I finally tasted real Roman pinsa. Excellent light and crumbly dough... it crackles! and abundantly 👍

Excellent food, exceptional beers, service a little slow (the management is family-run), welcoming but a little dated premises (but what does it matter?), excellent value for money. Unfortunately there is no parking.

This place is worth a visit, friendly staff, the service is calm but efficient and above all explains the product. I gave the food a 4 because the Pinsa (as explained to me by the owner) in relation to the dough is a mixture that is the same for everyone, here the big difference is the creativity and quality of the ingredients. For this reason I recommend this place, because beyond the standard of the dough there are real and kind people who create tasty specialties. I advise.

Pizza buonissima al giusto prezzo consigliato

Pinsa molto buona, condimento di qualità. Arrosticini tagliati a mano. Vasta scelta di birre artigianali. Buoni anche i dolci.

Cura e attenzione dei prodotti utilizzati sono il risultato migliore e si sente quando queste pietanze vengono mangiate. Pinsa e wurstel fantastici e dal sapore diverso rispetto ai soliti pub e pizzerie. Complimenti per la cortesia del servizio e dalla genuinità dei proprietari.
