The waitress refused to explain the menu, reachable only with qr code for those who have a phone that works in the restaurant, moreover different from the one displayed. 26/07/2025: If you want to try river prawns, this is the best place. The restaurant is secluded, with a view of the mountains and friendly service, unfortunately you can't speak much English, but we managed anyway. The prawns and fish are delicious

23/07/2025: I had the chitarrina with shrimp sauce. Perhaps the shrimp sauté could be a little more robust (more salt, more garlic, a few sage leaves), but they're still delicious. The shrimp in a stew (not the lemon one) are special. I would have added a little more salt, but it's a matter of taste. I also like the sage in the stew, like they used to do at La Sorgente restaurant, which was unforgettable but has now closed.

08/07/2025: English: A place near the town of Bussi. From the outside it seems small but inside we find it spread over two levels with the possibility of sitting both inside and on the veranda enjoying the mountain panorama. A menu that coincides with dishes selected to give greater care to each of them. As for the food, I prefer to assign 4 stars, not for its quality, which I must say was really excellent, but for its quantity, especially for the appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses for two people that I found a little poor, with a selection that was perhaps not exhaustive. Followed by a dozen or so meat arrosticini, tasty to enhance their flavor, some really crunchy French fries and a Roman pinsa with mortadella, buffalo mozzarella and pistachio (I would recommend adding a sauce on top that can bind the entire dish together, giving a more complete and enveloping taste). To end the evening on a sweet note, we finished with a portion of tiramisu. Fast service and welcoming staff accompanied the evening. As for the quality/price ratio, we can say it is average. We personally booked with TheFork thus reserving a good discount on dinner. Definitely a quiet place to return to! I recommend

05/08/2025: Homely restaurant with a good selection on the menu! We went here on a whim as we hadn't booked a table but got a table outside. The antipasti was good but few cheeses and salamis. We tried the speciality with skewers from Abruzzo and they were really good. Enjoyed the house red! We took a scampi pasta for two people and unfortunately we only got two crayfish on the whole pasta, the pasta was really good but they could have added more seafood. It lowered the rating a bit. The children were happy with their food. Very good price overall! Great place that is definitely recommended to go to!

16/07/2025: Very friendly and welcoming service – both the waitress and the owner. The concept of this place is very interesting. A casual, very friendly atmosphere. You come for the antipasti (served on a tiered platter, canapés – I don't remember exactly, 6-8 per person, olives, cheeses – 2 per person, cold cuts, some fruit) – for 12 euros per person. You'll be full. You also order wine or cocktails. The drinks are delicious and large. They cost around 7 euros. The waitress was incredibly patient with us while she searched for the perfect drinks for us. The only thing I would change is the music. Those strange arrangements of well-known songs, all set to one melody, are unbearable. Unfortunately, those are often found in such places, in hotel restaurants, etc. The choice of music is probably a copyright issue.

05/08/2025: They love what they do, and they do it very, very well! Thank you so much for this excellent service and outstanding delicacies. We had a wonderful, entertaining evening and would happily recommend Bluefin and all its staff. Fortunately, I read all the reviews carefully beforehand and was sure that the negative ones were simply nasty, or that the people couldn't appreciate the effort put into this class. We were there for the first time today and will be back (despite the 1,500km distance). Thank you so much again! We love win-win experiences like this.

27/05/2025: I have to say that the restaurant is not bad... Genuine food and friendliness. I have to make some remarks about the taste of the food, but I think it was some naivety in the cooking... even if it bothered me. In detail, in the first pappardelle with wild boar and in the second, roast lamb, you could really taste the wine while cooking, as if it had not evaporated perfectly. For the rest, quite good. Fast and friendly service.
