23/08/2024: It's my favorite restaurant! ♡ The food is excellent and the staff is always courteous and helpful to customers. The place is even more welcoming because they have recently renovated the rooms. They really work very well and deserve 5 stars!

12/08/2024: We do all you can eat in 5 and we just do a round of food, we leave and I find a small piece of plastic from the tuna tartare which I don't think is nice, mostly at the end of dinner there were very few pieces left and we paid a good 8 euros for them. It's not for the 8 euros but at least make up for the little piece of plastic

01/08/2024: A truly very, very beautiful and well-kept place, with an interesting proposal both in terms of sushi and cocktails. The quality is quite good, I would say average for places that offer all you can eat. The service is a little slow, sometimes a little inattentive, but nothing irreparable or that cannot be overlooked given the kindness of the staff, who are very friendly.

11/08/2024: Everything excellent!! We ate the pizza with homemade tomato (and you could really feel the difference). But as an appetizer, we tasted the super delicious black ravioli with cod, a must try!! And the excellent Piedmontese sausage sushi. Even the herbal bitters made by the chef were so good that we bought a bottle for home. Thanks Fuzion

07/07/2024: Excellent food, I recommend the tasting menu to try all the dishes, alternatively the cacio e pepe pizza is also really good.

12/08/2024: I ordered twice on Delivero and twice they were wrong on the dishes chosen... that's the last time

05/08/2024: Terrifying experience. Tasteless cold food, rude staff. The food arrived all together because they wanted to close and it was only 10.30pm. The menus were dirty and the shrimp smelled. I went months ago and it wasn't at this level, something must have happened. We will never return.

30/03/2024: Always friendly staff when taking orders. Undisputed quality, but if I ask for chirashi I would like a little more rice. If you're not lucky, sometimes the bowl is half empty.

19/08/2024: Very good food, above average. Nice and pleasant environment. Friendly and welcoming staff, but twice they forgot two courses, as well as the bitters at the end of dinner. Good but not great!

09/06/2024: Finally a restaurant that offers TAMAGO nighiri! 🙏🏻 The four of us enjoyed a nice dinner in the Yama Fusion restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful, the best in the country! Very nice presentation of the food and quick to arrive. The fried tofu, nighiri tamago and unaghi are super good. The quality of the fish is good, corresponding to the level of other restaurants in the region.

20/07/2024: It's a shame that something that worked well has worsened. The restaurant and the service were always great. Now, however, during summer season it has been decided to move the restaurant to the beach, which is a great downgrade. We had called at lunchtime to reserve a table for evening the same day, but when we arrived at the beach restaurant the reservation was not found, so we stood there for 15 minutes until we were finally assigned a table. When we were seated, it took another 20 minutes until we were finally given a menu and asked if we wanted something to drink. Then we ordered 2 plates of sushi, one person got their plate and the other 2 had to wait another 20 minutes and ask where the second plate was. When the plate finally arrived, there were also the wrong sushi on the plate. The sushi rice was also still warm. No one asked about the drinks, the whole staff just walked back and forth confused the whole time. You can't call that service. Unfortunately, the whole thing seems improvised and just awful.

17/08/2024: The quality has dropped a lot compared to when it opened. It's no longer my go-to sushi restaurant.

13/08/2024: I don't like the restaurant area, honestly it's hard to understand which entrance is, nothing exceptional, average food. Reviews that overestimate the place.
