06/06/2025: Me and our friends used to come often, we tried after the change of management and we will not come again. Terrible service and the food is not good quality. After two and a half hours of waiting someone still had not eaten.

05/06/2025: Sunday lunch. The place was full but not noisy, the staff was helpful and friendly. Old style menu not from the mobile phone. Good dishes and interesting portions. Positive.

03/05/2025: It has been our favorite sushi restaurant for some time now, the landlady, Elena, is fantastic, the staff are courteous and helpful, the food is fresh and absolutely tasty, at dinner you spend a little more because they serve sushi with truffles and excellent raw dishes, but the prices are more than honest, I would say excellent. 30/03/2025: I had been told that the food was great here, but I personally didn't like it. I found the edamame, spring rolls and soy spaghetti good. The sushi was neither beautiful nor good, I tried many types but there wasn't one that I liked. Also, the rice was so soft that it fell apart. I would say it's not worth the price, 50 euros for two with drinks at 3 euros a can seems a bit excessive compared to what is offered. Failed

06/01/2025: Siamo venuti al ristorante in coppie e il mio fidanzato non mangia pesce quindi ha scelto l’opzione pollo, che è stata molto deludente perché mentre noi mangiavamo a lui non arrivava nulla tranne 4 nuggets e una cotoletta, non avvisando che tutto quello che ha ordinato al momento al ristorante non c’era. Detto questo il servizio non ha risolto nulla nonostante avessimo atteso per un ora. Si presume il titolare ci ha offerto dei limoncelli acidi.

10/05/2025: Il Ristorante Muye è assolutamente consigliato! Anna, la proprietaria, e tutto lo staff sono molto cordiali e il servizio è veloce. Il locale è pulito e curato, le stoviglie hanno un aspetto elegante e di qualità. Il cibo è eccellente e molto gustoso. È il mio ristorante cinese preferito a Bressanone – ci tornerò sicuramente!

30/03/2025: we went to eat dinner with friends, we found a very well-kept Chinese / Japanese food place in every aspect as it is difficult to find among so many all you can eat. Intimate and private place, well decorated and youthful, clean, courteous staff and good food, typical dishes from a typical restaurant well assembled. honorable mention for the rice used in the dishes, very compact, cooked al dente and above all, not obvious, at the right temperature (not cooked on the spot and lukewarm as often happens in other sushi). I would gladly go back

23/05/2025: We ordered dinner with deliveroo just tonight but the salmon in the nigiri smelled so bad I had to open the window. I haven't eaten at kaiten sushi in a while, I don't remember it being so low quality 😞 I'm disappointed

19/05/2025: Who knows why they never respond to negative reviews. The price has increased a lot and, if you go in the evening, you are forced to take a glass: it is not possible to replace it with water (which is really ridiculous). Spending 35 euros in these conditions is not worth it at all. The menu on the website does not correspond to the real one: the dishes are not at all special and, on top of that, you can only order a maximum of three dishes per shift. The tartare is served on a bed of rice that makes no sense. In practice, you only pay for the rice: there is really very little fish. It is a shame that the menu has worsened so much: it is now dated and, when there are price changes, they are only updated on the paper price list, often in terrible condition. I do not recommend this place, there is certainly better.

16/05/2025: As a not at all positive experience. For the cost of the all you can eat for lunch, we are talking about 24€, the menu is not at all extensive: we ate 4 dishes each for a total of 60 euros There is this never seen before way of being able to order only 3 dishes per ordering round. We sat in the outdoor area and the waiters got a bit confused with the dishes and orders. After the first order we waited a bit before starting to eat. The quality of the fish is a bit so-so I have some doubts about returning and recommending

23/03/2025: I had lunch with my family at this place, chosen simply via the internet, and I found the most spectacular sushi ever. Generous and tasty portions. Very fresh fish and exquisitely kind staff. I'm not from the area but if I were to go back I would definitely go back. Excellent.
