Consigliamo il piano superiore davvero suggestivo, sembra di trovarsi in Giappone. Bruno il proprietario è davvero molto simpatico e gentile nel descrivere bene i piatti. Deliziosi nighiri, uramaki e il sashimi. Strepitoso il California special!!Si sente l’alta qualità del cibo. Sicuramente da consigliarlo e sicuramente ci torneremo.

17/07/2024: Let me start by saying that I arrived here with high expectations, because I had wanted to try eating hotpot for several years now. Once you enter you immediately have a good impression, the place is well furnished and well kept. We sit down and we are asked if we knew how it worked, since it was the first time we answer no, and then we are simply explained that essentially you can put up to 3 different broths in the middle of the table and that for each person who wants to use the sauces they are €3.50, with no limits on use. All excited we order, I'll start by saying that there were 4 of us with two vegetarian people... The broth and the ordered dishes were brought to us very quickly. Here the problems begin, having specified as soon as we sat down that for us it was the first time a little more explanations and "accompanying" on the cooking methods, the sauces and perhaps some advice wouldn't have gone amiss, far from it. Unfortunately it didn't end there... we ordered squid and cuttlefish, tried to cook them in every way, lightly seared, cooked "longer" there was no way... They always remained very hard, inedible, clearly not fresh. We pointed this out to the waiter who, after getting annoyed, took our dishes away saying that he would remove them from the bill. The quality of the vegetables and meat on the other hand was good. I wouldn't recommend so-so spaghetti, especially potato ones, they are gelatinous. We finish dinner quickly... For a total of around 34 euros per person including two bottles of water, a small zero coke and a bottle of prosecco (which tasted slightly like cork but we didn't want to question it further) I want to conclude by saying that a place that serves raw dishes to be cooked cannot afford to have raw materials that are not fresh, especially if it is fish. People risk getting sick. Experience well below expectations, I doubt I will return.

20/07/2024: I go there often as it is practically on my doorstep, they have recently renovated the place and the menu. It has an excellent quality/price ratio! You can find excellent dishes (from various ramen to many other hot Japanese, Chinese and South East Asian dishes) that are really good and at a more than honest price compared to the competition. They are also very nice and kind. I really recommend it

30/07/2024: Superlative experience. The best Sushi restaurant in Genoa. Trained and professional staff, tasty dishes in small portions and an excellent choice of raw fish, carpaccio and tartare to try. The place is wonderful and the prices rightly match a quality service for a few euros more. In the evening, in addition to being able to try dishes with edible gold, a welcome glass of prosecco is also offered... details that make the difference among the numerous sushi restaurants!

28/06/2024: Asian a la carte place, I ate a combo of sashimi and various sushi rolls and the presentation was excellent. I would have expected something more on the sashimi, that is, more taste and quality of the tuna and salmon. The staff was very friendly and professional and the environment is quiet and relaxing, perfect for a couple's dinner.

17/07/2024: Definitely one of the best interpretations of Japanese cuisine I've ever tried in Italy....whoever cooks knows what they're doing! Good, good, good. Whoever reviews badly, I can assure you that he deserves all the "all you can eat" in the world. If you pass through here, stop and taste it, it's worth it. Fair price for what you eat. Excellent service (whoever serves you knows what he's selling!). Recommended for a Japanese-Mediterranean sushi experience. Traveling with dad. Me and my son. We'll be back. Long live tuna tataki. 04/08/2024: Very negative too many staff who observe you making you nervous food some dishes good the rest of low quality like the breaded chicken breast which smelled maybe old or spoiled for me the Chinese can close without the same..

02/04/2024: Cibo buono, servizio efficiente, porzioni molto abbondanti, solo per le mie esigenze avrei gradito una tovaglietta sotto il piatto e anche se non strettamente necessario la possibilità di ordinare tramite tablet. Per il resto lo consiglio.
