25/10/2025: The atmosphere is quiet and very intimate; the service is efficient and fast. But speaking of the food...it really leaves something to be desired; there was a lot of spicy food, and the quality of the fish wasn't the best. The desserts were truly pitiful...I don't think I'll be back.

26/03/2026: Sushi rating: 1, I would never recommend it. Few poorly executed options and sub-par products. I've tried almost all the local sushi places, and this is among the worst. We arrived at 1:30 PM and it was empty. The salmon was very poor, and I should have left, but I trusted the reviews and feedback from some acquaintances, and I was so hungry that my favorite place is closed for renovations. :P Interesting structure, but badly used, with fake and tacky furnishings. Two other groups of customers arrived after us, and the usual question is: how will they survive with such a poor job?

14/02/2026: I went to dinner for Valentine's Day with my friends. We spent €30, arrived at 8:20, and left at 10:30. The service was very slow, and orders were often mixed up or lost. For what we paid, we ate very little, and left unsatisfied and without having received all our orders.

16/05/2026: I ordered the takeout lunchbox and was extremely satisfied. The fish was incredibly fresh, the uramaki were perfectly made, and the portions were generous. You could really taste the quality of the ingredients, even when you're ordering takeout, which isn't always a given. The lunchbox was also incredibly filling, and I'm so full. Everything was carefully prepared and delicious, I'll definitely order again.

13/04/2026: Honestly this is my go to place. From great staff to a really good value for money. They are open to change if you don’t eat a specific ingredient which is so rare to find in Milan. No dramas and no conditions like extra costs. Really recommend

03/05/2026: Nothing exceptional. Fairly fair price/variety/quality. Personally, I didn't like it and I don't think I'll return a second time because it's not exactly sushi and they tend to almost "cover" the flavor of the raw fish, tartare, and carpaccio, always adding sauces and creams over the top, even some that are quite strong (basil cream mayonnaise or pesto), which leaves doubts about the basic quality, as they don't leave it "natural" and bring the sauces on the side, for example. As for the rest, nothing between the fried rolls and uramaki is well-presented, so it's difficult to evaluate the quality of the product.

11/12/2025: The staff were friendly and attentive, the atmosphere a little dark for my taste, the food seemed good, but it was a shame that immediately after leaving, both my mother and I felt ill.

26/04/2026: Really cute and welcoming place. The sushi is very good and unique, with unusual options. The boxes are complete, the prices are fair, and the beers are good. The staff is very friendly. I'll be back!

01/06/2026: So let's start by saying that one star for the food is a lot, the staff was slow and had trouble understanding Italian, but the place was also nice. Thank goodness I'm not from around here. Today I went to Gardaland and wanted to end with a bang, and that's what happened, but on a negative note. ⚠️🚨 SALMONELLA RISK 🚨⚠️

01/06/2026: I was forced to give one star, because zero wasn't an option. After two and a half hours, I finally managed to leave that place, and without having eaten a damn thing, and the little I did eat was truly awful; "terrible" is still a compliment. If you have absolutely no other choice, stop; otherwise, change places. Don't stop to eat here; you won't eat anything.

01/03/2026: Incompetence and a lack of professionalism, coupled with a swanky atmosphere. I ordered two bottles for a birthday, complete with a "finger" on the menu. They were brought two bottles of the same type of wine but at very different prices. The bill magically rose from €50 to €180. #shootyourself

01/03/2026: Steps: (1) the waiting time from the order, 1 hour just for the appetizer, steps (2) that the service was not excellent, they forgot to bring us some dishes, but standing there eating while there is a coming and going of people with shopping bags, pizza boxes, baby bottles, who pass by you, because customers of the hotel (which is located above the restaurant) pass by on their way to their room, absolutely NO and absolutely NO! The sushi was good but too expensive for the quantity and quality

23/05/2026: The food is not good quality... the desserts are tasteless and there were only 4 different types of sushi but they are not of good quality... the only good thing is that it is still old fashioned where you can take what you want and you can have the second courses cooked on the grill... the service is excellent and the waiters are very good and super attentive to the needs of the customers.

11/11/2025: Excellent location, nice place without excessive decor, well-balanced dishes, although lately I've been preferring places with smaller portion sizes because that way you can try more. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is to include coffee in the price... it's a great addition to a nice lunch or dinner. And it certainly doesn't add much to the price. I'll definitely be back.

31/12/2025: I messaged on WhatsApp to arrange a surprise delivery for my mom on New Year's Eve, because living in America, I wouldn't have been able to call or order at the right time. They were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help me. My mom was thrilled, and the sushi was truly delicious! Highly recommended! Thanks again for your helpfulness and professionalism ❤️

04/05/2026: We're regulars at Hello Poke and have always had a great experience, but today, unfortunately, we had a negative experience. The poke was missing two ingredients (apple and pineapple). We only mentioned this at checkout as a complaint, without requesting a refund. The staff member responded rudely and "threw" €5 on the counter, a truly unprofessional and inappropriate gesture. We left the money and left. It's a shame, because a different attitude would have been enough to handle the situation better.

03/05/2026: A decidedly positive experience: excellent and plentiful food, friendly and polite staff, and a very well-maintained bathroom. I highly recommend it to lovers of oriental cuisine. The only one star is the small and slightly unstable outdoor tables, but otherwise: TOP!

18/01/2026: So I'll tell you my story. My friends and I went and up to this point everything was fine, we sat down, etc. Then after we gave the order sheet we were happy hoping that the food would arrive after 15 minutes. Then 45 minutes went by and nothing had arrived yet. Then the first course arrived and up to this point everything was fine hoping that the others would arrive too, but another half hour went by and the food still hadn't arrived. Finally, after we told them about the problem, the food strangely arrived and most of the dishes were cold. And I would just like to say that they should improve the waiting times. Thanks.

04/04/2026: I went to this restaurant tonight with three other people, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing in several ways. When ordering, we were informed that we couldn't choose Venere rice, which we found limiting, especially since it was a Saturday night. We arrived at 9:30 PM and didn't receive our poke until 10:15 PM, so we had a rather long wait. One of the poke, ordered with a double protein option (which cost more), arrived with only one protein option: the shrimp tempura was missing. After pointing this out, the dish was taken back and returned with only one shrimp added, a decidedly insufficient amount considering the extra charge. Another poke, however, was completely missing the mango. As for the sushi box, a few pieces were brought to us after a further wait, and only then were we informed that the tuna wasn't available and they had to change the order. We also didn't like the sushi: it was too heavy, the rice was sticky, and the portions were unbalanced, with too much rice and too little seasoning. Overall, between the disorganization, long waits, and subpar quality, it was a negative experience. We won't be returning.
