12/09/2025: Alle Botti di Pescara was a wonderful discovery! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a rustic style that makes you feel right at home. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to recommend the best dishes. The arrosticini are truly excellent: well-cooked, flavorful, and served hot. The traditional appetizers are also delicious, allowing you to try a little bit of everything. The prices are fair (about €20–30 per person) considering the quality and quantity. Plus, there's the convenience of parking, which isn't always a given in Pescara. A perfect place for both a dinner with friends or a casual evening. I'll definitely be back!

21/09/2025: For goodness sake, never again. Let's start from the basics 1): the reception service is zero, a customer walks in and there is no one to tell you which table is yours (even though we booked days before) so we waited 15 minutes among people, disoriented and observed. 2): the orders are very rushed, almost stressful, you order a pizza, you explain very clearly that you don't want the crust all around and that's exactly what you get, with the crust all around, not cooked at all, salty, and on top of that it also made me sick. 3) The arancini were inedible, a strange and disgusting taste. 4) you order room temperature water and it arrives ice cold, the cover charge for two people is €5, why do they pay for the cover charge? (Where are we supposed to sit on the floor? Bah, this is a trend that doesn't exist in other serious restaurants. Terrible experience, I absolutely don't recommend it, for what you eat (or rather what you don't eat) you spend way too much. Never again!

24/08/2025: The house is very nice and comfortable. The hospitality is very good. I would recommend reconsidering the cleanliness issue. It would be nice to find a cleaner environment. And a sealed breakfast that's not accessible to all guests.

11/07/2025: It was an end-of-year event for an elementary school. The kids had fun with the inflatables and the entertainer. The only downside was the pizzas, which were incredibly cheap, and the pizza tour ended when they weren't even full. They were basically pizza samples.

26/07/2025: The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The typical Abruzzo cuisine is plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended!

20/07/2025: If you want authentic, well-made arrosticini, you have to come to Giacomino's. Literally "you sit down and eat." Once you arrive, just sit down and forget about anything. A fixed menu, everything delicious and high-quality, and guaranteed laughter. Perfect for getting away from the monotony of the city and eating well amidst beautiful mountain scenery. Friendly service and more than fair prices.

03/07/2025: Went to this restaurant at 10pm, traveled up two flights of stairs and this place is either under construction or non-existent... There was no music, no sounds, no tables, no people, no anything. Nothing existed but a rug leading to the next level on the stairs.

27/04/2025: (03/25) Dopo aver sbirciato tra le varie opzioni di consegna, ho capito che il cibo a domicilio di questo posto era un po’ come un film di Hollywood: promesso bene, ma finisce spesso con qualche scena mancata. Piatti buoni? Sì, ma alle volte con ingredienti/aggiunte pagate, mancanti o con una versione che sembrava uscita da un’altra stagione. La sorpresa più grande? La costante sensazione che, anche ordinando lo stesso piatto due volte, non ti trovavi mai davanti allo stesso identico capolavoro. Ragion per cui non ho ordinato più. Così eccomi lì, sotto il consiglio della mia compagna, ad entrare in un locale che ti accoglie con vibes da pub di quartiere, dove le luci sono soft e non ti fanno sembrare di stare in una sala di radioterapia. Spazi ampi, qui si può respirare, non devi per forza condividere il tavolo con il vicino. La disposizione è fatta bene, e la sensazione è quella di essere in un posto dove si può parlare senza urlare, ma anche godersi il silenzio se si preferisce. Il menù? Un parco giochi di possibilità. Piatti invitanti e porzioni che a volte ti fanno dire "Ok, può andare, mi devo accontentare", altre volte "Hmm, potevano farla un po' più abbondante". E qui quando si è in gruppo ti vien da dire: perché lui lo ha più grosso? (No doppi sensi) Ha anche più patatine? Forse il mio ha un tocco di mistero che ancora devo scoprire? Le patatine, sì, sono poche. Non so se scelgono in base a preferenze su chi darne di più. La qualità? Più o meno buona, senza troppi fronzoli: alcuni piatti sono una scoperta, altri un po' sotto le aspettative. Si ha quell'impressione di mancanza di qualcosa, come un film senza il colpo di scena finale. Ma ci tornerò sicuramente, perché a parte tutto l'atmosfera che si respira con gli ampi spazi è piacevole.

01/09/2025: Truly excellent arrosticini! We ordered 40 mutton arrosticini (€1.50 each) and 19 liver arrosticini (€1.30 each), plus the inevitable cheese and egg meatballs. The quality of the arrosticini is unquestionable, well-made and tasty. The grilled vegetables, however, were a little less satisfying: the menu indicated more varieties, but the dish only featured zucchini and eggplant, which were also rather coarsely chopped. The place is casual and charming, perfect for an evening with friends. There's no table service, so you order and pick up directly at the counter. This may be why the price per arrosticini is a little high, even though the quality of the meat remains excellent.

