12/06/2026: Terrible experience from start to finish. I had to wait half an hour for my room, and in that time I saw that other guests had also had problems (reservations not found, keys to rooms already occupied, documents mixed up with those for other rooms, etc.). The room was simple and small, but not clean and poorly maintained: smudges on the walls, black spots on the bed, a loose toilet seat. Breakfast was decent, but lunch and dinner were always the same reheated items (stuffed cannelloni served three days in a row, the last time the food tasted like plastic), with very little variety and terrible quality (raw pasta, burnt chicken, etc.).

05/06/2026: After visiting the castle, we stopped for lunch. The welcome wasn't the best. When we asked if we wanted something to eat and if we could sit down, they asked us "Restaurant or Bar." A little perplexed, we explained that we wanted lunch, and again, like in the interrogation (Restaurant or Bar?), we finally opted for the restaurant. The prices and quality of the food weren't the best. I had ordered sparkling water, and they brought us still water already opened. We're not picky, but since there were a lot of people passing through, it was all a rough estimate.

04/06/2026: Check the receipt carefully before paying for the desserts and coffee; we were double-charged, €13 more. Unfortunately, we only realized this later when we did the math, but we were already home.

19/10/2025: Ever since a young lady started taking orders on the phone, there have been problems. One time, the pizza never arrived at all, and despite our calls, she said it was on its way, but it NEVER arrived. Other times, hours later, because she hadn't sent the order ahead. We've been getting pizza from them for years, but after a few months, we decided to give it another try. I called yesterday evening to order a large pizza at a specific time. I asked her repeatedly that if the time was a problem, we would do it differently, and she assured us it would arrive at 12:30, as requested. The delivery guy called me at 12:45 (after I called because it was already late) saying the young lady had given her the wrong house number. We gave him the right one, and she arrived at 12:55. We called back, and she blamed the delivery guy, then the pizza chefs, but also herself, who took the order. I repeat, it's happened over and over again since she's been here. We open the pizza and it's half crumpled. We grabbed the missing one, rushing out of the house because we were in a hurry. Oh, it's the guy with the scooter's fault. She says, her boss tells her, that it's fine anyway. This time I want to talk to her manager, because her business is being ruined by her employee's terrible work. NEVER AGAIN, no other option.

01/07/2026: Order a Coke, and they usually ask if you want ice and lemon...and they often serve chips. Here, they give you a warm Coke, don't ask for anything, and barely say hello. Zero-star service.

23/04/2026: I was a regular until today, when, while they were making me a milkshake, a waitress asked the colleague making it what flavor and when she answered, she exclaimed, "Yuck!" Laughing among themselves as if I wasn't there. Absolutely rude behavior toward customers. Now you'll have one less.

14/03/2026: Very pitiful environment. I came in to get pizzas. They didn't want to heat them up. They just give you things to give. And they're very overbearing. In terms of cleanliness, I'd say 0!!!

24/06/2026: I wouldn't go back! I looked at the menu and nothing appealed to me. Unfortunately, we were already seated and they'd already brought us water. The burger wasn't good, a bit sour. The frozen fries tasted like fish, so they were fried in the same fryer as the calamari and other fish. The €14 dish was very measly. The house white wine wasn't very fresh. €25 per person was a waste of money. The staff was rushed and unsmiling.

18/10/2025: I went today and honestly, I don't think I'll be back. The staff was extremely rude. They spoke in another language in front of us, giggling (for all I know, they might even be insulting the customers without making themselves understood). When we asked questions, they looked at us like we were idiots, and they didn't even say hello when we came in or out (a good evening or goodbye would have been enough, the bare minimum for a job that involves contact with the public). The pastries were more or less decent; the pizzas were like moist crackers. I was hoping to return for the fruit baskets, but given the staff, I don't think so. It's not worth it; other Dafina locations are definitely better.

03/10/2025: I got a small bundle, better than the one from the supermarket, but the taste and quality were terrible, I had a burning sensation for hours. Regarding the cleanliness, but we were seeing flies in the windows. I think the bread is good, but I won't go in again.

09/05/2026: A pleasant surprise. Since I live nearby and was getting home late from work, I decided to try this takeout myself and was very pleased. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly young lady who took my order, which I could also pay for immediately by card. After a 10-15 minute wait, my food was ready. I ordered spring rolls, meat dumplings, rice with teriyaki chicken, and some Chinese beers. When I got home, everything was still piping hot, as if it were freshly made. Unlike some other reviews, the rolls weren't greasy at all, the dumplings were fresh, and the rice was fresh and flavorful. I also give full marks for the excellent quality/price ratio. Another plus is the strategic location right before the roundabout, which makes it easy to park my scooter in front of the place. I'll definitely be back!

27/04/2026: Unfortunately, compared to the past, the quality is poor....still generous portions, but everything is a bit sketchy...ravioli with little filling, hard gnocchi, spaghetti stuck together....bad impression even when ordering over the phone...little kindness, little courtesy...

26/03/2026: Avoid this "restaurant"! The food tastes only of fried oil and is completely devoid of seasoning (as in the attached photo). I even got some serious food poisoning!

25/08/2025: We went twice for breakfast in this cafe. They prepared for us boiled eggs, which is very special since in Italy are more common the sweet choices for breakfast. The service was sweet. Convenient prices. No ambiance since that road is pretty busy.

22/11/2025: I'm only giving a star for the pizzas, because the desserts aren't that great either. This is my first and last time here, and I agree with the negative reviews, especially regarding the staff's attitude. It's hard to tell they're no longer serving tables; they all seem listless (and certain comments they make between themselves confirm this impression), and they even allow themselves to comment on the customers. I'll share my firsthand experience: after a somewhat annoyed exchange between my partner and I over a personal matter, the waitress (not even in front of me, due to her lack of courage) asked my partner, "Is it always like this?" She added further comments about how, given my young age, I probably don't even wash the dishes at home. What was she supposed to say, when she has to serve at work and at home as well? I'm sorry to have to tell you that I've been living away from home for years, so I make do with whatever I can, although I certainly don't have to justify myself to you, so much so that even her colleague told her not to comment out loud. I understand that she's lazy at work since she also has to serve at home, but it's certainly not our fault that she chose it.

22/10/2025: On September 7th, I found a screw in the square, breaking half a tooth. I notified the appropriate authorities. It's unusual to find a screw in a pizza. As of today, they've disappeared and haven't been heard from again. I have the messages and calls and everything else. I ordered on the 7th week. As of today, they're gone. Well, I'll get a lawyer involved if you don't answer me. I broke a tooth. Thank you, at least you could have called me back, since you caused me harm. I've always taken after you...

06/10/2025: We ordered a Metro 4-flavor pizza for delivery, which was burnt on the bottom and tasted rancid. We left practically all of it after tasting it; it was truly awful. A terrible experience.
