16/10/2025: I went with two Venetian friends, on the recommendation of a woman from Trieste. It was a pleasant experience. The food was excellent, served very quickly, and topped off by the owner's friendliness and wit.

And more than good prices, especially for the authentic, top-quality products. I come here every day, whenever I can. There's a huge shelf of books; you can bring your own and take one if you want. An incredible place that still stands thanks to these wonderful people. I love you, Silvia.

10/09/2025: Very nice atmosphere and especially the food! We came across this place with a friend and we couldn't praise the food, the service and the overall atmosphere! Although the menu is not very extensive, you will definitely find something to your liking and you won't be disappointed! I had pasta with nut pesto, wine and water and coffee, my friend pasta with tomatoes and eggplant. Everything was very good, deliciously seasoned. The owner is very nice and will prepare your food practically right in front of you in no time. And most importantly, the price is really nice. For an excellent lunch for 2, drinks and coffee, we paid half of what we would have paid in another restaurant with worse service and food. If you're passing by, definitely consider visiting!

23/08/2025: Traveling through northern Italy, we stopped at this bakery in Forni di Sotto, and it was spectacular. First of all, they serve you perfectly in Spanish, which is appreciated. The friendliness and excellent service are excellent. They have everything for children and adults alike, including good coffee. I recommend the S-shaped cookies and panettone, as well as their breads, and if you have a sweet tooth, the cakes. We felt very comfortable, like family. Be sure to stop by and enjoy the pastries I mentioned. It's called Patisserie Nassivera. Thank you very much for a warm welcome, and see you soon.

10/08/2025: I returned after years... the quality of the food had drastically declined. Gnocchi with tasteless roast gravy, a sauce that seemed to have been diluted with water. The grill, like the rest of the meat, was dry and tasteless. It used to be hard to find a table, now it was half empty and it was Sunday. Not recommended.

01/05/2025: Un'ottima scoperta nel cuore di Lignano! Osteria Corso 21 ci ha accolti con un’atmosfera rustica ma calda e accogliente, perfetta per una serata informale e genuina. Il menù offre piatti abbondanti e ben curati: abbiamo gustato come antipasto un'insalata di polpo freschissima e ben bilanciata, e a seguire degli spaghetti allo scoglio ricchi e saporiti e uno spaghetto al ragù di polpo. Entrambi ottimi, ben cotti ed abbondanti. Il servizio è stato cordiale e attento, senza mai essere invadente. Un posto in cui si sente la passione per la cucina e l’attenzione per l’ospite. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

26/07/2025: We recently had lunch at this restaurant and were generally satisfied 👍. Arriving around 12:00 🕛 after having spotted the restaurant by car 🚘, we asked if we could sit down; at that point we were asked if we preferred a veranda or a completely outdoor setting. Opting for the latter, we then waited for a table to be prepared for us next to those already reserved 📞. Browsing the menu 📋, we immediately noted the deliciousness of the various options, finally choosing two second courses (lamb chops on mint and pea puree and cod in squid ink with green asparagus) accompanied by two portions of chips 🍟. To complete the order, we also ordered a small beer 🍺, a 0.75-liter bottle of sparkling water 💧, and a glass of Cabernet Franc 🍷, followed by two coffees ☕. Everything was absolutely tasty 😋 and well-cooked, and the choreography of the dishes was also excellent 👌. The staff were very kind and friendly, from the manager 🧑🏻 who welcomed us to the various girls 👩🏻👩🏼 who then served us. However, I must make a comment regarding the wait times and, more generally, the organizational aspect: if, initially, everything went well, then something stopped working... we waited over half an hour for the coffees, while the desserts 🍰, despite repeated requests, never even arrived. Not that it was the end of the world, in fact the rating remains largely positive 👍, however I think it's fair to point it out; it should also be said that the place was full anyway and this may have caught the staff a bit off guard. I'm also aware of the current difficulties (including psychological ones) of a category, that of restaurateurs, against which our illegitimate government has declared an unjustified and intolerable all-out war; therefore, I fully support this and, nevertheless, wish the business a good restart. Prices are perhaps slightly higher than average but in any case fair in relation to the quality. Bathrooms 🚾 clean and tidy 🚽🧻. Parking area 🅿️ not huge but still adequate. The surrounding rural setting is pleasant even though the structure faces the main road 🛣 connecting Aquileia and Grado. Overall, we had a good time, so I RECOMMEND IT 👍. 07/09/2025: After a hike to Lake Dimon on the way back, it was almost 3 PM, so we stopped for a beer, but we asked the owner if we could eat something. She said yes. Well, I assure you, I've never had homemade tagliatelle with Pocini mushrooms this good! The frico and the roast with polenta, the apple strudel, were all excellent, and the beer was good too. They were quick, and the staff was friendly and very kind!! We'll definitely be back!

02/09/2025: A typical and welcoming Carnic restaurant. Decidedly focused on mountain flavors and tastes, the menu is very tasty. The dishes are traditional, accompanied by good local wine. Enjoy the homemade pasta. From this perspective, the dessert selection could be improved, which is the only less impressive aspect. Otherwise, the atmosphere and hospitality are truly delightful.

18/09/2025: We went yesterday 17/9/25 with cousins ​​for lunch, gigantic dishes, so much so that 3 of us ate a rock and left over super fresh and divinely cooked fish.... very friendly and sociable staff.... even if we are from the Veneto... therefore a bit far away but when we go... to visit the cousins ​​we will still be their customers... last but not least really reasonable cost for the lunch we had in Veneto at least double if not more... rating for us 10 out of 10

01/09/2025: The space is truly spacious. Inside, there are pool tables, foosball tables, darts, and many concerts by various cover bands. Highly recommended!

08/07/2025: A very informal place, you might not like it, but I do. There are many games: darts, foosball, several American-style billiard tables, and a few Gorizia-style ones. Large screens are available for watching major sporting events in company. It's a bit noisy at times... Good pizza, good beer (you finally drink it in 1/2-liter glasses), fair prices. I enjoy this place every time I come. After the sudden death of Gianni, the owner, the place closed for renovations and is currently run by Edy (his wife) and Katya (his daughter). The style has remained the same, the food selection has been improved (without price increases), the decor has been more refined, and the range of games has been expanded. In short, I confirm my initial assessments: if you get into the spirit of this very special place, you'll always come back. At least that's true for me and the friends I usually come here with. I went back yesterday (May 13, 2025) and the way they make the pizza has changed: it's now taller and softer, and I think it's much improved. The oil they add is incredibly high-quality. They also have an IPA beer (Moretti). In short...ever better.

07/09/2025: We stopped for lunch; it was me, my wife, and two dogs, a mixed breed and an Akita. The staff was very friendly and had no problem with our little ones. A beautiful place in a lovely setting near the Zoncolan cable car. The food was excellent, with plenty of carefully prepared, delicious dishes. Definitely an experience to repeat.

24/07/2025: Restaurant with easy parking in a suburban neighborhood. Typical but standard lunches with the option of some local specialties... and some new additions. Service is prompt. Excellent product quality. For Trieste, an excellent alternative to... the city center! Prices... could use a bit of a shake.
