24/06/2025: Historic trattoria in Poggio, it has a menu based on tradition, but also for this reason it needs a “wake up”. The staff is fantastic, the environment dated and not very appealing. Those typical dishes are all well made and right as a balance of flavors but now….

21/06/2025: The appetizer of fried and grilled gnocco and cured meats was good. Pasta with nettle not to my taste... sorry for the service... ask for a red wine and they bring you a white one from the same cellar... without even letting you see it or taste it... it can happen... but it was the arrogance of the waitress that I didn't like at all... merlot is one thing... Bosco Eliceo is another... it's not true... it was written there on the menu... in the end I was right... the wine was written but not available... you can answer even better and not make the customers look ignorant... I won't return

13/07/2025: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A jewel of Piacenza cuisine! We were thrilled with every aspect of this restaurant! The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously cared for, with a warm and authentic feel that makes you feel right at home. The staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and always smiling: a true added value. But the real star is the food: traditional Piacenza dishes executed impeccably. The tortelli with roe deer sauce were simply spectacular, with a thin pastry and a flavorful filling. The maltagliati, then, made us understand why Piacenza cuisine deserves a place of honor among the great Italian regional cuisines. The meats were cooked to perfection; we ate the truly spectacular horse carpaccio with arugula and parmesan, along with top-quality local cured meats and a well-stocked wine list featuring excellent local labels. All at a price that's absolutely right for the quality offered. Highly recommended for those seeking authenticity, flavor, and a memorable dining experience. We'll be back.

19/06/2025: Yet Google says open until midnight but at 11:22 pm you are told that the kitchen closes after 4 minutes and they can only make fried food... And shortly after that they serve hamburgers at the next table: it's a bit annoying. For the record, we were not warned before sitting down but we sat down, the waiter brought us the menu and only after that another waitress came and asked us if we also had to eat, when we nodded she told us that she would go and see if it was still possible. When she came back she told us that the kitchen was closing etc etc. I can't stand lies and the answer that we had been warned before sitting down does not correspond to the truth.

25/05/2025: We had dinner at Insoljto in Budrio (FC), we were six friends (five vegans and one omnivore) accompanied by our four-legged friend. It was a nice discovery: finally a place where everyone, including animals, can feel welcome and enjoy something delicious without giving up anything. We tasted various appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts, and each course surprised us positively. The dishes are original, prepared with fresh ingredients and creative combinations, never banal. Excellent flavors, perfect cooking and attention to presentation. The variety of the menu makes this place ideal for everyone, regardless of food preferences. The staff was very kind, helpful and attentive even to our dog, making us feel immediately at ease. The bill also pleasantly surprised us: definitely cheaper than other restaurants with vegan options, despite the quality. It's nice to find a restaurant that enhances vegan products in a tasty, accessible and pet-friendly way. Insoljto was truly an unexpected surprise, an evening to be repeated soon with other friends curious to discover such good and affordable alternative cuisine.

20/06/2025: Everything is vegan! Nice charmy place, away from crowdy area but still, close to the city center. You are having feeling like you are at home. Family atmosfere.

20/05/2025: Le Proposte is located in a small village on the top of a hill, in a panoramic position. It has outdoor tables in the summer season. The internal room is very welcoming. The menu is very interesting, with local and traditional products. The staff are all very kind and prepared. The owners are also very welcoming. As always, we had a divine lunch. An experience of flavors. A place to consider when passing through these parts.
