Within the walls of Saludecio, in a stone house with a fireplace and hanging objects that tell the story of rural tradition, you'll experience a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The owner, Francesca, is fantastic: she welcomes you as if you were a returning friend, and her husband, the chef, cooks delicious dishes prepared with great passion. What's striking is not only the quality of the food (truly excellent), but the feeling of being at home, something rarely found when dining out. We had a wonderful evening, filled with warmth, smiles, and authentic flavors. We'll definitely be back! 💚

25/08/2025: Perfect evening, nice and welcoming place, excellent food presented in careful and abundant courses, served by discreet and kind staff, all within a small village that projects you into a past that cannot fail to arouse sweet memories at least in people like me who are no longer very young.

23/10/2025: We took advantage of the daily menu. Good choice of menu and type. You can choose between a first course and side dish, a second course and side dish, a full menu, or an à la carte menu. Very fair prices and generous portions. Very good food.

They made us wait for half an hour standing because they had to clean the tables... too bad those tables were never cleaned and we were left waiting like two idiots. Not to mention the staff's rudeness. In the end, of course, we ran away. Never again.

Traditional gnocco and tigelle made to perfection, and super-delicious borlengo. A restaurant where the local area comes to life in dishes where every detail is lovingly crafted. Recommended.

The food is excellent—the ravioli and tortellini are all homemade, the meats are exceptional (I recommend trying the beef tenderloin, sublime), and the service is very friendly, which I appreciated very much. The price was fair for the amount of food; a wonderful experience. Congratulations!

08/08/2025: Spectacular service, excellent food, and a beautiful, historic location. We ordered two appetizers, two first courses, and two desserts, kindly recommended by the woman who served us. They also offered us a small appetizer with two arancini and a sampling of two small cannoli after dessert. Everything was delicious. The dishes were full of personality and of the highest quality, beautifully presented. Excellent experience

20/07/2025: A summer evening and dinner for two at the outdoor tables. We were delighted with their tasting menu. The service was attentive and meticulous, the presentation of the dishes was delightful, the pairings were thoughtful, and the ingredients, especially the fish, were decidedly fresh and high-quality. The wine list was comprehensive and reasonably priced, with a particularly generous selection of champagne.

02/10/2025: The Taranto-style mussels are superb! Generous portions and everything is special. :) I recommend it to everyone.

30/09/2025: First time at this cute trattoria on the canal port. I'd give the tagliolini allo scoglio, packed with clams, mussels, crab, and lobster, a 10! Generous portions. I'll definitely be back when it reopens!
