01/08/2024: I've been frequenting this chain for a while, but the restaurant in Civitanova Marche has always been a flagship so far! Then after the renovation of the furnishings it became even more beautiful and welcoming than before. Talking about the food is superfluous, it is always excellent and there is always something new. The staff is top notch, especially the manager/owner who is always helpful and friendly. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff. Go there with a light heart and enjoy a beautiful evening as a couple or with friends.

28/05/2024: I attended the Daruma Masterclass held by David and the talented Chef Randy last May 27th. It was really interesting to learn the whole history of the sushi tradition and then put it into practice under the supervision of highly qualified and competent staff. Excellent food quality, very kind staff always ready to accommodate customer requests. The time flew by and it was a lot of fun to share the experience with the other participants. Absolutely worth trying, and why not even repeating to refine your technique!!!

06/08/2024: It is rare that I give 5 stars to a restaurant, because everything must be perfect, and here it was: extremely well-trained waiter, from the advice given, to the approach with the customer, the confidentiality, the ability to pour the wine. Excellent service times, welcoming environment with just the right lighting. Unique food. Each dish has its own personality with some things actually 'to understand'. Let's say that a palate not inclined to adapt to sui generis things would perhaps struggle with some dishes, but I really enjoyed it. Absolutely worth trying.

You will not find frills, smoke from the plate, stellar combinations... but, I assure you, a raw and fresh food that you will hardly find again... recommended!... and it is better to book!
