Highly recommended. Wonderful location, excellent food, absolutely reasonable prices. Definitely a worthwhile visit, and one we didn't regret for a second.

We went to Osteria degli Usignoli on Sunday evening, my boyfriend and I, after a day spent out and about. We were dressed decidedly “casual” and I must say that as soon as we arrived I felt a little uncomfortable: the environment is very well-kept and all the other customers were well-groomed. The place definitely has an elegant air, more for a special occasion than a quick dinner. That said… the location is wonderful! An old mill surrounded by greenery, quiet and romantic, truly evocative. As soon as we sat down they brought us a small entrée offered by the house: a ricotta and mushroom mousse with mini crackers. Delicious and a very nice welcome! I had a tagliata and my boyfriend a really tasty cockerel, accompanied by a very good sauce and French fries. As a side, we both had grilled vegetables. Generous portions and well-made dishes. The only flaw of the evening was perhaps the service. Even though we were the only ones when we arrived, it took more than 45 minutes before we could eat. The waiters were kind, but the long waits put us off a bit. In the end we spent 64 euros for two, with only water and no wine. Honestly a bit expensive for Cesena, but the place is so special that it partly justifies it. One last thing: the owner. A wonderful, very kind woman, with whom we had a chat at the end of the evening. You can tell she loves what she does and she really made us feel welcome. In short, I would gladly go back — maybe next time with a slightly more elegant look and ready to wait calmly. Because, despite everything, the experience was beautiful.

I had dinner at Osteria degli Usignoli on a Friday evening, booking the day before. The location is really beautiful, very well-kept, tastefully furnished and in a very beautiful setting, surrounded by nature. They made us sit in the room near the entrance with only 3 tables, very romantic and intimate. The menu is extensive and choosing is difficult... I would have liked to try everything! In the end we opted for 2 appetizers, 2 first courses and 2 desserts. We enjoyed the appetizers, in particular the Iberian ham was really delicious. We were instead a little disappointed by the first courses, they were good but we expected something more... for example, the cappelletti broth was fantastic but the cappelletti were not very tasty, the filling could hardly be tasted. The prices are quite high, the service very kind. It was certainly a pleasant evening and I definitely recommend trying this restaurant... if I go back I will happily try some other dishes!

Beautiful and suggestive location on the shores of the lake surrounded by nature. Welcoming and enchanting environment! We ate excellently.. We were a group of friends and we took the house appetizer, which I found tasty, abundant and varied, also the Argentine picagna steak which was superb, quality meat and cooked very well. Even the spectacular desserts to end in style. Professional and courteous staff, even the owner. This is one of those places that if you eat there you will not forget it! It is advisable to book in advance because it is always full.

Situato appena fuori Cesena, posto suggestivo con vista fiume Savio. Dentro è ancora più bello: rustico, elegante e ben curato. Cibo ottimo con tante proposte non solo locali. Cibo molto bene, servizio ancora meglio, padrone di casa attento e preparato, come il resto dello staff. Consigliato.

High quality venue, very professional team and the owner Bicio and his wife are impeccably friendly and welcoming.

Nice place with excellent food. Wide choice of wines. Prices quite high but you pay for the quality. Recommended for occasions and events.
