04/02/2025: Excellent place in the hamlet of Ariano in Olevano sul Tusciano where you can try good products from pizza to DIY grilled meat. Local products, good in a well-furnished place with clean environments. I have been there many times both for products consumed on site and for takeaway and I tell you that it is worth going there. Staff normal, available. Prices not bad and for all budgets. The venue is suitable for couples, families and groups. Booking is always recommended, especially on weekends. Limited parking and externally you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains and the hamlet below.

18/01/2025: Terrible experience!!!! I strongly advise against visiting this unpleasant place...unfriendly and rude staff, terrible food, the fried food arrived frozen inside, a waitress (if she can be called that), who hurried us for the entire duration of the dinner with ways to say the least a little rude and rude!!! Poor meat. Rating 0 and I won't add anything else.

11/05/2025: An in the environment, created with inventiveness and taste. Good food, courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, especially for large reservations. I did a takeaway, but it is also possible to eat on site. Prices right.

06/05/2025: Yes, it's true that you can't be too particular about your orders here. You get excellent starters, desserts, etc. without being asked. Everything is very tasty and lovingly prepared. The owner and his wife are very welcoming and warm. We have been coming here on and off for many years and have always enjoyed it.

22/05/2025: Nice place but gentlemen you can't wait an hour and a half for a montanara without cheese ... and a plate of chips .. for goodness sake the pizza was edible but the service very poor. It's May and I'm already struggling with waiters who are slow. A little cheerfulness and speed wouldn't hurt.

05/05/2025: Llegamos a Ravello para pasear por el pueblo y los jardines. Estaba lloviendo. Nuestro conductor sabía del lugar perfecto para nuestro almuerzo. Gli Olivi. Situado justo al lado de Ravello, la ciudad de Scala es una pintoresca ciudad escondida. El pueblo más antiguo de la costa de Almafi. A pesar de la lluvia nos sentamos en el patio y nos trataron como a la realeza. El personal era atento, muy servicial con nuestra falta del idioma italiano. Comenzamos con un delicioso vino seguido de Bruchetta con la mozzarella de búfala más fresca y tomates frescos dulces rociados en aceite de oliva fresco italiano. Pedí la pasta de mariscos y mi marido el risotto de mariscos. Ambos deliciosos. El postre fue 'Delise al Amoné', Delicia de Limón, fue muy encantador. Un establecimiento de 5 estrellas, comida y experiencia. ¡No dejes pasar esto si estás en la zona, o tal vez lo conviertas en tu destino!

28/04/2025: Este restaurante fue recomendado durante mi estancia en Casa Dolce Casa. Lamentablemente, la experiencia me pareció abrumadora, especialmente después de algunos de los otros restaurantes increíbles que probé en Ravello. La alcachofa no era comestible. Los sabores en sí eran buenos, pero parecía que estaba tratando de masticar plástico. El filete estaba bueno, pero me decepcionó la verdura de su propio jardín, que no era más que una cucharada llena. Después de gastar más de £ 50 me fui sintiendo hambre. El ambiente era agradable, pero de nuevo experimenté mejores lugares en Ravello.

28/05/2025: Frequentiamo spesso questo locale con il mio compagno e abbiamo sempre ordinato le stesse due poke: la Green e la Salmon Joy. Ieri sera, però, siamo rimasti molto delusi. Abbiamo atteso a lungo mentre le ragazze al bancone preparavano due poke per un altro tavolo: porzioni decisamente abbondanti. Quando è arrivato il nostro turno, le nostre poke erano invece molto più piccole del solito. In particolare, la mia Green Poke conteneva solo 5 pezzetti di salmone. Ho fatto notare la cosa con calma e gentilezza, ma la risposta ricevuta è stata sgarbata e arrogante: “Queste sono le nuove direttive”, senza alcuna disponibilità né empatia. Capisco che possano esserci cambiamenti interni, ma la professionalità e la cortesia verso il cliente non dovrebbero mai mancare. Siamo rimasti molto delusi, soprattutto considerando la nostra fedeltà al locale.

30/05/2025: The gelato was really great, but I think they all taste quite similar. The prices are inflated because we were in Amalfi, and it was €10 for a takeaway and €12 for an eat in. We did a takeaway because there was no seating available. You can find a shop in Sorrento which has a shop similar to this for around €7! It looked good, the atmosphere was nice but it was very crowded and slightly expensive but tasted great all the same!

30/05/2025: Lemon sorbet that you have to try even though it's expensive!!! There were many kinds of gelato, so I ordered one and they were all delicious!!

04/06/2025: Excellent pizzeria, everything very good. BUT! Terrible service, there were no cutlery and no one noticed. Waiter named Singh very good and polite, what can I not say about the other one who was bullying and huffing, it is clear that this job is not for him, I am sorry to leave a comment like that but as a customer who came to Trieste to have a good time and eat, having attitudes like that, is not the best.

09/06/2025: I didn't think I'd eat badly anywhere in Italy, but I did. Carbonara tasteless, but maybe that's for the best because my husband's bolognese was sour. A place chosen at random without checking the reviews first. Additionally, the waiter stood over us when I was choosing another dish and asked if it was ready.

09/06/2025: We asked if they had sea bream like the one in the picture, and they said yes. They brought us panga with no vegetables and it was very raw. It's a tourist trap, don't go there.

08/05/2025: Abbiamo trascorso una serata davvero piacevole in questo ristorante. Il cibo è ottimo, con un menù che valorizza i sapori locali e ingredienti di qualità. La cantina dei vini è molto fornita, con etichette interessanti che si abbinano perfettamente ai piatti proposti. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca buona cucina, atmosfera accogliente e un servizio eccellente.

29/04/2025: Oggi, giunto da Napoli per ragioni di lavoro, sono stato al tribunale di Vallo della Lucania, trascorsa la mattinata, ad ora di pranzo ho chiesto alle guardie giurate ( locali del posto) di indicarmi un luogo dove si mangiava bene. Ebbene, ritengo che l'indicazione data per il ristorante "la Chioccia d'Oro" sia stata preziosa e gradita. Il personale è stato gentile ed ospitale, inoltre si è mangiato veramente bene con piatti di ottima fattura e prodotti di qualità. Io ed i miei convitati (7) siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti e sicuramente ritorneremo consigliandolo anche ai nostri amici e conoscenti. Mario Abbondante

23/05/2025: Restaurant surrounded by greenery, with free parking and a small area with rides. Large and well-lit room thanks to the glass walls. As a welcome entrée they offered us a potato gateau and excellent prosecco. We had the appetizer of "A Casa Mia". Genuine and exquisite cold cuts and cheese. To follow, good scottona with burrata and pizza margherita. The waiter Mario was impeccable with attentive, helpful and courteous service.
