27/07/2025: A very beautiful and welcoming place. The staff is truly professional: they provide detailed descriptions of the dishes, and the service is attentive and never intrusive. My wife and I opted for the seafood tasting menu. The dishes were excellent, as was the presentation. The final bill was average. Excellent experience. Worth repeating.

05/08/2025: The staff were very friendly and quick...very welcoming and friendly, especially the girl at the cash register. The tagliatelle with speck and zucchini were excellent, and the lasagna was so full we couldn't eat anything else, as the portions were so generous. We'll definitely be back again...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

19/07/2025: The restaurant is well-located on the street, and the interior is well-maintained. The bathroom, like the dining room, could use a facelift. It's a shame about the parking lot and the exterior isn't exactly well-maintained; it gives the impression of disuse. The food is excellent, but the wait is a bit long, especially when you really want to enjoy the moment.

19/07/2025: My son took us to Osteria Di Sorbara to celebrate a special occasion, and we were truly delighted! The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, perfect for a quiet evening with friends. The staff is kind, attentive, and very professional, making us feel right at home. The food is exceptional: traditional Emilian dishes prepared with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. The selection of local wines is excellent and perfectly complements the experience. I highly recommend Osteria Di Sorbara to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic flavors in a refined and welcoming environment. We'll definitely be back!

02/09/2025: I always enjoy eating here: it's one of those places that never disappoints. The appetizer of traditional cured meats, with bortelline, pickled vegetables, and savory pies, is so generous that sometimes you wonder if it makes sense to order a first course as well (but trust me, it's worth it). The first courses are always seasonal, and this really adds value: each time there's a different little surprise, and the quality is evident. For the second courses, seasonality is also the rule: I highly recommend the fried mushrooms when it's in season. Come with an empty stomach, because the portions are impressive. Anyone who says "you don't eat enough in a trattoria" has probably never been here. Excellent for a family dinner or to bring friends from out of town and show them what typical Piacenza cuisine really means.

21/06/2025: This is a superb little restaurant that boasts the "slow food" label. So come and take your time, and you won't regret it. The food is delicious and the staff is charming! There are a few vegetarian options.

15/06/2025: Unfortunately I don't live near this restaurant, or maybe luckily because I could have squandered all my wages on typical delicacies of Romagna cuisine... asparagus larded with ham in cream cheese, roast rabbit and guinea fowl, various types of pasta, homemade, with vegetable or meat sauces, grilled meats and much more. Even a mashed potato flavored with parsley, oil and garlic to taste or an artichoke cut in vinaigrette is something you remember. All served with friendliness and kindness. Having tried this small and welcoming place twice, it has already induced addiction... alas!!

01/09/2025: A beautiful location, with plenty of space both inside and out. Dining outside at the end of summer, under straw umbrellas, sand, and fairy lights, almost makes you feel like you're still on vacation. The menu is varied, with many options, both cooked and raw. The sushi is very good, with unusual combinations I've never tried before. Excellent service.

21/08/2025: I booked at San Demetrio in Cesena, drawn by the recommendation of someone I know. And the opportunity arose on a terrible evening with a downpour. I must admit that, in addition to the truly excellent seafood and the attention to detail, we were amazed by everyone's attention to the customer. A feeling that's difficult to explain, making you feel at ease throughout the entire time spent in the restaurant. The waiter was always more than discreet but at the same time very attentive, and speaking of the quality/price ratio, I'd say it's truly amazing, given the fact that the dishes are delicious. What can I say? We were very satisfied and will definitely be back at the first opportunity. Well done.

22/08/2025: We usually order takeout, but we've had dinner there on occasion. What can I say? Excellent. Andre and Silvia are very kind (this is essential for anyone running a business these days!), helpful, and I might add patient, which isn't always easy under pressure. Excellent burgers and piadina/crescioni in general. See you soon!
