23/11/2025: Welcoming and clean atmosphere. Very good food. The staff is too serious and sullen for my taste. Not a single smile shows. They always seem angry. It's a shame because it's a nice little place and the food is good.

10/11/2025: I have to admit, the sushi and chicken and shrimp skewers were quite good. It's nice that you can choose individual dishes, and there are a lot of them, not just the all-you-can-eat option, which costs more, but it also depends on how much you eat, so it might be worth considering. The guys generally try their best, and you can also order shots and wine. The idea of ​​using the menu via tablet is brilliant. It seems so simple, but it's so much fun. The food is definitely better than at that other Asian restaurant a bit further down the road.

28/07/2025: Excellent restaurant, with some unusual dishes that are worth a visit. Excellent quality ingredients, perfectly balanced and expertly combined. For my taste, the soy sauce is a little too salty, requiring careful use. Personally, the only flaw was the Philadelphia salmon temaki: in its simplicity, the cream cheese was at the bottom of the cone, the salmon on top; you couldn't get both at once. A detail that is certainly overlooked elsewhere, but here it stands out in the extreme care taken in the preparation. The Mazara prawns wrapped in amberjack carpaccio are truly exceptional. The atmosphere is elegant, the service is kind and attentive. The price is reasonable for what's on offer.

13/10/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant, and unfortunately, I can only give it a negative review. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff are friendly, but the food is just not up to par. I ordered a raw appetizer and was served a scampi, an oyster, and a tuna tartare. The end. The chitarra pasta with mussels was terrible. Cherry tomatoes were thrown raw in the pasta, dirty mussels, and tasteless pasta. My companion was served meat sushi. Having mentioned his lactose intolerance, we still received a dish with Philadelphia cheese inside. I had ordered a glass of Ulisse rosé and was served Tenuta Bosco. I really wasn't expecting a lunch with all these mistakes. The restaurant has a certain reputation, but it's currently unjustified. I hope it improves because it has so much potential.

17/10/2025: Broadside Sushi Genova, 10 out of 10. The quality of the fish is impeccable: incredibly fresh, flavorful, and top-notch, it literally melts in your mouth. Each uramaki, sashimi, and ravioli is prepared with unparalleled care and skill. Their offerings are innovative and thoughtful, like their specialty dishes (honorable mention for their creative rolls and ramen, also exceptional!), which combine tradition with a touch of ingenious originality. Their delivery is punctual and extremely friendly. I recommend them 100%.

31/10/2025: I've only ever tried home delivery from this place, and I've never been impressed. The prices are very high, but the sushi remains average. The temaki have always been subpar; the seaweed is never crispy, and the filling is disproportionate. I've also tried their red tuna selection, which, honestly, isn't great. Worth mentioning are the rice, which is well-cooked and seasoned, and the hot dishes, which are always enjoyable. At these prices, there are much better options out there, even all-you-can-eat options! For a quick lunch, however, I recommend chirashi.

25/10/2025: Hands down, one of the best Japanese restaurants in Turin, both for the quality and flavor of the food. Unfortunately, the waiters change frequently, making it difficult to fully retain customers, and not everyone is always attentive and friendly, but for the quality and offerings, it's absolutely top-notch.

08/10/2025: I was introduced to this place today and I was surprised... we had the set menu, plus a pizza for two. I've never eaten such a good pizza. The dishes were super generous and the quality excellent. The service was fantastic, fast and very kind... not to mention the price... very fair!! Recommended.

13/10/2025: I just had the vegan ice 🍨 they serve, where the exciting detail is that the last time I had one was in Kyoto and in Tokyo. It's hard to compare as the way they make ice in Japan is much softer and better. And so are the topping and serving:)

11/11/2025: I had fond memories of this restaurant, and I admit that the food was no exception: beautiful presentation, good-quality fish, and intriguing menu combinations that turned out to be delicious on the plate. The only sore point is the service, which isn't far from the city average, which is a shame for a restaurant of this caliber. My most recent experience a few days ago, at the zushi, wasn't pleasant at all, in this regard. I arrived accompanied to the restaurant, around 9 pm on a Saturday, without a reservation. So much so, that I asked the first waitress I met if she was available to eat, even though the restaurant was conspicuously empty: there were, I think, five tables occupied in the entire restaurant, out of a total of at least 30 (it's very large and spacious). She smiled and told me we could come in, while the rest of the staff looked us over at the entrance and then ignored us without bothering to say hello. I know the limitations of this city and I don't pay attention to certain things anymore—this is an example, so no surprises so far. We're shown to a very sad table in the corner of a corridor, next to the kitchen doors (I repeat: with 80% of the tables free). My underlying thought (I'm a very polite person—too polite in these situations) explains itself: there must be some logistical reason why they'd assigned us this tiny, out-of-the-way table. A waitress, different from the one who welcomed us, first brings us the menus, then comes every three minutes to take our orders. On the third visit, we pretend to be ready because we're feeling so uncomfortable, I ask her if they're closing early. She, as if out of the clouds, replies no, that they'll close after 11 PM. At that point, I'm shocked because it's 9:20 PM and I feel like I'm disturbing just by coming in and being shown to Frodo Baggins's table. Shortly afterward, a 40x40 cm plate arrives, along with two smaller plates with EVERYTHING we ordered (gunkan, rolls, nigiri, etc.—lucky we still have this habit of ordering coffee, dessert, and liqueurs at the end). I sarcastically point this out to the waitress, who clearly doesn't understand, or isn't interested, and doesn't respond, even though she herself is having trouble finding room for all the "delivery" on that tiny table. After playing Tetris with the plates with us, and a "bon appétit" as she turns away, the waitress leaves us and we eat. No one comes to ask us anything else, even though we're in a spot where everyone is forced to pass by... over and over again. Now, I can understand everything, really, but if I want service like that, I'll go to an all-you-can-eat restaurant. If, on the other hand, you want me to fork over €50 each for sushi (let's realize we're not talking about the catch of the day), you owe me, at the very least, a modicum of consideration, without making me feel like a "bother" to the staff, as I expect from a place of this supposed caliber. I'll once again speak in favor of the dishes I ordered, which I found to be the only positive aspect of the evening. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me less than satisfied with the evident expertise displayed in the kitchen.
