15/01/2026: Bad experience. They repeatedly ordered the wrong dishes, and some were different from what was listed on the menu. When I pointed out the mistake, the waitress insinuated that I was the one making the mistake, even though it was obvious otherwise. This attitude made the dinner unpleasant!
Since the AMA's owners changed, the restaurant no longer provides the same service. The atmosphere and especially the staff are not at all welcoming.
We paid €115 for dinner for four people, including one child.
Never again!!!
25/12/2025: My favorites! They always treat us like royalty, and over time, recognizing me and my partner, they entertain us with conversation like in old-fashioned trattorias. In short, the restaurant I would love 😍

26/08/2025: We've been frequenting Sakura restaurant in Modica for a good 5 years, and we've become regulars... once or twice a week, and it's never disappointed. It's a family-run business, and you can immediately feel the welcoming atmosphere: they make you feel at home every time.
The sushi is always fresh and carefully prepared, in our opinion the best in the Ragusa province. At lunchtime, the selection is a bit more limited, but at dinner, the menu is much richer and more varied.
A must-visit for those seeking quality, friendliness, and authenticity. Highly recommended!

08/02/2026: Very nice restaurant, average prices, and a wide selection. However, I found the sushi pieces to be really large. It's really difficult for two people to try more than one item. The uramaki are for eight and are too large, so unfortunately we weren't able to try everything we wanted.

This was a wonderful discovery.
The restaurant has a style that's somewhere between modern classic European and a touch of the East. The staff is friendly and competent.
The food is exquisite, fresh, and surprising with its combination of colors and flavors.
The dishes are tastefully presented, aesthetically pleasing, and also a delight to the eyes.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was a bit overwhelming for me due to too much formality, but that's fine; we had a great time anyway.
We'll definitely be back.
Must try, highly recommended.
31/05/2025: I can't understand how you can run a restaurant without a vegetarian menu... how can you reduce Eastern cuisine to an endless list of insipid, meat-based dishes... is that all??? Really?? Send the chef to school... Moreover, this policy is truly masochistic because every time there are people in the company who don't want to eat meat, the whole company will go eat somewhere else.

14/02/2026: Today I tried Fuji Restaurant for the first time with my girlfriend. It's a small but cute place, clearly well-maintained and, above all, quiet.
The food was good, and you could tell it was high-quality. Perhaps some dishes had a little more sauce, so I couldn't taste the flavor, but overall it was good. I personally would return for sushi.
The staff was friendly in assigning tables and generally throughout the evening.
The wait wasn't excessive.

14/02/2026: When they got to the sushi place, they couldn't find the reservation; after finding it, they searched for the table without knowing exactly where it was.
After we sat down, we started ordering.
We waited a bit for the first dishes to arrive; many of the initial orders arrived after an hour.
We got up impatiently, and when we went to pay, there was an endless line.
Embarrassing.
14/02/2026: We made reservations two days in advance for Valentine's Day lunch. When we got there, the place was packed, and we had to wait over half an hour with people who HAD NOT RESERVED.
I find this absurd; the desire to earn "more" is detracting from the quality of the place. Truly disappointed.

11/02/2026: We've been several times, but this time we're there! The improvements in the presentation of the dishes are noticeable, as is the quality of the food. They're great! Next time, we hope to find the same quality and excellent service!
03/02/2026: Unfortunately, the place isn't very clean. There's a bad sewer smell right from the entrance, and the raw fish, unfortunately, wasn't fresh at all. It almost makes you sick.
There's a restriction on how many dishes you can order. If we're a table of three paying guests, I expect everyone to be able to order at least one dish of everything. The bare minimum.
Poor service, bad smell, zero cleanliness.

08/03/2026: A fantastic restaurant where the focus isn't so much on the slightly improvised ayce, let's face it, but on the improvised theatrical performances offered by the staff in a provocative and unsettling style. Pure Fura dels Baus with a touch of Noh and perhaps even Butoh, it can leave the audience speechless at times, but it spills over the stage and engages the audience despite needing some refinement. A round of applause for the young company and a special mention for the leading actor.
31/01/2026: It was one of my favorite restaurants, I used to eat there often and bring other people to try it... But after 8 years of going there, unfortunately I have to admit it's no longer the same restaurant it used to be.
I took my friends there last time and I was embarrassed! They got the orders wrong, the staff was exhausted, the food was disappointing, they served us after 1 hour and 10 minutes (!), two people left without eating because they were hungry!!!... but they still charged us for 6 people. I reported the inconvenience to the staff, and they told me that there were only a few of them and they had lost the initial orders 🤷🏻♀️ I didn't argue, but I have to leave a review.
I won't be going back.

30/01/2026: After a month of weekly visits every Thursday, I can confirm that this restaurant offers the best sushi in all of Lombardy! The portions are perfect, and surprisingly, we never feel full, which demonstrates their use of high-quality fish. The meat ravioli even surpass those found at Paolo Sarpi in Milan. Therefore, it deserves a full 10/10. The place is welcoming, the staff is professional and courteous, and the manager is always friendly. Above all, the quality of the food is exceptional. Congratulations!

The refined and relaxing atmosphere is perfect for both a dinner with friends and a quiet evening.
The sushi is fresh, beautifully presented, and comes in interesting combinations: you can taste the quality of the ingredients.
Friendly and attentive service, prompt service, and always helpful staff.
Really good value for money.

07/02/2026: The sushi is quite good, but the service is unorganized, there's too much waiting, and I'm sorry to say that when I ordered the salt and pepper shrimp, I found one shrimp that wasn't cleaned.
