14/05/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at Ryoshi Restaurant was very disappointing. The food was of poor quality, with tasteless and poorly presented dishes, far from what you would expect from Japanese cuisine. The service was really unprofessional, indifferent, so much so that it left you speechless. The location also leaves much to be desired and has no atmosphere. Overall, an experience below expectations on all fronts. Highly not recommended, we will not be returning

09/05/2025: My friends and I called to book on a Wednesday evening at 9.30pm and were told that to book you have to send a message. So my friend sends it but doesn't receive a response (not even what is displayed). We decide to go to the club anyway. We arrive at 9.40pm and upon entering my friend says that there are 5 of us and that we had tried to book via message. The response was "well girls it's a quarter to ten (it was 20 to but that's fine), from 9pm there's quite a bit of delay, after 20 minutes I'll give the table away" in a very arrogant tone. So we still apologized for the 10 minute delay because we couldn't find parking and we pointed out to him that we hadn't received confirmation of the booking anyway and that the time was 9.30pm not 9.00pm. His response was "I'm saying it for you, for a future" as if he wanted to lecture us and what's more he apparently didn't listen to anything we told him. Furthermore, there was literally no one in the room, not even a single person sitting. Needless to say, we sat down and then got up and left. We explained to each other why the place was empty if this is the welcome. The 5 of us will definitely never set foot there again but so will the people we know.

05/05/2025: Nothing to say about the kindness of the waiter and the competence of the bartender who prepared me a cocktail, according to his imagination, immediately getting it right based on my requests. The venue and location are excellent. The food, €9 cocktails and aperitif are absolutely affordable, pleasant both to the taste and the sight. It's a shame that I witnessed, in disbelief and like me my companions for the evening, a scene that made me no longer want to eat anything else and consequently order another drink. A girl, the only one present in the place and I imagine part, at least I hope, of the staff, started handling the food while smoking an electronic cigarette. Now... beyond the fact that smoke, even if steam, can be a nuisance inside a room for those who stay there, given the smell, but it doesn't seem at all hygienic or decent to see, that the smoke gets on the food to be served. Having said that...I will evaluate whether to return or not

21/04/2025: Wide selection of Japanese rolls and temaki, but with atypical ingredients and fused with Brazilian flavors. Friendly staff and prices not cheap, but justified by quality and location. Outside tables a bit small and uncomfortable. Quite long wait at peak times.

11/04/2025: Pretty bad food, very slow service (about 1 hour of waiting), and exaggerated prices.

22/05/2025: It seems to me that the quality of the service has dropped significantly. The tables are set with paper placemats, you have to ask for chopsticks (I would expect to have to ask for cutlery), marinated ginger and wasabi did not arrive, the dishes ordered are "discharged on the fly" on the table, several times dishes from other tables arrived and one dish did not know what happened to it (I asked not to bring it anymore since it was lost but "it's too late now, it's coming"). The pad-thai, ordered other times, included a chicken cutlet but only had a few pieces of cutlet. In short, disappointed. Especially because it was a place that I appreciated a lot.

25/05/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at the Tokyo restaurant in Castel San Giovanni, and I can say that it was a truly pleasant experience. The restaurant offers a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying an evening of good Japanese cuisine. The menu is rich and varied, with a wide choice of traditional dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The sushi, in particular, was exceptional: very fresh and expertly prepared fish, with a presentation with attention to detail. Hot dishes, such as ramen and tempura, also lived up to expectations, with authentic and well-balanced flavors. The staff was courteous and attentive, ready to satisfy every request with a smile. Furthermore, the waiting times were short, even though the restaurant was quite busy. The only flaw, so to speak, was that the portions were a little too generous, which could be excessive for those with a more moderate appetite. However, this detail did not negatively impact the overall experience, which remains extremely positive. In summary, the Tokyo restaurant is an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy Japanese cuisine in a pleasant and refined environment. I will definitely come back to try other dishes from their interesting menu!

11/05/2025: Little choice of menu, poor quality, slow service, Italian and not oriental management, it is not the classic sushi we find since the "all you can eat" it offers costs €30 with the possibility of taking a maximum of 3 cakes. Would I go back? "No"… I strongly advise against it.

31/05/2025: fried chicken arrived after an hour, lemon chicken was inedible. Cantonese rice was tasteless, chips were too salty. sushi was inedible. overpriced for what it is. would not recommend

12/04/2025: I often visit restaurants because my children would live on sushi, and we definitely came across the worst of all, interminable waits even though it wasn't even that full, to eat on any Saturday lunch it took 2 hours, the dishes never arrived, the sushiman seems fake, with all his slowness he prepares a small piece at a time and they aren't even that good, obscene nighiri, the rice doesn't stay together, everything crumbles, and a pimp, then hot rice with disgusting salmon on top.

10/06/2025: Ne ho provati moltissimi ma questo è senza dubbio uno dei migliori sushi di Torino, mangiato sempre molto bene, ottima varietà di piatti e ottima possibilità di scelta. Locale pulito e pesce fresco. Si digerisce benissimo e la titolare è gentilissima. Provare per credere.

03/06/2025: I went to eat a dinner in a group of 12 people. On the plus side, the service was very fast, on the minus side, the sushi was average, they were not badly made, but for the price, there are better places.

28/05/2025: We didn't take all you can eat but chose a few things just to have a chat. The price was a massacre without eating much. Too bad because it wasn't bad. Exaggerated. Not worth the price paid. We won't be back.

15/05/2025: I am particularly fond of this place because the outdoor area with the colorful carp jumping out of the water makes me relive every time the suggestion of being truly in the East ... the food is very good and if you are lucky enough not to find yourself on a day with many reservations you are also served with dignity. The service undoubtedly needs improvement especially when the restaurant is full many things escape the staff but with a little patience you can spend a pleasant evening.

20/08/2024: Truly a special place, I returned after a few years in which I had fond memories and I must say that it is even better than I remembered. I recommend the tasting menu at €26 where you can choose 5 courses from a vast selection, you can find yourself full very easily and you eat truly excellent quality food! I'm not normally a big fan of raw fish, but here it really impressed me, it will remain in my heart (and stomach). Not to mention the Japanese-Peruvian fusion dishes, truly balanced and delicious. I had a divine ceviche and guacamole! The cocktails are also very good. The price is very honest, considering that in an average Japanese non-stop dinner you pay between 25 and 30 per person for a decidedly lower quality. There's no real non-stop formula here, but you still come out full, but full of quality food! Rating: 4.9
