07/08/2025: Wonderful place, food served quickly and freshly made. The courtesy is undeniable. We had dinner today, but I come here often because I work downtown, and I've never had any complaints. In fact, they also have Greek beers and desserts that are truly out of this world.
Highly recommended.
28/07/2025: On Saturday, July 26, 2025, at 9:00 PM, my family and I chose this place for a dinner unlike any other.
After consulting the menu, we showed up at the counter and were told the kitchen was closed!
We were disappointed and had no choice but to go to the wiener house across the street. I must say, two very kind ladies greeted us. Once seated, we checked the Kalos Tiare website and saw that closing time is 10:00 PM. We checked the reviews and realized it's customary to not accommodate customers during opening hours by saying it's too late to eat. We wonder... Is it possible that a manager doesn't intervene with the staff who close early, causing a loss of revenue and giving the place a bad reputation?

25/05/2025: We were at this place this morning. After 15 minutes of waiting we ask if we can order. The clerk answers us in an altered manner that she is finishing a job. We wait a little longer, and then we kindly ask to order. This time too, a negative response. In the end we left without consuming.

17/06/2025: Era da un po’ che volevo provare questo posticino, anche perché avevo sentito pareri contrastanti sulla cucina proposta; quindi, ero curiosa di farmi un’opinione personale. Il menù è piuttosto essenziale, ma con alcune proposte interessanti e originali. Abbiamo ordinato dei taglieri di salumi e formaggi da condividere, davvero di ottima qualità. Io ho scelto anche dei macaron salati con diverse guarnizioni: l’idea è curiosa, ma il biscotto era poco friabile e non semplicissimo da mangiare. Consiglierei di ridurre leggermente la dimensione per renderli più pratici. Come primo piatto ho preso un orzotto con zucchine, caprino e olio alla menta. La presentazione era molto curata, ma il gusto piuttosto piatto: non si percepiva bene né il sapore del caprino né l’aroma dell’olio alla menta. Nel complesso la cucina non mi ha convinta del tutto, ma consiglio comunque il posto per un aperitivo al tramonto, anche solo per godersi il paesaggio e l’atmosfera
20/04/2025: Posto come sempre fantastico, ideale per un aperitivo, soprattutto se goduto all'esterno.
Gli affettati discreti, per i formaggi stiamo ancora attendendo di conoscere che formaggi erano.
Il secondo un disastro, una tagliata di pollo cotta a bassa temperatura, che non era tagliata, di sapore indefinito con punte di limone.
Anche il dolce , cheesecake, non corrispondeva alle aspettative, alla fine era una crostatina alla ricotta e neppure troppo buona .
Peccato, perché in passato questo locale era per noi un riferimento per la cucina genuina e tradizione con vari da 10 e lode.

13/08/2025: We like to joke that gorizia is our second home, and whenever we find ourselves here we come to chantilly, staff is super friendly, pastries are phenomenal and coffee, please dont get me started:D
31/07/2025: They even charge for a carton of cold milk, something I've never seen before. Crazy, unjustified prices. A coffee and a juice cost almost 6 euros, not even in Venice. Never again.

What you see on the menu doesn't match what you'll be served in the slightest. The fried foods are awful, greasy, and have a distinct taste of used oil.
Miserable portions and exorbitant prices. Frozen food is expensive. My only praise goes to the girls in the dining room, who are very kind but probably unaware they work in a truly mediocre place.

27/04/2025: Arrivati a gradisca ci siamo accorti di uesta osteria.... molto rumorosa all interno con gente da tutte le parti, d altronde è un osteria
Gnocchi al gulash buonissimi e fatti in casa frivo da leccarsi i baffi
Prezzo giusto per l ambiente
Bagni all esterno del locale da ristrutturare sono dell ante guerra ma tutto sommato un ottima scoperta..

25/04/2025: Gradisca d'Isonzo, negli anni 80, era una delle tante località vicine al confine, sovraffollata di militari. Io ero uno di questi giovani e spesso, con i miei amici, andavo in questo locale, che mi sembra venisse definito "frasca". Ricordo che mangiavamo un tagliere di affettati misti e formaggi, con buon vino locale e pane squisito. A distanza di 40 anni sono ripassato da Gradisca, l'ho cercato e scavando nella memoria l'ho trovato. Praticamente un tuffo nel passato. Il locale mi è sembrato più o meno lo stesso, caldo ed accogliente, il tagliere di salumi misti, rigorosamente affettati a mano come allora, era squisito, formaggio pane e vino si sono confermati come me li ricordavo. I dolci molto buoni. Io ho preso uno strudel e mia figlia una palacinca. Sia io che la mia famiglia siamo usciti molto soddisfatti e sazi. Ci ritornerò appena possibile.

Either change your job, because it's not for you, or I might think the worst...
28/09/2025: Bar in the center of Gradisca, places to sit outside, inside, on nice days it's a pleasure to be outside with a coffee or aperitif, possible to find sweet tops, brioches or savoury, have a snack

Undrinkable drinks: tasteless, incorrect, and watered down.
Rude and irritating service: arguments and attacks in response to simple questions and clarifications.
Poor atmosphere and poorly maintained location.
14/09/2025: I came to this place for the first time for a birthday party with a group of friends. The birthday boy booked a table for an aperitif, intending to stay and drink all night. They brought us focaccia, cured meats, and chips (posse), but they weren't enough for all of us, so we also ordered piadinas to keep from starving. Then we continued with more drinks, and everything seemed to be going well. At a certain point, around midnight, a bouncer appeared in front of the door of the place (where we had entered at 8 pm) and started checking people in, as if it were a nightclub. This bouncer approached where we were sitting and took it out on one of our friends in particular for the way he was dressed, saying, "You can't be here dressed like that." I find this serious and unprofessional, considering we paid you over €200 for alcohol and food. I booked a table and you didn't say anything about the dress code, and during the evening you tell me I have to leave? No way, that's not how we work. That said, since it was a group of friends, it wasn't just the guy in question who left, but the whole group after a number of arguments and "I'll make you look bad" type situations. I'll definitely never go back to this place again.

17/08/2025: We ordered two pizzas at 7:15 PM, and they told us they'd be there at 8:15 PM. At 8:45 PM, we called because the pizzas were still missing. They told us they were on the counter and were leaving now. We waited a little longer, and at 9:15 PM, we called again, saying they could leave the pizzas there. They calmly replied, "Okay, thanks, goodbye." Terrible.

15/08/2025: Absolutely terrible. And that’s not even mentioning the “service” – if you can call it that. The staff looked at me like I was bothering them just for coming in to have a coffee and a glass of water. The glasses were dirty, and as for the bathroom… let’s just say it made me want to throw up. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
10/08/2025: No. We're not there. There was a water leak under the customer-side bar counter, and empty boxes were left there to the left... The coffee could be reviewed, as could the organization. It's a shame because the location has potential.
