24/03/2025: I chose this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday on the recommendation of friends who are great connoisseurs of Japanese gastronomy. From the moment you enter, it's like diving into Japan, without having to fly for 15 hours! It feels like you're in a suspended time machine that projects you far back into a Japanese inn where deference, refinement and attention to detail are the masters of the place. Both the welcoming smile and the dishes contribute to making this experience at Cuore a true culinary and cultural journey. I highly recommend it!

Each dish is well explained in detail and particular attention is given to customers with any allergies/intolerances. Possibility of choosing some vegetarian dishes as well. The staff were super friendly, polite and professional. Advised .

09/04/2025: Terrible experience, I was disappointed by the service and the approach towards me and my friend, they loaded all the dishes in a flash, without giving us time to enjoy the dishes in a decent and orderly manner, an absurd and exaggerated hurry almost to make us gorge, very sour cashier among whom I think is the owner, she is the only one who starts to freak out and goes crazy over a mistake in the count, we noticed all the details, they checked every little movement to see how far along we were with the dishes, an exaggerated hurry, one of them comes and tells us that they should have closed at midnight almost as if to throw it in our faces, and they also told us that despite not giving us time to eat everything, they also told us that we would have had to pay a penalty of €20 if we wanted to take it home, then after a while, they come to tell us that they were worried if we had something left and so they did us the favor of making us pay only €10 but despite this they did not let us bring anything, evidently they have to serve it the day after after other people, this is not how you treat people, it is obviously not the right job for you, learn first to approach people and then work with people……….

26/03/2025: be in Tokyo but find yourself in Turin. Typical Japanese restaurant with a Japanese chef and Japanese philosophy. Don't expect to eat a variety of sushi but be prepared to taste typical oriental dishes. Very small restaurant with 12 seats, try to book and if you can't wait for a seat to become available, if you really don't want to wait you can order a good take away. It's worth it.

19/03/2025: Locale piccolissimo con 2 turnazione nell’ora di cena. I camerieri gentili e ci hanno consigliato alcuni piatti e un sakè finale secco lasciandoci fotografe anche le bottiglie che servivano per i liquori. I piatti sono tutti buoni anche se i kushikatsu erano troppo salati. Il pollo in agrodolce con l’uovo sopra il pezzo forte secondo noi., meglio delle polpettine di polipo. L’unica nota negativa è che essendo tutto fritto in un locale piccolissimo e senza un sistema di areazione adeguato esci che puzzi di fritto in maniera “feroce” e sei costretto a lavare subito tutto appena torni a casa!

07/03/2025: I was wandering around and found this place by chance. The quality of the seafood used for the sushi was quite good. I had the scampi, arctic clam and tuna. The serving sizes are on the smaller side though. I also had the tempura udon. The tempura was fried well and the broth of the udon was also good. This place seems like authentic Japanese cuisine to me.
