24/01/2026: My boyfriend and I love this restaurant. The atmosphere is relaxed and the dishes are generous. We always order a meat main course with plain rice and always leave full and satisfied.

31/12/2025: On New Year's Eve, we decided on a 40-piece box before going out. We ordered it the night before and were pleasantly surprised by the elegant presentation and quality of the food. The hostess also gave us a calendar and a Japanese beer. A super positive experience.

22/11/2025: The food was excellent, and the price was also good, but the service wasn't exactly excellent. On both our first and second orders, several dishes we ordered didn't arrive, and we had to ask the waiters several times to bring them (which they didn't do). Furthermore, three times we received dishes we never ordered. This means that the order taker isn't paying attention. We asked for dishes we ordered for the fifth time, and nothing was brought. Since you pay, it's fair to get what you want.

16/02/2026: I went to Keisho last week for a business dinner and the experience was impeccable. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the ramen: I've rarely had such a balanced dish, with a deep flavor and a quality of ingredients that you can taste at first bite. Next, we had a Wagyu sirloin steak that melted in your mouth, and to top it off, an excellent chocolate dessert. The atmosphere is intimate and decidedly relaxing, perfect for chatting without the chaos typical of many places. The service also deserves praise: the staff was attentive and professional throughout the evening. I recommend it for a Japanese experience.

19/06/2025: Excellent Pokè. I took a regular and the portion was perfect. The nuggets were also very good. Fresh ingredients, very good and very varied (such as eel, mango carrots, pineapple and sauces). Very quiet environment, inside it is clean and tidy, the tables outside are very comfortable and cool. To order you have to fill out a very clear and convenient form. The owners are very polite and helpful. We will definitely be back :)

14/02/2026: If you want quality Japanese food, this is the best place in Pordenone and the surrounding area. The location is beautiful and decorated with soothing colors, and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, even for children. The waiters (especially the two young women) are incredibly courteous and friendly. See you soon!

24/12/2025: We arrived at the restaurant and were left waiting for about 5–6 minutes. At first, I assumed the food was still being prepared, but I later realized the bag with our order was already there, getting cold including dishes that were supposed to be served hot. After getting home, we received a call informing us that an item was missing from the order. This isn’t the first time this has happened, which suggests it’s a recurring issue. We had to go back to pick it up, and despite the inconvenience and their mistake, there was no apology in the form of a discount, complimentary item, or even a small gesture like a drink. On top of all this, the food itself was nothing special. Considering this is not a cheap restaurant, the overall experience was disappointing and far below expectations. Definitely won’t be coming back

03/02/2026: I was deeply disappointed by my experience at this Japanese restaurant. I chose it based on the positive reviews, but the reality was quite different. - Below-average food quality: the sushi was not very fresh, with loose rice and tasteless fish. Some pieces seemed to have been prepared long ago and left sitting there. - Inexplicable wait times: despite the restaurant being half empty, we waited over 40 minutes for two simple dishes. - Inattentive service: the staff seemed completely disinterested. No smiles, no explanation of the dishes, and we had to repeatedly ask for water and cutlery. - Terrible value for money: prices of a high-end restaurant, but the quality of a makeshift fast food joint. In short, an experience I would not recommend. With so many valid alternatives, this place needs to seriously rethink its quality, service, and organization.

Every bite is an explosion of flavor; you can taste something a step above the average. ​Impeccable Cleanliness: The place is tidy and spotless, a fundamental aspect for me, and one that is meticulously maintained here. You truly feel at ease. ​Lightweight Service: They're super fast! Even though the place was packed, the dishes arrived in a flash, without ever getting an order wrong. ​Golden Staff: The staff's kindness is the real added value. Always smiling, helpful, and ready to accommodate every request with extreme courtesy. ​In short: the food is divine, and the value for money is unbeatable. Full marks! I can't wait to go back.

07/02/2026: Every Asian restaurant, like this one, has its own special dishes, and here I found different, very good dishes. They're truly hospitable and cheerful... a nice atmosphere, well done.

06/01/2026: A very cute and welcoming Japanese pastry shop where you can enjoy a unique breakfast or a quick lunch. A small gazebo in front of the shop allows you to eat both indoors and outdoors. The menu features traditional Japanese sweets as well as savory dishes like onigiri, uramaki, rice, and ramen. The desserts are homemade, and the flavors of the ingredients tell you they're fresh and made with love and dedication. The (presumably) owner was truly lovely, helpful, and very kind. She gave me some tips for my decision to try the Genmaicha, as its bitter taste might not be for everyone. The Roll Cake with matcha and white chocolate was delicious and soft, a true delight. Hiromi with umeshu, raspberry, and cocoa biscuits was very creamy yet delicate. The Umeshu Spritz was a really nice new thing to try, and much appreciated. Genmaicha is fresh and unique, with a very delicate flavor, and even though it's bitter, I personally still enjoyed it. The story of how the idea for Hiromi Cake came about is beautiful. It touched me. Sometimes people forget that the most beautiful and precious thing is the kindness you can show others, and it would be good to remember that, but unfortunately, not everyone understands this. I'd love to return to try other sweets and even other macha lattes. I'm happy with the wonderful experience I had at this little place. Thank you!

03/01/2026: A great experience for a first-time visitor to a place that truly feels like Japan: the desserts are truly varied and wonderfully flavorful, and the teas are equally delicious (especially the macha!). The service is impeccable and courteous, as the Japanese know how. Highly recommended for a poetically delicious afternoon snack.

It's beautiful to look at and to be able to choose from a wide variety of dishes, in a place that's kept with care, cleanliness, and order. Highly recommended, a real treat and a treat!! Super Zen
