We ordered a cold cuts and cheese platter for two and a sliced ​​beef steak with cherry tomatoes, arugula, and cheese. We arrived at the table at 9:20 PM. At 10:15 PM, we requested the steak, which arrived at 10:45 PM. Meanwhile, the DJ was blasting music at high volume. We left at 11:20 PM. The food was good, the wine could be improved. I would appreciate more customer service. We haven't had these problems on other occasions.

We sampled the renowned cacio e ova (cheese and egg) balls with tomato sauce, and they didn't disappoint: delicious texture, flavor, and sauce. We then decided to try a specialty consisting of fried pizza slices topped with sliced ​​beef, arugula, parmesan shavings, and cherry tomatoes: truly remarkable, but so demanding that we ended up finishing dinner like that. It's definitely worth a second visit to try other typical dishes.

14/06/2026: I went there on Saturday evening with a friend. The rustic restaurant also has outdoor seating, everything clean and tidy. The service was good, the appetizer of ham, cheese, and melon was delicious, the 25 arrosticini and two sorbets were decent, and the wine served in a charming straw-covered flask along with a mineral water and a soda. We paid about €40 per person, which is a bit high. I think €30-35 would have been enough... especially considering the distance from the coast, I'll hardly be back.

17/05/2026: We started dinner with a beef tartare and fried cheese, each one better than the last, both in presentation and in the quality of the ingredients. The liver and meat arrosticini were truly tender and well-cooked (the meat ones lacked salt, but I had salt on hand and was able to add more). Impeccable service, the wait staff were all professional and friendly, especially Francesco, who must have chased at least three tables looking for lost items. I highly recommend it.

I repeat, if a customer complains about something wrong, I'll remake it properly, charging only for what's consumed. I understand the desire to rinse one's hands with a one-euro-and-fifty-cent discount, but it still doesn't hold up, since two sips were enough for me to decide to leave the cocktail there. If I don't consume it, why should I pay for it? I understand wanting to distance oneself from someone who tries to exploit it, but the circumstances speak for themselves. REVIEW: Lack of humility and professionalism. Leaving aside the flat Prosecco, I couldn't drink a cocktail because the amount of syrup was excessive (it felt like drinking the glucose syrup they administer for blood sugar tests). Two waiters were very delicately informed of the problem, and that they could take it back. Once we got to the cashier, we explained this to the lady at the counter, who, instead of understanding the issue (since the cocktail hadn't been consumed), started giving a lecture on how this drink was made, as if I'd never had it before. Without any apology, it was added to the bill anyway, with a slight discount of €1.50. Now, as someone who works in the industry, if a customer complains about a burnt or bad pizza, I humbly apologize and proceed to make another one, made well, without charging for the one they returned. I know when a customer is taking advantage of it, and I hate to criticize, but I didn't take advantage of the situation, and at the very least, transparency and fairness are expected. Obviously, I'll never go back.

11/03/2026: Nice little place near the Iper area of ​​Città Sant'Angelo. The menu isn't very extensive, but everything was excellent. We opted for the €45 set menu, which included hot and cold appetizers, a first course, a second course, a sorbet, and coffee. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My only complaint, which could be improved further, is that the aromas from the kitchen barely penetrate the dining room.
