22/09/2025: We visited the restaurant on Sunday, September 21st, for my nephew's confirmation. What can I say? A truly unique experience. We were welcomed by the owner, Federica, and the chef, with a welcome aperitif of Sicilian shrimp and hot fried anchovies, all accompanied by an exceptionally high-quality sparkling wine. We continued our meal with some incredibly delicious fish appetizers: octopus and potatoes, mussel and clam soup, seafood salad, and a warm pizza bianca. For the first courses, burrata ravioli with grouper and a seafood risotto, both very good. To finish, we had fried fish and fish fillet with potatoes, cooked to perfection and melting in the mouth. Lunch was served with wines from their cellar, delicious and fresh. I recommend it for an evening, an event, or an aperitif.

26/05/2025: We had a wonderful tasting of an assortment of whites and reds, which also included a nice tour of the facility and great conversation about the winery. An added bonus were the very loving dogs! We were very happy to leave with a trunk full of great wine to enjoy. We'll be back soon to have lunch prepared by their chef. Judging by the quality of the wine I'm sure it'll be amazing.

17/10/2025: From the first meeting to the wedding day, everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail; we didn't have to worry about a thing. The staff was available, attentive, and always smiling, ready to satisfy every request, both ours and our guests'. The service was impeccable, the cuisine exceptional, and the location dreamy—everything contributed to making the day truly unforgettable. Even the vendors Luisa recommended, from the pastry shop to the wedding planner to the children's entertainer, were professional, helpful, and offered excellent value for money, fulfilling our every wish. All our guests complimented us, and we can only extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for the professionalism and passion with which they made our wedding special. If you dream of a fairytale day, it can come true with deja vu.

09/11/2025: I've missed the opportunity to visit many times, but tonight I finally got to try the restaurant for the first time. The chef, who has trained not only in Japan but also in various parts of the world, is both experienced and creative. For example, while using Japanese ingredients, he does not serve Japanese cuisine; rather, he strives to present his own unique dishes in accordance with his Italian culinary roots, which is truly admirable. In particular, the enhancement of umami flavors through fermentation adds a unique depth to the flavors of the dishes, making this the perfect restaurant for anyone looking to experience cuisine they have never tasted before in Italy. In addition, the staff's service was pleasant, and I could sense the chef's professionalism in accurately and carefully conveying his creative desires. I had a wonderful evening. Thank you.

The moment you step inside, you feel the special atmosphere: an elegant and timeless design, and the warm welcome from the incredibly friendly staff instantly boosted my enthusiasm. We dined here twice because the food was so delicious. A fantastic selection of regional specialties, and the wine list is, of course, sensational. So many choices! The restaurant is reserved for guests aged 16 and over – which contributes to the quiet, exclusive atmosphere. La Musa is not just a restaurant, but a journey through flavor, aesthetics, and hospitality. Anyone staying at Parco San Marco shouldn't miss this experience, and it will definitely make you want to return. We will certainly be back!

16/07/2025: I had the opportunity to eat in this beautiful restaurant. Since the weather was warm and without clouds we sitted on the breathtaking terrace with lake view. All the staff Giuseppe, Alice and Sibille were really kind and nice in helping us choose the perfect tasting menù. We opted for the vegetarian option named "Senza" composed of four courses. The courses presented were really delicious with different consistencies,aromas and flavors. We really appreciated all of plates with a special nomination to the dessert (I am a sweet tooth) and the homemade bread. I really suggest this location if you are looking to a dinner with your special one or to celebrate an important occasion.
