Very nice place, well-maintained and comfortable, attentive and very helpful staff, very good food, definitely worth trying. The only downside is that the menu only allows one dish per person, which can be a bit confusing given the large number of people.

I had lunch with my friend. We had a great meal, and the staff and owners were very friendly. The only thing that needs fixing is the QR code menu, which when scrolling through can accidentally lead to the dinner menu and select dishes that aren't available at lunch.

Special mention goes to the Wagyu roll, which is absolutely essential; one of those dishes that alone justifies the visit. In addition to the excellent food, the service is impeccable. The entire team is attentive, professional, and friendly, making you feel comfortable at all times. 04/04/2026: I often go to Chevere, and it's become one of my favorite places for sushi and poke. I'm a loyal customer because everything here is delicious: fresh ingredients, well-made sushi, and always super satisfying poke. You can really taste the quality in every dish. Excellent service and super friendly staff 🥰 Highly recommended! 🍣✨

22/12/2025: The place is truly unique, but I have to admit that the occasional hope of seeing an ant crawling on my chair doesn't make me jump for joy. The food is good, although the ghioza were not very flavorful and the ramen was a bit too sweet. Otherwise, everything was perfect, especially the very helpful staff.
22/12/2025: The food was very good and the service impeccable. I found the atmosphere calm and welcoming. I would gladly return, but I have two small things to say: 1. I sat near the rock wall, and there were ants. 2. I ordered the ramen, and it was a little sweet.
