La vera tradizione casereccia locale. Nella semplicità, tanta sostanza e genuinità. Personale molto cortese. Il tutto a prezzi più che onesti! Un ottimo riferimento per la zona. 25/06/2025: Thirty years ago the establishment and the restaurant had a single management. Then some changes came about which, first of all, simply changed the ownership leaving the organization unchanged which remained unique then, subsequently, the new owners continued to independently manage the bathing establishment but entrusted the catering to other subjects who changed over the years, sometimes even suddenly. Currently the restaurant is open all year round and offers a good catering service which however, by force of circumstances, is still lacking the excellence that only the perseverance and experience of the staff, well rooted in the place, can offer to customers. I am sure that this last touch will not be long in coming, the perseverance and continuity of management will be enough from which the signals that lead to improvement arrive. The La Caravella establishment deserves a completely different discussion which, thanks to the great and very long experience in the field, provides bathers with an excellent service, amplified by the very strategic position of the business. The owners are always friendly and available to satisfy the customer who is helped both by the parking possibilities and by the ease with which you can reach the place. Excellently accessible to the disabled.

30/08/2025: Full menu for €13. It's self-service, so service is practically nonexistent. colossal portions à la Bud Spencer (they can feed 2-3 people). The first courses are very good, the pasta is very well cooked. The second courses, with just a side dish, are good; they could feed a family from Northern Italy! The bill includes sorbet and coffee. If I'm within a 100km radius, I'll be back.

14/04/2025: The owner is very friendly and approachable. I went there on Saturday evening and had a great time. The cured meats were local, or at least that's what I thought, the fried cheese was also very good but remained fairly firm when cooked, and the arrosticini (both beef and liver) were truly spectacular. I think there are a couple of places in Abruzzo where they're really good, and this is one of them. I was also tempted by the tiramisu, which was very good and a bit larger than what you'd usually get elsewhere. I'll definitely be back. The prices are also very fair. My compliments to the owner and his staff!!

28/08/2025: A place equipped for children's and adults' parties. It has a lovely playroom and an excellent slide/ball pit/climbing facility for children of all ages. You can eat anything from arrosticini to pizza, or a sandwich with chips. It's definitely a great way for kids to let off steam, while also giving us adults a chance to chat.

23/08/2025: A simple restaurant. The gnocchi are tasteless, but the roast lamb is very good. Decent service.

12/08/2025: We dined at this restaurant, the only one in the area, after booking a day in advance. Upon our arrival, we were greeted very reluctantly by one of the waitresses; the room was empty when we arrived. She escorted us to the table they had reserved for us...near the bathroom door! We ate amidst a frantic coming and going of people going to the bathroom, often leaving the door open. The menu (one for three people) listed at least a dozen first courses. When ordering, after choosing, we were told that the dishes we had chosen were unavailable and that we were limited to only two first courses: mushroom gnocchi or wild boar pappardelle. The second courses, however, were all available. We opted for mushroom gnocchi, wild boar pappardelle, a mixed roast with a side of French fries (correctly listed on the menu as frozen), and arrosticini. The portions were reasonably large; The pappardelle and gnocchi were not creamed (the sauces were rather runny). The grill consisted of a sausage, two portions of lamb, and a pork rib; the pork rib was completely stringy; The arrosticini were very salty. Not a trace of bread! A dinner to forget.

12/07/2025: Truly beautiful place, kind and helpful owner, good quality Abruzzese cuisine using local ingredients. The large, handmade arrosticini are top notch. I'm not giving it a 5-star rating because there's always room for improvement. I've been several times and the quality is always excellent.

27/08/2025: Overall, I wasn't thrilled with the restaurant. The food was average: the cured meats were good, but the arrosticini weren't particularly noteworthy. We didn't try the first courses. Unfortunately, we ordered several dishes that never arrived, and since we didn't have the bill at checkout, we couldn't verify the details. The parking lot is quite small, and despite the air conditioning, it was very hot inside, making the experience less pleasant.

24/08/2025: It was an amazing experience. The server was great. The food was amazing just like my mother’s.