27/08/2025: Really good arrosticini. The owner is arrogant and rude, so I'll stop there. He almost seems to be doing us a favor; he clearly doesn't need customers.

03/09/2025: Quality ingredients, freshly prepared dishes, excellent drinks with selected vegetables and fruits. Fast service (considering that everything is prepared to order), very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

03/09/2025: Excellent food and prices that match the quality. A slice of paradise away from the usual offerings... a place that should be everywhere. The girl taking orders remembered everything down to the smallest detail without taking notes. After an order like mine, I wouldn't even have remembered where I worked... I'll definitely be back when I return to Pescara.

30/06/2025: Innanzitutto, devo dire che l'atmosfera è stupenda. Richiama molto gli anni '80-'90, e questa cosa mi piace molto! Secondariamente, lo STAFF è molto veloce a prendere ordini. In più, mi piace molto la loro cottura a legna, si sente che è fatto tutto a casa, e che non sono surgelate, come succede molto spesso al giorno d'oggi. Ora passiamo al prezzo: rispetto a molti ristoranti, è molto economico. Il prezzo per due persone è circa di €20-€30, il ché è ottimo!

26/07/2025: If you want to try river prawns, this is the best place. The restaurant is secluded, with a view of the mountains and friendly service, unfortunately you can't speak much English, but we managed anyway. The prawns and fish are delicious

23/07/2025: I had the chitarrina with shrimp sauce. Perhaps the shrimp sauté could be a little more robust (more salt, more garlic, a few sage leaves), but they're still delicious. The shrimp in a stew (not the lemon one) are special. I would have added a little more salt, but it's a matter of taste. I also like the sage in the stew, like they used to do at La Sorgente restaurant, which was unforgettable but has now closed.

25/08/2025: I called to order 3 pizzas, he tells me to call back when I'm leaving home to have the pizzas hot, so far everything is fine but too bad that when I arrive the pizzas are not ready, I wait 10 minutes and when the pizzas arrive there is no one to charge me even though 3 waiters were around me without doing anything because they do not take orders at the tables as I could notice, I waited 5 minutes with the pizzas ready the only waitress who was taking orders at the tables....... bill 3 white pizzas chips and sausage 35 euros plus 11 euros 3 beers...... you decide

20/08/2025: Congratulations, a truly 10+ place, very spacious, exceptional for families, children's play area rated 10+! The arrosticini are always excellent, the quality of the meat and the cooking are unique, compliments to the kitchen, and above all the super professional staff, giving you advice, and the waiting times are super fast, WELL DONE!

05/09/2025: The venue hosts very pleasant events, and the food and drinks are good.

29/08/2025: Almost everything has changed. Nice, large location. Friendly service from the younger waiters. Others, busy preparing and serving, are very angry and annoyed, but they must have their reasons. It's not like it used to be. Prices have gone up, food is less varied. I won't go there again, and seeing the dining room empty compared to the past, I think I'm not the only one. It used to be busy and they worked on numbers, but today the numbers aren't there, and you should ask yourself why? Never mind... I'll continue to go to other restaurants that for 25-30 euros you eat fish, drink, and get served.

02/09/2025: I discovered this restaurant when it opened as Lumapuz, then Pietra Carrata, perhaps 20 years ago. It was a genuine place where the flavors were those of my home. We fell in love with it, and it was a must-visit when we were in Abruzzo, either alone or with friends. You could enjoy exceptional appetizers, from pecorino cheese and ricotta to peppers with eggs, liver sausage, and so on. Then you could enjoy humble but exceptional first courses like sagna with chickpeas and sagna with beans, not to mention gnocchi and ravioli with ricotta. Unfortunately, to my regret and your legitimate evolution, all of this has disappeared, or almost. The restaurant has completely changed its approach to cooking, updating the menu and the old flavors. Unfortunately, my palate struggles to adapt to new flavors, and an eggplant in oil is called by a scientific name, placed on a bed of something adorned with Pai chips. Of the old appetizer, first Lumapuz and then Pietra Carrata, nothing remains. I'm not criticizing the products, which are excellent, but the lack of the old flavors. Thank you for the past. Donato

31/08/2025: This place gives priority to Italians! If you're a foreigner, this isn't the place for you. You might have to wait up to two hours for your order, even if the restaurant is empty! The food is good, but the wait is tiring.

15/09/2025: We ate near the sea, outdoors. Everything was delicious, from the raw seafood to the risotto to the catch of the day—sea bass in our case. The wines were also refined and original. The olive oil was good. We didn't have time to take photos of the food because we ate it right away.

04/06/2025: A top agriturismo! Delicious food in every course, to be savored bite after bite! A very very nice environment, you can relax before and after lunch by walking in the restaurant park and observing the farm animals. Of course there is no shortage of games for the little ones who will spend happy hours playing. A truly beautiful place! Highly recommended!
