17/09/2025: This year we stayed at Hotel Rosalba for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is modern, well-designed, with spacious rooms and a wonderful, incredibly relaxing pool. The staff is highly qualified, incredibly helpful, and friendly. The manager, Paolo, is professional, kind, and approachable, as many should be. Excellent cuisine by chef Maurizio, delicious and plentiful dishes, and the dining room staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The sea is just a short distance away, with private, direct access to the beach. The hotel, like the hotel, is pet-friendly. The entertainment was top-notch! Engaging and fun for both adults and children. A special shout-out and thanks to entertainer Tony, who managed to fill our days with laughter and joy. We sincerely hope to see him again when we return. It was a wonderful holiday of relaxation and fun. A full 5 stars. We will definitely be back next summer!

14/09/2025: The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, with old linens and an old, dirty bathroom. We stayed two nights, and every morning the cleaning lady opened the door while we were in the room, even though we had locked the door from the inside.

02/12/2025: We visited this restaurant during a village festival. The location was fantastic, the food excellent, and the service friendly and knowledgeable. The passatelli with truffles was fantastic, and the prices were average for the type of food served.

22/11/2025: We had high expectations but were disappointed on all fronts. The food didn't live up to the price and quality one would expect. The dishes were obviously pre-cooked, something you wouldn't find in a cafeteria. The cuttlefish appetizer was cold and tasteless. For example, the lasagna was so tough, because it was pre-cooked and reheated, that I would have had to use a hacksaw to cut it. A shame, a total disappointment.

03/09/2025: We stopped by this local food shop after coming straight from the beach to grab some takeaway, and it was such a great choice! The food is super fresh, made with local ingredients, and the quality is truly exceptional. You can enjoy it there or take it with you, which makes it really convenient. The service was excellent, very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious local food – we loved it and would gladly come back!

15/12/2025: Let's start with the fact that the seats are packed, and you're almost sitting on the laps of your neighbors, unaware, wondering whether you or they will sit on top of you or vice versa. We were a table of eight, seven men and one woman, the woman who, out of politeness, should be served first, but no, my appetizer arrived after 15 minutes, everyone had already finished. The second course, all but two of us, was served, and their pizza arrived another 10 minutes later. My second course, fillet steak with green peppercorns, tasted like meat that wasn't particularly fresh. Now, I don't want to say my mouth tastes better than anything, but I didn't like it at all. Sweet moments, good, I ordered a vanilla meringue, good, perhaps too much vanilla flavor, really, but good in the context. I hope others have a better experience!

07/12/2025: You eat very well at very fair prices. Sandro, the owner, is a very kind and nice person, the same goes for the friendly and polite waiters. The pizza is excellent, but also the fish, especially the seafood salad and mixed fried fish.

18/10/2025: A pleasant surprise on a Saturday lunch in the center of Cattolica. The tagliatelle with mushrooms and mutton were excellent, and the homemade torta della nonna was superb. Congratulations!

29/11/2025: A very welcoming family Sunday lunch. We sampled traditional first courses, including cappelletti in brodo (a type of pasta in broth) and cappellacci (a type of pumpkin ravioli) with ragù. The fresh pasta was excellent and perfectly cooked. For main courses, we had the mixed grill and, of course, the ever-present mutton for which this trattoria is renowned. The meat was truly delicious, perfectly cooked. The desserts were also very good, and the service was attentive. I highly recommend this trattoria. Reservations are required at least two weeks in advance.

12/10/2025: We had breakfast on the farm. Everything was excellent and, above all, plentiful. The staff was super friendly. We ate everything, both sweet and savory, and everything was delicious and authentic. For €12 per person, excluding drinks, but considering what was on offer, it was well spent. The place with the animals is very relaxing, perfect for children. It's very large, and you can also buy some products in the shop. Well done everyone. I'll be back to try the ape ri cena.

20/11/2025: Quality food, service not so great, I ordered lobster and after waiting a while they told me it was finished, there were 6 of us, the dishes arrived little by little we didn't manage to eat together

08/12/2025: First experience on a Sunday in early December for lunch. The atmosphere was very warm and rustic, very pleasant, perfectly suited to the hilly setting and the menu. The food and dishes offered were undeniably excellent: gnocchi alla boscaiola, spectacular mushrooms, and equally excellent venison steak with blueberries (the meat was a bit stiff, but nothing serious; the mix of flavors was sublime). Given the prices, which could very well reflect the excellent quality of the ingredients, I expected slightly larger portions. A very sore point: the service of the day. First courses arrived at least 20-30 minutes late, second courses perhaps more, and various disregards for the needs and requests of customers, even at other tables. The overload on a Sunday in the middle of a long weekend is understandable, but the service, timing, and attention to detail could certainly be improved on these occasions. It's a shame about the service; the only thing that will make me give it a second chance was the quality of the dishes offered. I hope this review can be constructive and helpful in improving the points written above.
