The service is young, friendly, and welcoming. Excellent food (I had some delicious burritos and some very unique sushi dishes) and excellent attention to celiac disease.

I obviously had higher expectations, the food was average, in fact I thought it would be better, the atmosphere was nice, the positive thing was that you could sing a few songs and dance a bit.

...it's not the classic all you can eat.... Ok, but with the choice of the full menu, they should have served more individual dishes and fewer sharing ones, since one pays for a full menu, not a shared one... the sore point of the place is the prosecco and wine menu, a normal Valdobbiadene extra dry... you can't charge €50 for it, the place is not in Venice, Piazza San Marco, or in Paris under the Eiffel Tower... I asked a dear friend of mine, an international sommelier from Treviso, and she said that these two prices are unacceptable for an Arneis at €30 and a Valdobbiadene at €50.....

Il locale è moderno, pulito e ben tenuto. Di sera nel weekend si trasforma in una mini discoteca con musica piacevole. Il cibo è la parte migliore, davvero eccezionale; il riso venere al salmone è stratosferico. Il personale è molto gentile, le ragazze, giovanissime, sono tutte gentili e premurose, (pronte ad assecondare clienti esigenti come me), sapientemente gestite dal super Alessandro, sempre con una marcia in più.

We weren't just captivated by the value for money, but also by the rolls, carefully prepared and lovingly served. The fish is top-quality, and the rice is carefully assembled and cooked to perfection! This quality aspect is often lacking even in the most famous all-you-can-eat restaurants! The atmosphere was also clean and welcoming, made even more enjoyable by the friendly staff who show passion for their customers, the view, and its simplicity. Bomaki is therefore recommended for sushi lovers or simply for those who enjoy a quiet, peaceful aperitif accompanied by a natural view.

10/05/2026: Good morning, last night I was in Carmagnola with my wife for work, and we had dinner at Xin-Sushi and we had a great time. It had been a long time since we ate at an Oriental restaurant, a clean and stylish place, so for us the ambience in a restaurant is as important as the good food because for us it is an experience. The owner of the place, Paolo, is a very friendly person, very good at welcoming, as is his staff. We will definitely be back and we recommend it to everyone, goodbye.
08/05/2026: The place is completely renovated and very beautiful. We appreciated the idea of ​​offering some traditional dishes with a twist. Overall, a positive experience. For the same price range, there are many alternatives!
