01/10/2025: Exceptional! First of all, I recommend booking and remembering the five-serving rule. The atmosphere is spotless, themed, with plenty of parking. The sashimi and tagliatelle with shrimp cream are top-notch, but everything is truly delicious and carefully prepared. Everything is so fresh and melts in your mouth. I even closed my eyes while eating the gunkan, for example, but the carpaccio is also worth it. The service is fast and very friendly. The selection of china is also beautiful... It deserves five stars, coming from someone who knows a thing or two about sushi, trust me...

20/07/2025: Excellent place to eat sushi a la carte. The quality is superior to all-you-can-eat, and you'll spend a little more to leave feeling full, unlike many other sushi a la carte places, where you'd have to order ten dishes to leave feeling full.

15/08/2025: The food is good, the bowls are plentiful, and the staff is friendly. Perhaps, compared to the prices of individual rolls or temaki, I was expecting something more unique. For example, even the seared salmon in the photo should have had a citrusy flavor, which I didn't detect. The bowls, however, are definitely worth it. The location has a lovely outdoor terrace, but the interior is also extremely unique and makes good use of a historic Mondovì location. Very easy to eat gluten-free and lactose-free.

The place is well-kept, welcoming, and perfect for a healthy lunch break. A special thanks to the "tattooed" girl at the cashier. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and served us attentively and with a smile! A very positive experience, we'll definitely be back!

31/08/2025: I've returned to this restaurant after many years, and I have to say that some things seem to have changed. I'm referring primarily to the service, but especially to the prices and order management. It must be said that the food remains better than many Japanese restaurants around today; after all, this was the first Japanese restaurant in the area. The atmosphere is relaxed and authentic, with a Japanese chef who adds a touch of true tradition. The sore point, however, is the price: it's definitely too high. I understand the quality of the product, but charging €2.50 for a simple refill of soy or wasabi seems truly excessive. The other courses are also disproportionately priced: you can spend €120 for two and leave feeling like you've only had an aperitivo. It's true that prices are exorbitant these days, but at this rate, paying such prices becomes truly unsustainable, considering we're not talking about a Michelin-starred restaurant.

30/06/2025: I'm disappointed. Both portions of chicken pasta were overcooked in used oil—you could definitely taste the burnt breading. What's more, we ordered pasta with unbreaded chicken, and there was almost no chicken in the dishes: just pasta with a few vegetables. The portions were really small. The sushi was quite good, but unfortunately the fish wasn't very fresh, and the portions were also very small. Overall, the restaurant has potential, but they need to stop cutting corners on the quality of the products.

31/07/2025: Ottima scoperta! Esattamente sul naviglio e a 1 min a piedi dalla Darsena. Il locale è pulito, ha dei colori caldi che rendono l’atmosfera accogliente, ho amato che ci siano pochi tavoli cosi da rendere l’ambiente meno caotico (quindi consiglio prenotazione). Quello che mi ha colpito di più è il loro menu, tutto gluten free, ma garantisco che uno che non lo sa non si accorge della differenza. Ogni piatto ha dei gusti ben bilanciati e presentato accuratamente, ogni morso è un esplosioni di gusti nuovi. Pazzesca la loro guacamole, realizzata fresca ogni giorno e si sente! Questo è il posto giusto per celiaci e non! Super approvato
