31/05/2025: I had a mixed experience at this place: the service was absolutely excellent, the staff was friendly especially the owner, present but discreet, attentive and helpful. They made us feel at home and answered all our questions with competence and courtesy. However, the sushi did not live up to my expectations. The quality of the ingredients seemed good, but the quality of some was so-so. In particular, the salmon sushi was a bit too greasy. The tuna sushi was better, but it was not particularly fresh. The service, as I said, was exceptional, so maybe next time I will have more luck with the quality of the food! Despite everything, I recommend it given the area and the absolutely modest price (for two with dessert and two coffees from the menu we spent €40).

25/05/2025: The. Best sushi in Terni, tasty and with excellent raw materials. All you can eat option but with very affordable prices even a la carte. Kindness, courtesy and special Su Fen. The guys make you feel at ease, the management is family-run.

01/04/2025: We had dinner a few weeks ago driven by the numerous positive reviews from our friends and we couldn't have made a better choice! We booked in advance, and I recommend you do so. When we arrived we were seated immediately and throughout the evening we could not help but appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff! Complements indeed! The food is obviously of high quality and you can really notice the difference! We will definitely be back soon, and we can't wait!

02/06/2025: Excellent food, top quality. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Beautiful location, 2 steps from the center and with a soft lighting effect that makes the dinner suggestive. The only small negative note, the waiting time to receive the dishes. It must have been a coincidence, but if this detail is improved it is 5 stars.

19/03/2025: What can I say, one of my favorite sushis, it doesn't cost much and the food is very good. I recommend going in the evening for dinner as there are (rightly) more foods on the menu.

06/05/2025: Private beach of hotel Cala Di Volpe. We Stayed at the Hotel Cala Di Volpe and we had a private boat that takes us to this beach every 30 mins. Many quality deck chairs and seating areas for the hotel guest and of course bar drinks for the foolish. Toilets and shower areas at the rear so this is probably the best set up for a day at the beach in the whole of Sardinia with all the comforts. There are 2 onsite staff of the hotel on the grounds to ensure privacy.

16/04/2025: T.O.P. Experience (Tenat Obligatoriament Pruvà!). I've already dined here in the past, but the bar (which was already very high before) has risen SIGNIFICANTLY. Very well renovated place. The environment is more welcoming, reserved, warm, it envelops you like the hug of a mother to her newborn. Well assorted but not at all distracting menu, with various very intriguing choices. Also nice is the opportunity with some voices without ingredients to be able to imagine what you are reading, I think it leaves you free to try to get into the heads of the giants in the kitchen. I absolutely recommend trying a Sicilian in Japan, it costs a little but trust me it's worth all that money (thanks to the staff for accommodating my request for this dish with the kitchen practically closed, which is not at all a given!), and the roll with green apple sauce, especially the latter left me speechless and with tears in my eyes (and I'm not joking, I mean it). In general I recommend the whole menu because it is truly of a high standard, but the ones mentioned above deserve a special note. A special thank you to the kitchen staff who, as mentioned before, were super available to indulge my final whim, and especially to the girls in the dining room, always attentive to every little detail and need, always available, with a smile (please don't miss it because it's WONDERFUL), but above all super prepared! Account perfectly in line with the level of the offer. You will definitely see us again! Thanks for the experience, see you soon! ❤️

Very simple place but with very good food and always of intermediate quality, service always available and kind and also in the times they are strong. There is a great variety of dishes, I suggest trying gnocchi ebi and nighiri with shrimp
