25/06/2025: Twenty minutes to greet a waiter and order a drink; there were three of us, two meals each in two hours, with 4 tables for 2/3 people. High count compared to the amount of food eaten.
29/05/2025: Impeccable experience! The Yu restaurant in Treviso wins you over from the first moment with an elegant and welcoming environment. The service is excellent: attentive, friendly and always ready to satisfy every request with professionalism. The cuisine is a true sensory experience, with attention to detail for both the sight and the palate. The wine cellar is also excellent, with a rich selection and a staff that is competent in recommending the best pairings. A place to return to, and to recommend without hesitation.

28/06/2025: When aesthetics only make the difference. Yes, because the dishes are well presented and served in a very rigorous and careful way. They are scenographic and the long wait makes you think of quality preparations (10 tables occupied, 45 minutes for a shrimp burger). Then when you taste it you feel like you are in any quality AYCE. After you have traveled to Japan, after you have tried starred Japanese restaurants (and not with prices too far from this), it is not worth spending 50 euros per person (2 courses and 1 sparkling water). Of course the à la carte menu is chic and in fact the clientele of Milanese imbruttito and provincial Varese places it among the places with a lot of smoke and mediocre roast. But do you want to put out the wheat to make a good impression?
14/06/2025: Very elegant and clean place, kind waiters and excellent lunch formula. The sushi was delicious and very fresh. The free fruit was also much appreciated. Perhaps the only flaw was the slightly slow service.

25/06/2025: We ate all-you-can-eat at Yume for €38 per person. Everyone received a glass of Prosecco as a welcome. Orders were placed via a tablet (max. 1 per dish per person). The plates were beautifully presented, and the food tasted very, very good. For sushi lovers, a visit to Yume is worthwhile; you'll be more than satisfied. Highly recommended.

28/06/2025: I returned out of nostalgia. I left with regret. A couple of years ago, this place had won me over to the point of writing down what I had ordered, so I could relive the same experience. An illumination of flavors, atmosphere and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my recent visit had a very different flavor. And I'm not just talking about the food. - Disappointing cuisine The menu has changed (as it should be) but what arrived on the table had nothing of the care, quality or originality that I remembered. Ordinary dishes, without soul. I didn't find the flavors that had struck me and, what's worse, the new ones had no personality. A change of chef, perhaps? - Cocktails? A regression I ordered the same cocktails that two years ago had amazed me for their balance and originality (plus a new one). This time, however, they were cloying, heavy, and really unpleasant. The block of ice remains very large compared to the glass, but if before the rest was something extraordinary, now it seems only an aesthetic expedient to hide the small quantity. Here too, one wonders: is the bartender the same? - Digital menu: beautiful but not very useful The new menu with the animated background has its visual appeal, but lacks clarity. A step backwards in terms of user experience: those looking for flavors and combinations find themselves having to navigate an interface that is not very intuitive. Before, however, cocktails were even organized by flavors (for example, there was the Umami section, etc.) - Service: between unprofessionalism and nervousness The real blow to the heart, however, was the service. A waiter (glasses, graying beard, blue eyes) was surly and impatient from the first exchange. No explanation, no advice, only monosyllabic answers and an annoyed tone. Too bad, because two years ago we had been followed by a colleague who was able to illustrate and enhance each course, recommending cocktails to pair with it with professionalism and passion. - Online reservation: not a table but at the counter Perhaps it went so badly because the situation worsened as soon as we arrived, when, despite the reservation of a table, they wanted to make us sit at the counter - near the taps - claiming it was the "VIP" place. At my repeated request for a normal table (the place was empty!), we were finally granted a table with a limit of 90 minutes. The attitude of the one who was then our waiter, from that moment, became visibly unfriendly. "I don't understand what's wrong with the counter." - he asked me, in a surly tone (and then ... is there really a need to explain the preference?). In any case, from then on, no smile, no kindness. But be careful: only with us. With the table next to ours the same waiter was even joking. - Bitter cherry During dinner, the back of the metal chair tore my shirt. The same happened to the girl sitting next to us. It was the fault of the furniture, of course, but a detail that does not help improve the overall perception. - Positive notes It must be said: the barman and a second waiter were kind and helpful. And in the end, after paying 135 euros, we were even offered a mini-shot of sake each. A small gesture, which I appreciated. In short: an experience that I had in my heart turned into a disappointment. It is clear that something has changed (perhaps the staff, perhaps the management) but what is most sad is to see a place with such potential lose its shine and soul. A sincere piece of advice to the staff: take care of the details like you used to. Excellence is not just in the dish, but in the whole. Because it is truly a shame to see an experience that could still shine go out like this.

06/07/2025: We have been Sakura customers for over a year and a half. The raw fish is always impeccable, the fish is of excellent quality and the service is excellent. The only flaw is the first courses, which have a more delicate and different flavor than usual. They have various types of menus to choose from and the price difference is well justified. The weekday lunch menu is around 19 euros, which is a little more than the average AYCE, but it is more than fair for the quality they offer. We now have a constant dish, which is the spicy salmon roll, which is heaven in the form of sushi. Highly recommended!

Overrated, you enter and the place is nothing special, that is, it is vaguely decorated in a nice way, the staff is expressionless to the max, not friendly at all, there is a very sad atmosphere, we were very disappointed because it is presented very well on social media, perhaps because there is nothing else similar in that area of ​​Turin. The desserts are extremely expensive for what they are. Among other things, there was no one there, we were the only ones and we asked to sit at a table for 4 instead of the one for two and they told us that that one was for groups, for 20 minutes there was no one, they could have at least told us to sit down but it is booked when they arrive you have to change seats, IF it had been booked but it wasn't, when we left it was empty!!!! I all with an attitude that well, we were left like that 😐, uncomfortable.
06/06/2025: Beautiful, it's a bar that's practically unique in Turin! The best part of the experience is not focusing on large single portions but trying a bit of everything, I especially recommend the various mochi, they're spectacular (and it's one of the places in Turin where the mochi is the authentic one, usually in other places they're just balls of ice cream). IMPORTANT: book otherwise it's practically impossible to find a place
