My sagne e ceci con i frutti di mare (sandwich and chickpeas with seafood), nothing short of fantastic, light fried food, so the oil was changed often, the roast was rather oven-baked au gratin, not really roasted, but still excellent, a good wine cellar, very simple and convivial atmosphere, coffee and amaro offered, very affordable price, 2 set menus with: choice of first course and then as a second course, one with roast and one with fried food, side salad, 2 appetizers... 75 euros! Practically nothing! I'll definitely be back! 😉😉😉😉

In the hills, a classic, impeccably kept place Friendly, fast, and knowledgeable service Delicious classic arrosticini, but the handmade ones... a delicacy! 01/09/2025: Service... was nonexistent. Abruzzese appetizers without bread. We waited forever. I understand on a busy Sunday evening, but when you sit down with us, you can even leave the menu. Too bad. The food was excellent. We also wanted to try the fish, but given the meat service, we thought better of it.

The scampi still had their intestines inside: if you don't want to remove them, at least make an incision along the shell so it's easier to clean and eat them; then, without tools to break the claws, you risk your fingers. Not even a towel to clean your hands after the "fight." The Atlantic razor clam au gratin was absolutely flavorless. The local razor clam is small and needs a little garlic, oil, and a quick searing. Then €20 for two roasted octopus tentacles... €47 total, we're losing the authenticity of a seafood cuisine that is truly disappearing. Regarding service, it's worth mentioning, for example, that it's not the best thing to complain about your own staff in the dining room when there are customers who can hear. The image is of a place run with a bit too much tiredness and complacency. So, excuse me, I asked for the fish soup and was told it's only available by reservation, but how would anyone know? I hope I've shared some opinions and also some ideas for improvement, despite the fact that so many responses now seem to be AI-generated.

08/07/2025: siamo arrivati tardissimo, siamo stati accolti alla grande, ci siamo trattenuti anche a lungo, abbiamo mangiato ottime cose in un bellissimo ambiente. Ci sono già stato diverse volte in passato, ci tornerò volentieri. Consigliatissimo.

22/07/2025: Fuimos a almorzar con amigos - que experiencia fantástica, buena comida casera, servicio atento y amable. . . una palabra de advertencia sin embargo. . no vayas aquí si estás a dieta, ya que la comida es abundante y tan deliciosa que no podrás resistir! ! El Agriturismo está en una ubicación genial, tranquila y también sería adecuado para niños, ya que tenía una piscina y se encuentra en una granja. . . se puede reservar un día de piscina con almuerzo. Menú de Almuerzo € 35 todo incluido (incluye buenos vinos de la casa - una gran jarra cada uno de los vinos tintos y rosas, agua más licores caseros de limoncello, grappa y strega). El menú es un menú fijo... no hay elección, tienes lo que se ha preparado ese día, pero no te preocupes no te decepcionará. Para empezar teníamos aperitivos calientes y fríos generosos y variados (carnes curadas de calidad, salamis y quesos, verduras encurtidas y varios platos calientes, además de pan). Esto fue seguido por dos platos consecutivos de pasta... primero chitarra con hongos porcini, y luego raviolis rellenos con queso en salsa de tomate. A estas alturas ya estábamos llenos, pero a continuación vinieron carnes asadas y embutidos mezclados (cocinados perfectamente) con ensalada verde fresca. La fruta fresca vino a continuación, dos variedades de melón a la vez muy fresco, dulce y jugoso. Finalmente la última parte de la comida fue café fresco y licores con una rodaja de Abruzzo "pizza doce. " Lo recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar - buena comida casera, buenos vinos y un excelente servicio. Volveremos de nuevo. 😊

16/09/2025: Real pizza, true to it's origins - yet also creative newer concepts as well. My wife went for a traditional Margherita, supremely delightful and true to its origins. On both our pizzas, the dough was incredibly light and extremely tasty. I tried what I'd dare to call the best pizza I have ever had in my 60 years on this planet. It's the Amatriciana Gialla, Passata of yellow date tomatoes, topped with red semi dry pomodorini, guanciale di Amatrice, pecorino romano, black pepper, fresh basil, and extra virgin olive oil. This isn't just a pizza, it is edible art. This certainly will not be my last time there... If you are wandering down Corso Buenos Aires and are craving pizza, wander the block down for lunch or dinner. You won't be disappointed if you are looking for a pizza heaven.

03/09/2025: I stayed at Eriberto's hotel (an exceptional person) from August 23rd to 25th. It was a relaxing holiday with all the comforts, from the imaginative and excellent breakfast to the abundant dinner. The staff were excellent, with the added bonus of the wellness center! Highly recommended!

19/07/2025: Terrible experience. During a stay in the green Abruzzo region, we chose this restaurant. It couldn't have been a worse choice. The wait was biblical, even though there were only two of us, and each course arrived several minutes apart, so we were dining alone. Dishes were overly salty and covered in oil; after a few bites, we couldn't eat anymore. The staff was rude and inattentive; we sat with empty plates at the table for over 10 minutes; they were only cleared away after the first course arrived. The staff only pays attention to regular customers; the others are left to their own devices. The homemade pasta is excellent, but it's ruined by the toppings. I only recommend the tiramisu. I don't recommend it.

The good wine selection is undermined by the complete lack of descriptions and alcohol content, useful information even for the less experienced. The service was helpful, however. This isn't the first time I've had a disappointing experience at a Michelin restaurant.

11/04/2025: Il Cantiere is a beautiful place, managed by kind and young staff. In addition to enjoying first choice products (I love their cutting boards, especially the vegan and vegetarian ones), you can also find non-alcoholic cocktails, which I really liked as an alternative to alcohol. Highly recommended 💯
