04/10/2025: A truly wonderful culinary experience at this restaurant where the fish is cooked with great love. The cold appetizer prepared with the catch of the day is a fairytale that will make you feel happy and content. I also enjoyed an excellent seafood risotto, but every dish chosen was 100% spot on because there's so much love in the preparation of the food. So if you're in Roseto and you're... hungry... 😃 come eat at this restaurant and you'll have a truly positive experience.

18/01/2026: Intimate, minimalist, and elegant design. The maitre d' and the dining room staff create a simple yet warm atmosphere. Refined and original dishes, with Abruzzo roots clearly evident. Special mention goes to the tortello alla ventricina and the lamb, both of which are unbelievably tender.

06/10/2025: If you're looking for a place that puts substance before form, Agriturismo Oliveto is a must-see. Nestled among the rolling, picturesque hills of Teramo, this restaurant embodies the true essence of rural cuisine, offering an extremely rustic and spartan, yet unforgettable, experience. As soon as you arrive, it's immediately clear that the focus here isn't on designer furnishings. The atmosphere is authentic country, with wooden tables and a casual, familiar feel. Don't expect frills or sophistication; the setting is very simple, almost pared-down, and that's precisely its charm; it makes you feel at home, far from the noise and hustle and bustle. The real reason people come here is the meat, and trust me, it doesn't disappoint. The quality of the ingredients is exceptional, a sign of a very short and meticulous supply chain. From the appetizers featuring homemade cured meats and cheeses to the highlight, the mixed grill, or the tagliata or lesser-known cuts, every bite is a triumph of flavor. The meat is cooked to perfection, bringing out the full, authentic flavor that only authentic preparations can provide. We sampled three appetizers, a tagliata and a picanha, with a side of chips, soda, wine, and two coffees, all for €65 (see photo). They have a digital menu, but due to ongoing renovations, they're currently offering a reduced menu (see photo). Next to the tasting room is the butcher's shop, where you can purchase meat if you like. The service is friendly, as expected in such a rustic setting, but always courteous and attentive. They know how to best recommend the daily specials and are quick to serve. Another great strength is the value for money. Despite the extremely high quality of the meat, the prices are absolutely reasonable and affordable. You'll leave feeling full and satisfied without emptying your wallet, a significant detail. Oliveto is a true "place of the heart" for those who love tradition. If you're looking for authentic cuisine, delicious meat, and total immersion in the rural Teramo setting, ignoring the spartan appearance, this agriturismo is a gem waiting to be discovered. Perfect for a dinner with friends or a Sunday family getaway full of good food. N.B. The restaurant's opening hours are not those listed on Google; it's always best to call to reserve, perhaps even the day before. The agriturismo is not signposted, but is located in the basement behind the main house.

08/01/2026: Everything was excellent, from the wine to the sublime food. The highest quality products were served with great professionalism. The place is warm and, above all, clean. The cuisine is tasty and varied, featuring local products expertly cooked by the chef and served with elegance. If you're passing through Pacentro, stop by, and if you don't, make time to go.

22/03/2026: Very welcoming and friendly staff, excellent traditional Abruzzo cuisine: I had the fettuccine with lamb sauce, the grilled lamb and potatoes al coppo, and I must say they were all remarkable. I will definitely be back.

24/02/2026: We didn't use the hotel, only the restaurant, which served good/excellent quality food (some typical Abruzzo dishes). The service was good, as was the cleanliness. Prices were reasonable. We should return to try the pizza.

Pizza as hard as stone, but the best is the huge CUOPPO NAPOLETANO for more than 10 euros... that is, a bag of 8 mini fried foods from Todis passed off as artisanal Neapolitan fried foods... I missed the review above, the owner responded to me everywhere in threatening tones and then blocked me everywhere.

13/02/2026: Poor service, long waits even to pay the very high bill. For 51 euros you can find better. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

29/01/2026: On a tour between L'Aquila and Calascio, we stopped at Leda e Santino for lunch, offering the opportunity to discover and rediscover the flavors of Abruzzo cuisine. The wild boar was delicious, both in the ragù for the first course and stewed as a main course. The service was also good, and fast even with the restaurant full. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely return to try other dishes.

14/10/2025: Parco dei Mulini has been a trusted favorite for several years now. I've been here often, even on different occasions (in the summer, the kiosk is open, you can eat outside in the heavenly temperatures, and the live music evenings are fantastic!). In the winter, they host indoor evenings, and the menus change based on events (the pizzas, in particular, are updated frequently!). Top quality in everything, from beers to main courses, all the way to dessert (made by the fantastic staff), and the pizzas are unparalleled: the best pizzas in the Ortona area and the surrounding area, even though we're in Crecchio. Generous portions and affordable prices. The owner is super. The place is beautiful, surrounded by the greenery of a charming former mill, and it's not uncommon to spot a few animals!

24/09/2025: Always happy to book. Relaxing place, even if it's always busy. The food, both meat and pizza, is always excellent. The beers are also good, with a wide selection. Good value for money.

02/03/2026: Yesterday was my first time at this place. The location is quaint, the staff friendly, but the price was incredibly inconsistent; for two, we ordered a slice of baked bread as an appetizer, two main courses (a portion of cod and a portion of fried tripe), a side of potatoes, a portion of dessert, and half a liter of house wine, all for €91.50. There's no justification for such a price, especially in an unheated place where you had to eat while wearing a jacket. A negative experience.
