Nice place, very clean and well-kept. It also broadcasts sporting events and this is truly a plus. Excellent service and courtesy of the staff. A sore point is the pizza which, despite having good quality ingredients, fails with the "Naples dough", which in order to have the Naples effect probably requires the addition of dough and not a different leavening, the edge in fact was too doughy, therefore I recommend the classic dough.

Last night I had dinner at the Gazebo, a restaurant-pizzeria located in Pignola in the province of Potenza. The restaurant is welcoming and has a large outdoor car park. The staff is friendly, helpful and satisfies customer requests. I ate the Aviglianese pizza (€8.50), a classic pizza with thin dough with mozzarella, cod fillets, crunchy breadcrumbs and cruschi peppers. The pizza was well cooked and crunchy, overall tasty where the flavors of the mozzarella and cruschi peppers prevail and, however, largely cover the flavor of the cod. The experience was positive and the quality-price ratio is good. It is a restaurant that I recommend for a group pizza party.

The Florentine something spectacular and the porcini and truffle ricotta ravioli, super!! Aglianico white wine.. delicious! Excellent service, super friendly waiters!

I found it EXCELLENT. Among the numerous restaurants I visited in the city of Potenza and its province, it is the only restaurant that prepares pizza dough with a flavor very similar to the Neapolitan one. Too bad though, I attended in June 2022 I found the impact different and not cooked enough. I hope it improves by using wood with controlled origin certification. Furthermore, their grilled meat will make every consumer dream. I will return in the future, only for the friendliness, respect and professionalism of the staff involved in serving the public consumer.

Excellent local pizza, clean and qualified staff, I recommend it

Unfortunately, my experience, for the third time in several years, was not positive and with much regret. I go back because, in my opinion, it is a beautiful place... But that's not enough! A Sunday evening. I ordered a selection of cheeses and ate triangles of pecorino and provolone...(€12) I was expecting a "selection". We ordered a pizza marinara and one "alla Norma" both with Neapolitan dough. Total disappointment: crunchy dough, tending towards burnt, simple sauce for a conclusion with a bitter aftertaste. The "Norma" pizza of the person who was with me: the same conclusion, if not worse, given by the greater bitterness in the mouth perhaps caused by the aubergines.

Sono tornata in questo locale dopo un paio di anni di assenza. L'ambiente è rimasto pressoché invariato. Ho scelto l'impasto napoletano per la pizza, che era sostanzialmente una margherita con la mozzarella di bufala. L'impasto non era male, cotto il giusto. Molto buona calda, ma un po' gigommosa appena si è raffreddata. Prezzi contenuti. Sotto questo punto di vista uno dei locali più economici della zona. La crema catalana presa come dolce era davvero ottima. Nel complesso un'esperienza positiva. Il locale è consigliato per passare una bella serata in compagnia.
