAT," the kind that is almost always impossible to find at your trusted butcher, properly aged and with the right balance of fat, visible from the tiny streaks... etc., has been served here for over 25 years. It's rigorously cooked over wood and then, as a final step... a secret of innkeeper Fortunello. The result is simple: you could almost cut 7/10 cm of Florentine steak with a fork.

07/07/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant and everything was perfect. Fast and impeccable service, good food (special mention to the pumpkin cappellacci and the tenerina cake), excellent price. Also appreciated is the welcome towards pets. Recommended

The environment is well-kept and clean, with a pleasant atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease.
The sheep arrosticini are really excellent: well cooked, tasty and served at the right temperature.
The pumpkin gnocchi with parmesan fondue are also delicious, delicate but rich in flavor! The staff is helpful, courteous and attentive to the needs of customers.
A very positive experience, definitely worth repeating!

28/04/2025: Dopo la visita a Rocchetta Mattei siamo venuti a pranzo dove avevamo precedentemente prenotato, tutto molto buono e un rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente, la titolare gentilissima, una persona innamorata del suo territorio ma in conflitto con le amministrazioni locali, ci sarebbero altre attrazioni per fare un giro in zona ma rimangono chiuse per questo o quel motivo. Spero che prima o poi la accontentano.

We both chose the ravioli for mains which were excellent
Service was attentive and good
The wine too was great which had a fizz and was a cold red
