The chef is truly professional and competent and was able to recommend a piece of meat we had never eaten before. The service was impeccable! I highly recommend

15/09/2025: Server took very long to take our orders, was not paying attention to the costumer. Taco was cold and the ingredients were not fresh. The toilet was nasty, no toilet seat and a wet floor.

29/06/2025: Unfortunately, after the last restyling, it has lost its charm. Casa Albero was not only food, but a comfortable environment with a board on the commandments of wine, which each time inspired a smile and reflection, because after all it was not just about wine. I understand that it is a time of boom in customers, but you can't eliminate an open kitchen and strip the walls of those same furnishings that together with good food gave a few hours of pure pleasure, for what? Yes, the food is always excellent, but the room is now insipid, bare, and when there are too many people the service inevitably drops because you find yourself with two waiters of dubious competence (no offense to the owner, but I have been repeatedly bumped into by hands and plates, and he ends up paying for their low competence). Recommended but, I repeat, only for the good food.

14/09/2025: The terrace overlooking the sea is fabulous. I'm sorry I can't say the same about the food. Spaghetti with clams and tuna bottarga: no tuna bottarga, the spaghetti al dente, the clams plentiful...no connection. Two separate first courses on the same plate. Cost €25 The tuna steak and fried calamari were good. Prices are a bit high...you pay for the view. 4 first courses and 2 second courses with a glass of wine €180

06/09/2025: An absolutely unforgettable dinner... Before booking I looked at the menu... when I ordered the lobster was missing... the sea urchins were missing... I had to settle for what was available... I had octopus on a bed of arugula and cherry tomatoes as an appetizer... no flavor. Four pieces of octopus... let's say a mixed salad... for the first course paccheri with tuna and aubergines... zero flavor... no oil... tasteless... to top it all off, millefeuille with cream... inedible... and served on a decorated plate... At the end, the waiter, who seemed very kind, asked me if everything was okay... obviously I said no. I explained the reasons, but it was to make improvements... and instead this kid acted arrogantly... the only positive thing was the kindness of the waitress..

14/07/2025: Location molto grande con animali, giostre, campi da calcio, in piu' c'è l'animazione. I bambini sono impegnati per tutto il pranzo e tornano a casa molto felici. Prezzi bassi, 25 euro per gli adulti e 15 per i bambini, non ci hanno fatto nemmeno pagare il coperto. Unica pecca menu' un po' scarno, solo tre primi e due secondi fra cui scegliere. Antipasto misto buono, tutto. Come primi cavatelli con speck pistacchio e fiori di zucca, buoni, piatto bello abbondante, i fiori di zucca non si sentivano molto. Poi porchetta con i funghi e patate come contorno, abbastanza buona, nulla di elaborato. I dolci non ci hanno convinto, nè il tiramisu' nè il semifreddo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente sperando di trovare qualche piatto in piu' da poter scegliere

11/07/2025: Ho scelto questo locale, per l'amoio spazio esterno dove i bambini si possono divertire. Per quanto riguarda il cibo è tutto ottimo, noi abbiamo mangiato la pizza. Ma io personalmente ho anche mangiato a pranzo tempo fa e confermo che è tutto molto buono.

24/08/2025: We discovered it by chance, we were in the area, and after leaving the main road you have to drive up a winding road. At least the GPS showed us that route, since we're not from the area. Everything was great - good food - dessert - coffee - service - and the prices - keep it up - recommended - We'll definitely be back!

18/11/2025: Embarrassing. The receipt says it all. €25 for 3 herbal teas.

17/11/2025: The pizza & polpette were great. The service was a little indifferent and not very warm or hospitable, they're probably suffering tourist fatigue.

11/11/2025: The mozzarella and tomato panini was very tasty. The sandwich is served cold, but the bread was fresh so it was not so hard or crunchy. The woman at the register appeared disinterested and annoyed. I cannot speak to the table service as I ordered for takeaway. The prices differ if you sit at a table so it’s best to confirm prices before you take a seat and order.

09/11/2025: Everyone was so kind! I had severe abdominal pain, and the bartender was very kind in suggesting a B&B for us to stay the night because their B&B was busy. The next morning, I went back with my husband to get some chamomile tea and he went to have breakfast. Mrs. Anna was very kind and even gave us directions to the nearest pharmacy!

10/09/2025: Amazing pastries and friendly service! A group of us frequented this establishment daily during our stay in Salerno due to their high quality pastries and wonderful coffee as well as their hospitable attitude toward Americans. On our final day, we were provided a heartfelt, "Goodbye my friends!"... I will cherish this place and it's people.

23/11/2025: Wide passage for trucks, friendly staff, excellent cuisine, both meat and fish. I recommend it.

22/11/2025: We went to this restaurant because it was very popular. We had high expectations, but unfortunately, we were disappointed. Both for the quality of the food and the complete lack of gluten-free options. The portions were very small, especially for the main courses. The price was exorbitant for what we ate.

06/07/2025: The worst restaurant I’ve been in my last 5 years . Tra i peggiori ristoranti che abbiamo cenato negli ultimi 5 anni . Abbiamo ordinato una bistecca fiorentina e hanno avuto il coraggio di portarci un osso alto 8 centimetri di una bistecca già consumata da altri e di fianco vari pezzi di carne di vario tipo . E’ stata una cosa terribile . Non l’abbiamo mangiata affatto e alle nostre lamentele ci hanno detto che non capivamo niente di cagne . Il pane era umido e molliccio , per avere olio e sale abbiamo dovuto ricordarglielo 5 volte . Servizio pessimo . Evitate di andare se non volete essere presi per i fondelli . Il conto ?? 110 € per una bistecca non mangiata per poi essere anche accusati di non capire niente di bistecche fiorentine , io che ho vissuto 13 anni a Firenze. Se non volete essere truffati da questi lestofanti , evitate di fermarvi lì . A 100 metri c’è un altro ristorante che merita in termini di qualità , servizio e cortesia . IL RIFUGIO e’ stato un incubo . Vomitevole

12/10/2025: This pizzeria was recently renovated, but the way it works hasn't changed. I mean, the flavor is always the same and it's delicious... Pizzas that make you fly, and they're big too... I booked for 8:15 PM and left at 8:18 PM. They didn't even keep me waiting a minute. Congratulations! Top service, like the pizza and the waiters. Compliments to the owner and the chefs.

08/09/2025: I recommend eating here. The food is excellent, the service is excellent, and you can expect a taste of tradition if you want to experience true Italian culture. The prices are excellent. If you don't eat here when you're in Italy, you're missing out on a culinary experience. It was lovely to be here; I'm already looking forward to eating at Ristorante Pizzeria Del Corso again. 26/08/2025: The pizzas are of excellent quality; they don't skimp on the ingredients. I ordered shrimp and they filled my pizza with a delicious pecorino cheese. Oh, and the prices are the best, without a doubt. I'll be back.
