02/07/2025: I have been to the restaurant several times, refined atmosphere and truly high-level cuisine worthy of the famous Japanese school. I would have gladly given 5/5 stars, but the low level of customer care did not allow it. The staff is really slow and uninterested in the well-being of the customer, for example, there have been screaming children throughout the dinner who "play" a piano and who are not reprimanded by anyone.

29/06/2025: Fresh and well cooked food Perfect service and trained staff Well presented and well described dishes I chose: Shrimp Onigiri Red Shrimp Nigiri Gunkan Ikura Shrimp Gyoza, steamed Shrimp Tempura Panko, with teriyaki sauce Dakoky balls: sweet Sake Large bottle of mineral water Medium/high price.

24/04/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance at lunch, I admit that I didn't realize it was a fixed menu at €15 max 4 courses, a negative experience for me, there were 2 of us, and to fill our stomachs a bit, we had to take 3 menus. Price quality to be reviewed...

26/06/2025: Total disappointment, I'm sorry. I want to write this review not with anger, but with great disappointment. I had high expectations, given the reviews and photos, but unfortunately the experience was not positive. The fish, which should be the heart of a good sushi, was not very fresh: some pieces had a smell that was not exactly reassuring. The rice was overcooked, almost sticky, and the maki fell apart as soon as you picked them up with chopsticks. The service was slow despite the place being half empty, and they brought us two wrong dishes. We pointed this out kindly, but it almost seemed like an annoyance. I don't expect Japan, but at least a little care. Maybe we got the wrong evening, that's okay... but at these prices, no, we're just not there.

16/07/2025: Excellent place to have dinner. We had the all-you-can-eat option, and they were quick enough to get us all there, even though there were 12 of us and we'd ordered 135 items. Delicious, top-quality seafood. I recommend it to everyone, as someone who never eats sushi.

12/07/2025: There were three of us, two adults and one child, there for dinner. We received a very warm welcome, and the all-you-can-eat ordering system was explained to us. You wrote down the dishes you had chosen from the menu on a piece of paper. You then held the menu upright, and a waiter took your order for the kitchen. After some initial difficulties, as we didn't understand everything in English right away, the rest went smoothly. The waiters were very friendly, and the food was delicious and plentiful. There was a huge selection of different dishes. The price was also completely reasonable. We'd be happy to go back next time. We sat outside, but it was a bit noisy. Next time, try inside.

20/07/2025: Excellent place to eat sushi a la carte. The quality is superior to all-you-can-eat, and you'll spend a little more to leave feeling full, unlike many other sushi a la carte places, where you'd have to order ten dishes to leave feeling full.

17/07/2025: Congratulations on the speed and friendliness, and I especially congratulate the kitchen staff, everything was truly excellent. The only thing I would like to add is to put grilled calamari on the menu. Congratulations, keep it up 💪💪💪

22/06/2025: For a restaurant that’s supposedly the best Japanese spot in Bari, the experience was thoroughly underwhelming. Many of the special items on the menu (like the sea urchin in all its forms) were unavailable; nor were staples of a proper Japanese dining experience, like quality sake or Japanese whiskey, which would have easily set it apart for all the other places around. As for the food itself, the sushi was nothing special. The freshness just wasn’t there, not for classics like salmon and tuna, not even for the local fish. A few nigiri options had the potential to be interesting but again the quality was just not there. Overall, I did not understand the hype, this place barely rises above the level of an average all-you-can-eat spot. It falls far short of the standard it claims to uphold so two stars - for the service and a few decent bites - but nowhere near the excellence it is supposed to deliver.

13/04/2025: Bright, spacious and relaxing environment, there are plenty of seats; spacious table and well spaced from the other tables, there are no gymkhanas between tables to move if you have to go out or go to the bathroom; the chairs are also quite comfortable. You order with a tablet. Friendly and fast service, the food is also very good. Kind welcome, we went on Saturday for lunch without booking and they had no problem giving us 5 seats without waiting. Honest price for the "all you can eat" menu, perhaps the drinks and extra menu items are too expensive. The miso soup (only negative note) needs to be reviewed. For the rest all is well. I'll be back.
