07/04/2025: This restaurant is very popular. When we arrived we were lucky and were able to get a table outside when the weather was good. The first drink order came to the table quickly and coolly. The staff is extremely friendly. The second drink order was a long time coming. Our food was only brought to the table after 45 minutes and then it was something we didn't order. Since we were hungry and wanted to continue hiking, we asked them to leave the food we had brought there. It was a starter with salt and two flat mini dumplings, which tasted ok.

07/01/2025: Great experience overall, highly recommended. The only negative was the pizza, the ingredients released a little too much water and it got wet. It can happen. I would still go back to try it again

12/04/2025: The management of the restaurant is a complete joke. I double checked the opening time not only on Google but also directly on the web of the restaurant. Although it's showing opening at 12:00 on both locations when I came at 12:05 I was told they are closed until 12:40. It seems to me that the employees are creating opening hours up to their convenience. That's absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

29/03/2025: A Beautiful Discovery Orderly and refined venue Courteous and knowledgeable staff The quality of the food is impeccable, from the traditional appetizers to the main courses we tried, all perfect, to finish with the desserts which were also exceptional. A wide selection of wines with selected wineries should be highlighted. We will be back soon. Keep it up.

25/03/2025: Great experience with the wellness package that included Dinner + Spa + room + breakfast. High-level dinner, varied and delicious breakfast, small but private and pleasant spa, comfortable and welcoming room. Exceptional value for money. Thank you and see you next time.

24/03/2025: Found by chance, we stayed one night and had dinner in the restaurant, the rooms are nice and complete with everything, I will write a review of the restaurant separately, complete and abundant breakfast, the area is wonderful, immersed in nature, you can breathe an air of relaxation... we will return!

30/12/2024: Oggi pranzo in un ambiente molto accogliente. Caminetto acceso e addobbi natalizi che creano una atmosfera particolarmente affascinante. Menù ricco con pietanze molto gustose. Ottimi antipasti . Da provare poi Le Ravioles della Val Varaita (piatto tipico) ed il Guanciale...eccezzionale...si sciogli in bocca !!! Il bunet fatto dalla signora è favoloso. Prezzo adeguato ai piatti ! Ottima possibilità di parcheggio di fronte alla struttura. Tornato due giorni fa con amici. Confermo nuovamente giudizio precedente. Oggi provato anche i ravioli....molto molto buoni. Come secondo la signora mi ha fatto provare il " tenerone " ; anche questa carne oltre ad essere molto gustosa si scioglie in bocca....da provare . In conclusione il solito favoloso bunet fatto dalla signora .Oggi pranzo in un ambiente molto accogliente. Caminetto acceso e addobbi natalizi che creano una atmosfera particolarmente affascinante. 30/12/2024: We had dinner on Saturday 28th December. We were welcomed into a warm, familiar and very attentive environment both in terms of cleanliness and the Christmas atmosphere. Delicious, quality food. Attentive and friendly service. The tanning polenta is excellent. The owner is a kind, helpful and down-to-earth lady. The price is absolutely adequate.

18/03/2025: Recommended for white and red meats, as well as pizza and fried foods, the menu also offers first courses depending on the period. Fast and courteous service, acceptable costs if not competitive for the area. The takeaway service is very popular, so it is advisable to book to manage the collection without problems, but there are two rooms available for those who prefer to consume at the restaurant. It easily exceeds the average, therefore valid.

19/02/2025: I've been living outside for 20 years, and I didn't know they specialized so much in meat! excellent quality and above all (which is very strange for the area) HONEST PRICES, I really recommend this place for lunch and dinner!

09/03/2025: We arrived there following a visit to Lake Canterno (FR). Enchanting landscape. The managers are courteous and the dishes are worthy of the typical local cuisine, good and tasty. Prices are also good. Pleasant location and cleanliness everywhere. Excellent experience....

08/03/2025: Exceptional kindness, courtesy and food! I've passed by here several times and each time I discovered different and delicious dishes and all of this with a surprising quality/price ratio! Excellent quality and genuine raw materials, courteous and professional service! Highly recommended!! The lake is a fantastic place, in any season it has something to transmit! (Favorite dish: chestnut tagliatelle with forest scent)

10/04/2025: We spent an excellent skiing week, a really nice and helpful person. Excellent location if you really want to dedicate yourself to skiing full time, the only flaw but it is obvious if you are on the slopes, there is little life in the hotel, but that depends on the people who are there

31/03/2025: Beautiful location, directly on the slopes at the Malghet, very kind and knowledgeable staff, no one takes the customer for granted, as often happens in places very frequented by tourists, excellent products, large and very well looked after rooms, I highly recommend it
