15/08/2024: What about Carleo? A confirmation. Tasting menu with satisfactory portions, research and attention to raw materials, balance of flavours, beauty of the dishes. The combinations with wine are accurate and delicate. Courteous service and very polite staff, accustomed to handling even slightly "edgy" customers with courtesy and professionalism. A lunch that was an experience in taste. Worth trying for those who haven't been there yet.

11/07/2024: Il ristorante offre un ambiente curato ed elegante, con la possibilità di cenare in un incantevole giardino che contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera piacevole e rilassante. Durante la mia visita, ho avuto il piacere di assaporare piatti squisiti come il risotto allo zafferano con stracciatella e gambero rosso, e gli spaghetti con vongole e bottarga arricchiti da prezzemolo cristallizzato. La cucina, orientata alla degustazione e gourmet, è stata impeccabile. Il servizio è stato eccellente, con personale qualificato, gentile ed educato. Consigliatissimo!

23/06/2024: Terre di Gaudio is one of our favorite restaurants. Delicious food, prepared with fresh, high quality ingredients. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a quiet family lunch or dinner with friends. Five well-deserved stars!☺️

11/06/2024: I made a reservation for 6, communicating in advance that we had a poodle puppy with us, but making sure that they accepted dogs. As soon as we started eating lunch the dog barked two or three times....We were verbally attacked and offended by a woman telling us that the dog was creating havoc and literally annoying their moment of privacy (they were 10 meters away) but the most hateful thing and that the owners didn't bother to at least understand the extent of the discussion... learn how to do catering

11/05/2024: We had a meat-based dinner, impeccable quality, particular taste, good service and cheerful helpful waiters, the managers have a sense of customer care. Excellent desserts

11/08/2024: Really very satisfied, they are friendly and the pizza is really very good.

11/08/2024: Ordered takeaway. They sent our pizzas by courier and made them again (but made us wait). They got one pizza out of 3 wrong, but we overcame it. Costs slightly higher than the standards of the place, but all in all recommended.

11/08/2024: We are in the Camastra valley, a truly unique and typical place in Lucania. We stayed overnight with friends and had breakfast. We also had lunch. Michele is a kind and honest hardworking man. It is recommended.

05/08/2024: What is striking about this place is the harmony that reigns supreme. From the background music, to the friendliness of the staff; from the goodness of the pizza, to the accuracy of the bill: everything is in the name of harmony. It hasn't happened to me in years that I've eaten a pizza and not felt literally robbed. A special applause to those who carry out this activity with such coherence. If you happen to pass through those parts, treat yourself to a pizza at Picasso.

23/08/2024: Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questa splendida masseria fortificata del 500, a pochi minuti di auto da Matera. Eccezionali l’accoglienza e la gentilezza dei proprietari, che ci hanno dato utilissimi consigli per la visita della città e per la scelta di ristoranti per la cena, dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Le camere sono molto confortevoli e silenziose. Raramente abbiamo potuto usufruire di una colazione così eccezionale per quantità e qualità dei prodotti, assolutamente genuini, fatti in casa o provenienti dalla annessa azienda agricola. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente. Sicuramente vi ritorneremo, se visiteremo ancora Matera. 10 e lode!

26/07/2024: Recently reopened by competent younger professionals, it’s a must try. All the ingredients are locally sourced and the flour used for the handmade pasta and pizza comes from their family flour mill, with the best quality grain sourced locally. The menu is small and well done. The antipasta is very good. I especially like the carpaccio di manzo. The pasta is divine and made in house. The flour used is also low in gluten, light and delicious. The meat has such a good flavor and is all sourced through the local butcher. The pizza though not Napolitano or of other known types is thin, with fresh ingredients and we think is delicious. Our child is particularly fond of the margherita pizza. The house wine comes from a local winery in Roccanova. It’s a great farm to table restaurant, though not labeled as such. It’s in the woods with a lot of outdoor space and a small children’s playground. It’s a very safe environment and perfect for families and the best place for children to play. Though we live in the area, I would highly recommend it as the perfect place for families to stay in their B&B and have access to the restaurant in the evenings. This restaurant is ace; we eat here all the time and our child loves it! Extra perks are an air conditioned dining room.

06/08/2024: I went to this bar to try their homemade ice cream. Contextualized to the small reality of Fiumicello, the ice cream is very good, the service excellent, an essential environment.

26/07/2024: They have a very good ice cream👍. Very friendly staff and the owner even gave us 2 lovely cakes at the house's expense😊. Definitely worth recommending!!!!

11/08/2024: Family place, we felt at home. We stayed there in the rooms, the property is in a good location, very close to the coast of Maratea and also to Sapri. Staying there makes you regenerate from everything. Open your eyes and find a beautiful valley in front of you. Mrs. Patrizia is the aunt we would all like to have by our side. Chef Vincenzo makes exquisite dishes. Eating there made me remember how we ate at my grandmother's house, flavors of Basilicata, all things made at home, from breakfast tarts to pasta and handmade ravioli. And the stuffed pizza? Something never tried. I'm sorry we had to leave, I would have stayed there for another month. It's an experience worth trying. Patrizia is formidable, her liveliness really makes you feel like you have a unique and special life. You can't not try it.
