20/09/2025: I stopped by this morning, September 19th. It was around 11:30 a.m. I wanted to get a dessert. Inside, there was only one customer who was chatting amicably with the girl handing out the bread. I approached the counter and walked past him, hoping someone would notice me, but nothing... Since I was the only customer inside, I didn't get a queue ticket. Meanwhile, I realized that the guy before me was friends with the girl serving the bread, who even wanted to give him the bread in different bags depending on the type he requested. He told her he didn't need it and that they were all for him anyway. Meanwhile, given the gratuitous chatter, the place began to fill up, and the people crowding in began taking queue numbers, sending them back to the entrance. After making every possible pleasantry to her friend, the girl serving the bread asked who was next to be served (even though I had been ahead of her for quite a while). A customer (who arrived well after me and stayed well away, near the entrance) slyly shouted, "I have the next number..." Since I was glued to the dessert display case, I calmly explained to the girl that I had been there long before and, since there was no one there, I didn't get a ticket. By now the place must have had another 5 or 6 new customers. The girl told me that in this case, she would serve those with a number first and then me... At this point, I said okay and left without buying anything. And with the certainty, moreover, of never returning to that place. I don't understand how they can let certain staff work with the public... Terrible experience, as I said, I will NEVER go back there AGAIN.

02/11/2025: Rustic Osmiza on the Karst. Simple and traditional menu. I don't think the cold cuts were theirs, but the Jota sausage was very good, albeit quite acidic. Special compliments for the warmth and helpfulness of the lady who served us. Thank you.

25/10/2025: Traditional atmosphere and historic osmiza (traditional tavern) of the area. The menu is more varied than the classic osmiza (traditional tavern) with traditional local dishes such as porcini mushroom sandwich, gnocchi, and jota. The cheese tasting plate is also excellent, and paired with a hearty Vitovska (a local wine) will whet your appetite. Nearby, trails wind through the lesser-visited and spectacular Csrso, with a fascinating former onyx quarry just steps away. A pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere.

The piadina is warm, well-filled, and freshly prepared, with many options to choose from, including vegetarian options. The ingredients are good quality, and the portions are generous. The service is quick and the staff friendly, even at busy times. A simple but clean place, perfect for a lunch break or a casual snack. Recommended for those looking for something convenient yet tasty, without sacrificing quality. I'll definitely be back!

09/12/2025: It's so sad to put a rotten (black) avocado on the piadina. I was there a little while ago, and I notified the clerk of this mistake; she apologized, but these kinds of tricks CANNOT happen. Especially since I'd been told to be careful with vegetables because I'm pregnant! It really deserves to be reported.

08/12/2025: Save Today, December 8th, I went to the bar in the morning, and I was alone in the entire place. The woman managed to forget to make coffee because she was too busy chatting with her dear friend. The barista was always grumpy, never a smile, at least not the one today, December 8th. 6:30 AM

07/12/2025: I've had terrible experiences with orders on Just Eat. I ordered pistachio brioches, finally expecting a proper, high-quality product. Instead, once again, I received something completely different from what I ordered: frozen cream-filled brioches, clearly low-quality, with a little pistachio added on top at the last minute in an attempt to make them "look" like something they weren't. The most irritating thing? It's not even the first time they've messed up an order. The previous time, they even ordered savory brioches with seeds on top and filled them with pistachios, presenting them as pistachio brioches. After that incident, I decided to try again, hoping it was an isolated incident. Clearly, I was wrong. What I received this time gives the impression of yet another attempt to make do just to deliver something, hoping the customer won't notice, instead of canceling the order because the requested product was out of stock. An unprofessional and frankly disrespectful attitude toward those who pay for a specific product and have every right to receive what they ordered. After two experiences like this, it's clear that this isn't simply a lack of attention, but rather a superficial and careless management of orders. As far as I'm concerned, this is an absolutely unreliable place. I recommend avoiding it without hesitation.

