21/06/2024: Worth trying, beyond expectations. I found out about this place by pure chance, as a sushi lover I have tried many of all types, levels and qualities. Shinsei exceeds expectations in terms of quality of the raw material and ability to process it, the family management and the passion they put into it is transmitted in their dishes. Became a regular customer, well done!

27/05/2024: Very nice staff and very tasty sushi. Ramen wasn't as expected, as there was a lot more noodles than soup, but it was still very tasty. There were only a few seats overall, but there was even a baby chair👍

12/03/2024: Place located in the heart of the city. Atmospheric environment with modern and chic decor. Very varied dishes and all freshly prepared ranging from meat to fish, from first courses to sushi. Friendly service, but a little slow. Prices a little high, but quality food & drink. P.S. in the center there is the Z.T.L. so you have to park outside at the two entrances facing west or east.

17/07/2024: I managed to secure a table in this restaurant that I really wanted to try, being very small, a reservation is almost always necessary, the atmosphere is super quiet, the gentleman who prepares the sushi conveys a peace that only the Japanese have, he prepares everything with extreme calm and pay attention! Very good food nothing to say! Fresh and carefully selected fish, once seated they bring two very pleasant small welcome entrees, the service is normal, the girl at the tables is alone and lacks a bit of attention but plausible being alone, the times are a a little long but precisely because there is exceptional care in every single dish! We accompanied the dinner with an iced green tea perfect for a warm summer evening, the sashimi tasting is absolutely worth trying!

02/04/2024: Locale così "original" in stile giappo tipico al bancone dentro (ma con qualche tavolino fuori più all' italiana). Cura dei particolari molto buona. Menu tipico giapponese con selezione di vari ramen e altre bontà calde, e gestione molto cortese. Molto buona la qualità

16/08/2024: Fantastic experience! Greeted by very kind people, they accompanied me on a journey of true Japanese cuisine where sushi is just one of the components of the various courses. Having tasted the various dishes with different Sakes but combined in the right way with the advice of the "sommelier" made this dinner truly unique.

14/08/2024: Since the last time you were here the price hasn't changed but the size of the portions has halved. It also seems to me that the offer of sashimi that can be ordered has been reduced.

01/08/2024: The location, recently restored, has a fairly modern and refined look. On the other hand, you are invaded by the smells of the kitchen as soon as you set foot in the room. The restaurant is quite spacious, so the tables are well spaced and there is certainly no lack of comfort. The service was excellent: fast, but tidy; and the staff turned out to be kind and very helpful. If the uramaki didn't impress us too much, the oshizushi, in both versions on the menu, we liked very much in all aspects: i.e. flavour, combination and care in the plating. We could conclude by considering ourselves satisfied on average with our visit to Kami Sushi 2.0. Without a doubt, the quality of the fish is excellent and the service is excellent, but the smell that flooded the restaurant worsened our general opinion. For this reason, based on our experience, we give a rating of 3 stars out of 5.

19/07/2024: The sushi here is simply outstanding! Each piece is a true work of art, prepared with the freshest and highest quality ingredients. The variety of options on the menu is impressive, from classic nigiri and sashimi to creative and innovative rolls. Every bite is an explosion of flavours, perfectly balanced. The service is impeccable! The staff is extremely courteous, attentive and always ready to satisfy every request. The waiters are very knowledgeable and offer great advice on what to order. The food arrives quickly and well presented, which makes the dining experience even more enjoyable. The value for money is excellent. Despite being a high level restaurant, the prices are absolutely justified by the quality of the food and the service offered. There is also a good variety of options at different price points, making it possible to enjoy a great sushi dinner without necessarily having to spend a fortune. An extraordinary culinary experience from every point of view! I can not wait to come back.

Exactly what I needed after 1 week of hell in that sheepfold called Abruzzo. Perfect dinner, lulled by zen background music, top. Thank you!!

10/03/2024: The okonomiyaki is very good, as is the yakisoba, the yakiniku is so-so, too caramelised and the meat is a little tough. The service could definitely be improved, a little disorganized, no Japanese beer available.. What was decidedly annoying was the sticky table, as if there was a lot of detergent or disinfectant left behind. They told us that it was the oil given to the tables that was not well absorbed, but in that case I would have covered it with paper or something. Definitely unpleasant..
