09/02/2026: Unprofessional, the waitress in her forties was arrogant, presumptuous, and impolite. The maître d' was the only gentleman in that restaurant. The preparation method was like a 19th-century tavern. People pay, the service must be impeccable, plus seriousness and professionalism. And if a customer asks for a drink, bring it without any ifs or buts. This criticism is meant to encourage. Best regards from the food critic.

07/01/2026: We had a wonderful New Year's Eve party. The menu was extensive, and we relied on very fresh fish. We couldn't finish the lobster so we took it home. Of course, there was cotechino with lentils, fruit, and desserts from the buffet. It was a spectacle of everything. Then, around 4:30 in the morning, they brought out porchetta, crepes, and cocktails for those who wanted them. It was a spectacle. The music and entertainment were excellent. We started dancing at 8:30 and finished at 5:30 in the morning. It was beautiful, we had a blast.

02/01/2026: Small but comfortable rooms and very comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location is EXCEPTIONAL! (It's right in the center of Caramanico Terme.) Step outside the hotel and you'll find yourself in front of Christmas markets full of surprises: souvenirs, food (sweet/savory), and drinks (alcoholic/non-alcoholic). Everything was excellent. My rating for this hotel/B&B is 4/5 (overall average: 3/5 - 5/5 - 5/5). Thank you for your time over the past few days. I hope to return and I hope you receive more reviews like this.

09/03/2026: Definitely a place you might not want to return to, but not for the food, where not everything was tasty and plentiful, but for the service! We were seated immediately, without waiting, and our order was taken after 5-10 minutes, so far so good. We ordered, and after about twenty minutes, a group of 6-7 people sat down next to us. After a while, they also ordered, and everything was fine until an hour later, when 2-3 portions of fries arrived at the other table... okay, but what about ours?!?! 😅 DESAPARECIDOS!!! We pointed this out, and the blonde girl arrogantly said, "Yeah, yeah, but maybe you ordered something else, those are just fries." NO, COMPA, we ordered the same ones too!!! She left, and lo and behold, a few minutes later, they arrived for us too, coincidence! Let's not even talk about the bill, where they gave the wrong change even with the calculator, and counting for 7 people, it came to €23.06... they even wanted €0.06 for everyone 😅 You could at least offer a liqueur, and if someone doesn't want it, so be it! Don't be cheap. But for over €150, you could do it! Not to mention that you started cleaning the tables and there were more than 20-25 people missing from the table, with that disinfectant that stank to death... bah...

27/02/2026: First time here and everything was excellent! Super original, inviting, and beautiful dishes, not to mention the taste. Excellent! Highly recommended!

You sit down and begin with an aperitivo that's a journey—bruschetta with fresh cherry tomatoes or mouth-watering gorgonzola, local cured meats and cheeses on those carefully arranged trays, paired with a glass of Montepulciano or a simple yet perfect cocktail, all served with calm and style. The atmosphere is magical, intimate, perfect for a slow chat under the warm lights of the pedestrian area: you leave feeling light-hearted but satisfied, already thinking about the next round to try that wine you saw on the list. A place to cherish, without regrets.

10/11/2025: A typical place, very cute and welcoming, but above all, the food is delicious. The owners are friendly and very courteous. Yes, on Saturday lunchtime they have really interesting menus, but even the à la carte menu is excellent for the price. Recommended!

22/03/2026: We arrived during rush hour on a Sunday without a reservation, and the staff was immediately available to accommodate us even though they were fully booked. The food was excellent (I recommend the fried fish), and the staff was quick and helpful.

07/03/2026: Very slow service (an hour's wait between the first and second courses); furthermore, we were charged more than we had ordered.