23/12/2025: After years of going there because I worked in another bar nearby but I had found the staff rude, I'm writing this review because about three weeks ago I went with my husband for an aperitif and I found a blonde girl, courteous, professional, fast and who made us three rounds of aperitifs plus prepared the sandwiches we requested. Everything was truly top-notch and with the bar full and I was alone at the counter and tables. I complimented her in person and despite having been in this job only this year if I remember correctly, she has brought qualification to this bar which I find a place to relax if well organized!!!!! Well done to the owner who placed his trust in her, he will be rewarded. I highly recommend and will be back soon.

20/12/2025: After many years, I returned to the place I remember from when I was a child. What a pleasant surprise! The place is renovated and bright, with courtesy and simplicity, but with attention to detail! Well done!

10/09/2025: Please don't order online here!! Warning! I'm placing an online order around August 22nd. The coffee grinder with coffee tins with a birthday message. The order took a considerable amount of time to arrive and unfortunately arrived just too late as a gift. My partner then received the gift. The result was the wrong package, no birthday message, and dented cans. My partner was disappointed. I then had to follow up a hundred times and received no response. Then I received a reply, saying they were sending the correct one. So, after more than 3.5 weeks, I received the correct one, and the invoice showed a €0 refund. So, I thought they were sending the cup as a gesture of thanks for the inconvenience of poor customer service, the wrong product, no birthday message, and the dented cup. Suddenly, an Illy delivery service was there to pick up the cup. This again surprised and disappointed my partner, and therefore me as well. I then emailed to say that, since nothing had been communicated, they were allowed to keep the cup. I received the following response: In other words, please never order anything from here!!!!!! Dear Willem, After receiving your photos confirming the error in your order, it is our responsibility to retrieve the incorrect item so we can send you the correct product. If a gift or commercial gesture is being provided, our customer service will explicitly inform you of this. Disposing of the packaging will not prevent the item from being collected. 09/11/2025: A freezing pastry shop and baristas who seem to bother you as soon as you walk in. Every now and then a smile is needed.

16/06/2026: Horrible service, they don't know how to do their math, they accused us of deceiving the staff and paying for a table that wasn't ours. They found us 20 meters away and asked us if we'd made a mistake on the bill when it was them who had made a mistake in giving us the table. I defended the guy who paid and said it was their fault they got the bill wrong, and a waiter called me a BITCH and threatened to call the police when the guy was already in the bar trying to sort out the situation. I was indignant, so I followed them into the bar (I repeat, 20 meters away) and continued the discussion in a respectful tone. The waiter took the liberty of telling me to stay out and telling me I was no longer welcome in the bar. (The guy is my boyfriend.) There were eight of us, and they accused us of running away; they found us down the street, standing around talking to other people. Their reasoning was that we did it on purpose and that, having read the receipt, we left anyway and ignored the difference in money. In their opinion, we should have returned to the bar as "honest men." Honestly, no one checks the receipt the waiter gives you while everyone else is leaving. Shame on the staff for not defending us after such an insult, and especially shame on the waiter who dared to offend me in a way no one has ever dared. I will never, ever return out of respect for myself. Shame, shame, shame, disgusting people. Horrible experience. If I could, I'd have them all fired. Shame. My friends always defended me in a respectful and polite manner, but they too were verbally attacked by the waiter. Furthermore, other people we didn't know intervened to defend us after witnessing the shameful situation, and they too were dismissed by the waiter in a disrespectful and aggressive tone. The waiter in question is a thin, middle-aged man with short white hair; unfortunately, I wasn't able to find his name. I urge anyone considering going to this bar not only to avoid it and consider anything else, but to stay away if you don't want to be attacked by their mistake. I truly hope there are consequences for this absurd event.

16/12/2025: Restrooms are inaccessible, a sign on the door says they're out of order. The smiling gas station attendant says they're dirty, then says they're new and out of order. A 24-hour service station on a highway, drivers forced to take a break can't continue and look for other options. In fact, the lawns around the area, and the area itself, are in a state you can only imagine. Everyone will decide whether to stop here or elsewhere, given the opportunity.

15/12/2025: It got one star for the parking space and one for the friendly service, but it's sad to have such a shitty management that the toilet doesn't work and isn't replaced in any way.
