I read about the complaint about the chopsticks, the ones that were on the table conformed to the directives, not nibbled (as if this could happen, chopsticks are used to bring food to the mouth and that's it). Everything ok, kind and polite, no complaints.

25/05/2025: Slow service? Not so present? Mmmm, Only for known customers maybe ... the presentation of the place for me not very in line with the prices and now I will explain why: Outside very bare inside nothing to say, always in my opinion, but the chairs outside comfortable, the food arrived before the drinks, we asked for the menu more than 2 times both for the wine and the drinks and they arrived in 2 different times and after a long time! Ditto for the water for the dog! but at the end of the dinner it arrived! They said that there was no room inside so we ate outside and it was quite cold even if there were free tables inside ... They could put us there, I asked. Good food yes quite good but not superb as you would expect from the prices, the fish for me nothing special I have to be honest even if the grilled ravioli were very good. I will not return if it stays like this.

21/05/2025: Excellent quality of raw materials, very good sashimi, rice not sticky but almost al dente, different flavors from the usual sushi and very nice dishes. I recommend.

I really appreciated the quality-price ratio, which I found really competitive considering the goodness of the sushi. The service was friendly. An experience definitely worth repeating for those who love good sushi

04/04/2025: I have often ordered from Daruma and it had gone well but this time I was disappointed, I ordered two pokes (photo) but the ingredients were missing: one poke was completely missing the teriyaki sauce and lacked salmon and avocado and in the other there was a small teaspoon of Philadelphia coffee. I made a fool of my dinner guest by making her eat a poke consisting of a quintal of completely unseasoned white rice.

19/03/2025: We took part in the masterclass, it was a wonderful experience, the theory was very interesting and the practice was fun and instructive, I would highly recommend it to friends.

11/05/2025: We have been coming here for many years, we often do take away, the food is always excellent and cooked with care. The restaurant is very clean and modern, also suitable for couples, the service is very attentive and friendly. The only Japanese restaurant in the area I'm on the safe side!

14/04/2025: Decayed over the years! I've been coming here since it opened, over a decade ago, finding quality food, generous portions and honest prices (more than an all you can eat, but rightly so). Lately the quantities had been reduced, a bit like everywhere else. But my last visit was sensational. I order my usual dishes to take away, spending €45 so as not to feed myself. Very small nigiri, but above all a salmon and seaweed salad which is a quarter of the one I remember (at the same price). I believe in dialogue so I wrote an email on February 2nd, it's April and they never replied... too bad, you lost a loyal customer.

28/05/2025: This place is totally dialed. The service is excellent, the food is delicious and well-prepared, and they have nailed every detail from start to finish. If you are looking for a place to enjoy an evening of sushi in Bologna, look no further.

27/02/2025: A la carte sushi restaurant, small restaurant but I find it very nice. The sushi is of good quality, but I must say that for the price you pay I was definitely expecting something more, especially in the flavor of the uramaki and in the presentation of the sushi "boat". Even in desserts I didn't find them good in flavor. The negroni they make is very good.

22/05/2025: Locale molto curato, personale gentile e accogliente, cibo eccellente. Consigliatissimo per un pranzo in famiglia ,per una cena romantica o per una serata in relax con gli amici. Curato in ogni minimo dettaglio e cibo sempre eccellente.

05/05/2025: Iniziamo col dire che nulla aveva sapore ma questa è una cosa personale c’è a chi piace e a chi no ma parliamo della qualità dei prodotti pessima in più sto da venerdì sera con diarrea forte e crampi allo stomaco per non parlare della lentezza nel servire il tutto sala con 4/5 tavoli pieni e il resto vuota e capisco il perché consiglio vivamente di non fare la mia stessa esperienza per lo più è più caro di altri ristoranti del genere

30/05/2025: Sushi buonissimo , siamo stati 2 sere di seguito dove nella prima abbiamo mangiato solo sushi e la seconda sera abbiamo provato antipasti e primi piatti . Sinceramente pur avendo mangiato bene in entrambe le occasioni abbiamo optato che il sushi è veramente di livello. Torneremo presto consigliandolo anche ad amici che presto saranno ad Arezzo
