19/10/2025: One Sunday lunch, my wife, my daughter, my son, and his friend went here. It's a well-kept restaurant with the option of dining in the "garden," a glass-roofed room. The food is well-prepared and delicious, and the service is friendly. Highly recommended!

15/11/2025: Disappointing. The mediocre food, the dishes that don't arrive or arrive incorrectly, the unprofessional waiters, and above all, the aggressive and rude managers. Money wasted and it ruined my day. I experienced a total lack of respect in every sense. I regret choosing to go there. One thing is clear: I will never go there again. There's nothing Japanese about the dishes offered, nor about the staff. I also find it offensive that they claim to call themselves a "Japanese restaurant"... maybe people believe that... Then I wonder if it's legal to charge for tap water... It costs 2 euros a bottle.

13/11/2025: Good food, friendly and helpful staff, always come several times a month, at least once a month, with a group or family. It's a shame about the owner. Today I went with my family and my 1-year-old grandson. He made a mess on the floor (we were sitting outside, too) with his pesto pasta. Before I had time to clean up (which I always do, and it was really a small amount), some pasta spilled. The owner came out with a disgusted and annoyed expression, a total jerk. We asked for a high chair, and they had one, which was already in use. Never had this happen to the girl who usually works at the cash register; that rude girl is so rude. Crossroads above Tokyo Sushi. If you want to go and know you'll make a little mess, bring a broom, dustpan, degreaser, and a rag, otherwise the owner will get annoyed.

24/10/2025: I think it's the best "all you can eat" in the Sarzana/La Spezia area. The fish is truly excellent, the dishes are very refined, but everything is truly exceptional. If we consider it a competition among the various "all you can eat" restaurants, it has no competitors at its level... well done... congratulations to all the staff

21/10/2025: The atmosphere was cold (it was 15 degrees Celsius, so we asked for the heating to be turned up.) After the first courses, the second courses didn't arrive, even after a reminder, and after 40 minutes, we got up and left. We didn't receive the nigiri and huromaki we ordered; they tried to keep us seated, but over an hour had passed. Anyway, two covers, a glass of wine, shrimp tortelli, and vegetable soup, €35. 14/07/2025: Mai più. Non consigliabile. Siamo stati accolti con poca disponibilità. Eravamo in famiglia e nostra figlia, che non mangia il menù pranzo, avrebbe voluto ordinare qualcosa dal menù alla carta, ma ci è stato detto che non era possibile, senza alcuna flessibilità o comprensione. Inoltre, abbiamo dimenticato una custodia nuova del cellulare sul tavolo e, quando siamo tornati (dopo meno di 5 minuti), ci è stato detto che non c’era più. Era evidente dove l’avevamo lasciata. Nessuno si è mostrato disponibile ad aiutarci o a cercare. Un’esperienza negativa dall’inizio alla fine. Purtroppo, non possiamo consigliare questo ristorante.

15/11/2025: Chinese food, not Japanese. Good quality, but not exceptional. Unfortunately, the staff were incredibly rude and not at all friendly. No welcome. Their responses were also annoyed and aggressive. I ate a few things, and they probably wanted me to order more, because otherwise, they don't understand why they would treat me badly. I enjoyed everything. I was near the stairs, and they rudely shooed a girl away because I think she'd mistakenly thought it was the old sushi restaurant. She apologized, while the two waitresses rudely told her she should look at the signs. I've never seen restaurateurs treat customers like that... never again.

02/11/2025: If you have celiac disease, avoid this restaurant even if they claim they're gluten-free. I was very ill the night after dining here, with severe reactions from gluten ingestion, not from mild contamination.

11/10/2025: The atmosphere is beautiful, refined, and elegant. The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. There were four of us eating there, and it was a truly enjoyable experience!

31/08/2025: I've returned to this restaurant after many years, and I have to say that some things seem to have changed. I'm referring primarily to the service, but especially to the prices and order management. It must be said that the food remains better than many Japanese restaurants around today; after all, this was the first Japanese restaurant in the area. The atmosphere is relaxed and authentic, with a Japanese chef who adds a touch of true tradition. The sore point, however, is the price: it's definitely too high. I understand the quality of the product, but charging €2.50 for a simple refill of soy or wasabi seems truly excessive. The other courses are also disproportionately priced: you can spend €120 for two and leave feeling like you've only had an aperitivo. It's true that prices are exorbitant these days, but at this rate, paying such prices becomes truly unsustainable, considering we're not talking about a Michelin-starred restaurant.

06/11/2025: Luckily, I ordered cooked food. The spaghetti tasted like used oil, the white fish tasted like mold, and the calamari and ravioli tasted like stale food. Maybe on other days it's better, but not for lunch on a weekday.
