22/02/2026: A very beautiful and well-kept place. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the girls are incredibly nice and professional. The appetizers are superb. The meat is excellent.

21/02/2026: I'm recounting the rather unusual experience the other evening. Four of us went to this restaurant and were greeted warmly. After ordering, they informed us that the walnuts in the "Pizza d'Uomo" had run out and had to be replaced with almonds, but so far, nothing unusual. Along with the pizza and the girls' first course, my friend and I ordered the complete antipasto from the old station, as I hadn't been to L'Aquila for several years and wanted to try the cured meats from L'Aquila again. The rest was more of a side dish. Several minutes after the platter and soup arrived, I asked why the cured meats hadn't arrived yet. The younger girl told me to wait, as she would go and ask. When she returned, she pointed out that there was prosciutto... and I pointed out that Norcia prosciutto is already mentioned in the appetizer. She then said that on the menu they carry typical, seasonal products, not necessarily cured meats, claiming they weren't mentioned. I'm attaching a screenshot of the menu, which I also showed to the young lady. She replied that they're currently "updating the menu and experimenting with alternatives using seasonal products." Now, the breaded pumpkin (despite the fact that none of us ate it) doesn't seem like it's from February to me, and it doesn't seem on par with the cured meat from L'Aquila. Sometimes, it would be enough to apologize and clarify the misunderstanding, trying to remedy the situation without making up excuses and making us look like picky eaters. Given the festive occasion, I didn't want to continue the debate, but know that if something is listed on the menu (which still costs €26), you can't leave it out because you've decided to try new things that evening; customers aren't guinea pigs. Unfortunately, the skewers weren't any better: they were too thick and stringy, clearly overcooked, and the meat was brought to the stone in its entirety, so a kilo of meat needed to be eaten quickly along with the skewers because it continued to cook. The last pieces were burnt and dry. I've never seen anything like it. The meat is served rare, and then the customer decides when and how to reheat it, and whether they want to cook it more on the stone. Salt was also missing, but we couldn't ask for it because unfortunately, no one was coming by, and we had to eat quickly because it would either burn or get cold. A first course, a pizza, an appetizer, 10 arrosticini, a rib-eye steak, and two rosé wines cost €210. Not bad for the price, but it's a shame about the quality and the insufficiency of the ingredients, which were in short supply. I definitely won't be returning, and I don't recommend it. I'd advise you to only list what you have on hand on the menu and change the way you serve the meat.

02/02/2026: For me and my wife, La Granseola di Teramo has become a favorite place in the city center, where you can enjoy high-quality seafood dishes. We have our signature dishes, such as the chitarrina with shelled fish, the fried and grilled dishes, or the catch of the day. Of course, for dessert, the basket filled with berries is a must. The service is always very attentive, professional, and friendly. Reservations are recommended, especially on Saturdays or Sundays. Excellent wine list and absolutely fair prices, in line with the high quality of the product.

30/01/2026: The best seafood restaurant in Teramo. NB: If you want to eat seafood, you might as well go to Giulianova if you have the opportunity.

06/03/2026: We followed the advice of some local acquaintances and were pleasantly surprised by the quality, freshness, and quantity of the food, by some original recipes, by the attentive, precise service, and by the courtesy and kindness. Even though it's not on the coast, but not far away, the fish is incredibly fresh and tasty. If we're in the area in the future, we'll definitely return.

10/03/2026: Prices are a bit high, but unfortunately that's the case everywhere. On the other hand, the service and speed are remarkable, despite the large number of tables to manage. The food is excellent and plentiful.

13/02/2026: Pizzeria with clean, spacious, air-conditioned, well-lit, and welcoming spaces. Fast and impeccable table service. Wide selection of pizzas, appetizers, and desserts, with takeout available. Friendly, polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Plenty of parking spaces adjacent to the streets.

01/02/2026: Fantastic little place in the stunning setting of Villa Santa Maria. Excellently prepared dishes with ingredients whose quality is undeniable. Prices are in line with the products... The owner's friendliness is a real plus! We recommend it and will be back.

06/02/2026: My partner and I dined here a few nights ago and had an excellent evening. The food was delicious, the service was courteous and discreet, and the atmosphere was refined and relaxing. Special mention: we spent a week in Roccaraso on a skiing holiday and contacted numerous establishments (ski rentals, ski passes, hotels, shops, and various restaurants), and this restaurant was the only place where we were treated with genuine kindness and respect.

05/02/2026: Excellent dinner. I tried the Truffle tasting menu, and all the dishes were well-executed and delicious. Perhaps I'd include dessert in the tasting menu, as is often the case in similar settings. Prices are in line with, if not lower than, other restaurants of the same caliber, and absolutely in keeping with the offerings. Definitely worth returning to when in the area.

06/02/2026: Luckily, there are still trattorias like this: informal, affordable, and serving quality meat and fish. Ideal for a business lunch, as I did, but also for a dinner with friends. The baked fish is excellent, and the service is quick, with very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely worth a try.

02/01/2026: A New Year's Eve with a bang! Franco and his family's hospitality is the hallmark of this agriturismo. Excellent lunches and dinners are prepared with respect for the local area and tradition (everything is locally sourced). The sauna and hot tubs are the icing on the cake for a relaxing stay!
