21/06/2025: Posizione un po’ decentrata sulle colline di Vaglio, ma posto incantevole! Personale e proprietari decisamente gentili ed alla mano. Un oasi di tranquillità. Siamo rimasti due notti. Le cene sono state di qualità ed al prezzo giusto

12/05/2025: Un posto meraviglioso, immerso nella natura, pulito, con tutti confort e gli spazi per far giocare i bambini. La gestione familiare ci ha permesso di vivere in serenità il weekend, soddisfando qualsiasi nostra necessità. Colazione e soprattutto cene ottime, con materie prime scelte e a km zero. Cucina casereccia e molto saporita. Ci siamo stati per poter visitare Basilicata Alpaca. Straconsigliato.

A small place where tradition and innovation find their expression in the form of sweets and more.. mignon pastries, croissants, donuts, tarts, cakes, cake design, biscuits, themed parties..., bread, savory appetizers... All always accompanied by a smile, lots of kindness and availability! Excellent quality.. to underline the use of raw materials from the territory and always fresh and little transformed. 100% recommended

23/08/2025: I hadn't been here for several years, a shame, so many steps backwards. Really terrible service, we were left to our own devices; they brought our pizzas without clearing away the appetizer plates, which remained on the table until the end of service. The cruschi were not cruschi, very soft. In conclusion, I don't recommend them, unfortunately.

14/09/2025: The most friendly and lovely people I encountered in my trip. Rocky, his wife and his friend Antonio help us tremendously to organized our trip, this is a nice retro hotel with a nice pool which we didn’t use because we left early in the morning, just bring your car as it’s outside de city center.

04/09/2025: Excellent lunch, the name of the place says it all, very sufficient portions, very reasonable price, welcoming atmosphere, very kind staff, everything ok recommended, go and see, satisfied, there were two of us, my wife and I.

19/07/2025: Fast service, excellent and plentiful food, convenient parking, and we were even able to bring our dog. The bar is accessed from outside; behind it are two rooms, one large with very comfortable chairs/armchairs, spacious tables, and a cool atmosphere. Excellent value for money.

23/08/2025: If you find yourself passing through Stigliano, go there! Despite the somewhat spartan appearance of the place, the manager and staff are so welcoming and hospitable that you'll feel pampered. The cuisine is excellent and varied. Excellent!

02/09/2025: The prices are above average, the staff is friendly, the service is slow, and the pizza is good, but nothing special, given the pizzeria's reputation. I'll also correct my review: it's impossible to book a table or takeout pizzas, since they never answer the phone, so one star is more than enough for this attitude alone. My boyfriend and I haven't been there in years because it seems like you need a written request on stamped paper to get a response if you call.

31/08/2025: Everything was perfect, the staff was friendly, the food was excellent, and the flours they use for their pizzas are refined and delicious. I'll definitely be back.

07/07/2025: On the occasion of a weekend in Melfi for two consecutive days we preferred to dine at Mario. Excellent crispy pizza with a particularly good flavor, very kind staff reasonable price. What can I say I recommend you try it to believe it. Good pizza to everyone.

31/07/2025: Siamo stati lì in quattro ..una delusione ....x iniziare un piatto a testa di salumi contati con una mozzarella sopra ..una ciotolina con una frittatina una con melanzane e una con patate fatte come un soufflé e un piatto con cipolle e salume tagliato a dadini ..poi un piatto di arrosto di maiale tutto da dividere in quattro anche la pasta mista con funghi ..(non di stagione) il vino travasato da bottiglioni di plastica ...e nel menù c'era scritto misto carne arrosto che non e' arrivato.. peccato xchè il locale e pulito e il servizio è buono ..ma niente peperoni crusca o altro di locale ..il dolce non c'era e x frutta uva sempre da dividere in quattro.peccato...

20/07/2025: Tornerei in questo ristorante perché la cucina è molto buona con piatti della tradizione e pasta fatta in casa. Sarebbero gradite più spiegazioni dei piatti . Menu unico a 30 euro con 8 antipasti molto buoni, un primo, un secondo con contorno, frutta e caffè . La titolare cuoca molto gentile e disponibile a chiarimenti sui piatti.

03/09/2025: I was looking for a deli where I could get a decent meal at a reasonable price, and I found a place where we ate well at a fair price. Excellent selection of self-service dishes, with takeout and lunch options available in a small adjacent room or on the front patio. Located not far from the city center and easily accessible on foot.

08/08/2025: A place discovered by chance. The atmosphere was clean, and the self-service station exuded a sense of cleanliness. The space for eating was organized, and a delicious fish entree for just €6 was a dream in 2025. A good selection of dishes.

30/12/2024: After the visit to the living nativity scene, since it was dinner time, we found ourselves in front of the pizzeria and went in, the welcoming and kind owners made us sit down, we took the pizza menu which included an appetizer with cold cuts and cheeses, a pizza, a drink, sweet or coffee at €18 everything was excellent

Fantastic food, unbeatable price (the fixed menu for €18.00 is incredible for what it offers: appetizer, first course of your choice, dessert with drink/wine included!), really kind staff and excellent service, especially the super kind and proactive waiter! The portions are super abundant and above all delicious, I highly recommend it!

10/09/2025: We came to eat at I Sapori senza gluten for lunch. We were able to eat there and loved the experience. Everything was superb, from the food to the service! My partner, who is neither celiac nor intolerant, also loved it. I recommend it 100%.

09/09/2025: We waited an hour and a half for our first course. We asked the waiter/cook/cashier, and he even rudely replied: "We didn't pre-cooked the rice. The rice was bland, the tomato pasta was good. Now we'll have to wait another hour or so for the second course. Horrible experience."
