Good morning, that said, I believe that common sense also suggests that it's not right to touch money and then, without washing your hands, continue serving by touching cups, spoons, glasses, or paper bags intended to hold pastries, and then reaching up to your wrist to open them. The quality of the pastry shop is extremely high; it's a real shame to ruin this excellence by not respecting simple hygiene rules. I think it's in everyone's interest to pay attention to these things. Perhaps the Covid years haven't taught us enough? Friendly staff, quick service. Clean place and restrooms. Excellent coffee and excellent pastries with a wide selection. Dogs aren't allowed inside, but only because the inside is small; there are tables outside where you can sit with them.
