All the dishes we ordered were excellent except the meatballs (I'm sorry to say but they were the worst I've ever eaten). The staff was very friendly and fast, and the place was spacious and clean! I recommend it to everyone.

A true gem on the Silvi seafront! Traditional Abruzzo cuisine was truly excellent. We had a mixed appetizer with cheese and egg pallotta, tripe, onion platter, eggs, and sauteed vegetables, followed by anellini alla pecorara and chitarra pasta with meatballs, and finished with a lovely bunch of arrosticini. Everything was delicious! The guy who served us was also very friendly. Highly recommended.

Che dire… se volete mangiare gli arrosticini più buoni d’Abruzzo recatevi in questo ristorante. Servizio veloce e personale super gentile e preparato. Il locale è molto carino e caratteristico Se passate di lì vi consiglio di fermarvi ne varrà la pena. Super consigliato 👍🏻 Grazie ancora e spero a presto

13/04/2026: I dined at the Saint Louis Hotel restaurant and I must say it was a truly pleasant experience. I ordered the chitarrine and they were simply excellent—pasta made just right, with that authentic flavor of Abruzzo tradition. The cuisine is authentic, the dishes are carefully prepared, and the ingredients are top-quality. The atmosphere is welcoming and rustic, just the right amount, perfect for a relaxed dinner. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the evening. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for good food in the province of Teramo.
